Fantastic first time at this restaurant. Plan to go back again soon.
Excellent food, deliciously prepared with generous portions and attentive service.
Delicious food, professional service, atmosphere pleasant.
Lil disappointed that my table wasn't ready when I got there. But the wait wasn't too long. Also I came for the snapper and they was out
The service was terrible. Long wait times in the kitchen and two of our meals were cold and not prepared as requested. One vegetarian dish had chorizo meat in it. Several menu items were not available, but the waiter did not inform us until we tried to order the meal, even though he communicated with us several times before that. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
Omg!!’ This was my first time here! Our
Waiter Sam was the absolute best!!!! The food
And dessert was to die for!
I've been to this location numerous times and the food has always been dead on. Love how they incorporate seasonal veggies and are very transparent about calories. You can eat healthy and delicious at the same time.
The ambiance is perfect for a business lunch or a special anniversary. Unlike other places you can actually carry on a conversation without shouting.
The service once we were seated was good. However we had a reservation and sat down more than 20 minutes after since the table “reserved” for us still had patrons eating. The manager seated us in an alternative location eventually but did not offer us anything other than an apology for the wait. We had 4 children and that is why we made the reservation. I believe they could have done more to accommodate us.
We initially were disappointed in the evening, as we waited almost 40 minutes after making an Open Table reservation - it was as though we were skipped over. The service staff and management made the evening better — and not just because they reduced our bill and gave us a free appetizer for our next visit. They genuinely did their best to make our experience, after we sat down, the best it could be. Both the manager and the waitress were sympathetic about the situation (of which the waitress had no control), and the food was excellent. If you can get past the wait, the food is amazing, and the staff takes an interest in you. We definitely recommend the place!
I love seasons and every time I go there it’s always something new and delicious. I try something new every time and have yet to be disappointed. This is also a healthier option for dining out which is always a good thing.
Good food at very reasonable prices. Service was great.
Excellent as always!
Have become a regular fan of this place. Portions not huge but certainly what we should all be eating sensibly. Fresh ingredients, healthy. I am not a vegetarian by any measure, FYI... If healthy food is on your agenda, go here.
We had a 4:30 reservation so it was a very early dinner. The food was really delicious and we had excellent service. I hope to go back again soon! By the time we left, the lobby was crowded, so I think early is a good time to go.
Got a great 3 course meal for $30.00
Be Prepared to WAIT!
I’ve been to Seasons 52 many times now, and I continue to be frustrated and disappointed by their inability to respect reservation times. Every time I’ve gone to Seasons 52 I arrive a few minute before my reservation and always end up waiting at least 10-15 minutes for my table after my reservation time. This time was no different. We arrived around 6:55 for a 7:00 reservation and we were told “just a few minutes”. After waiting 10 minutes I checked again, and was told 5 more minutes. Well clearly they could tell I was a bit frustrated and someone offered to buy us a round of drinks. We declined and simply said we were tight on time. So close to 15 min after our reservation we were seated.
If it wasn’t for the quality of the food and our server appreciating that we were now a bit tight on time I would have given a lower rating.
Everything was very good - our server was nice but service was a little bit slow at 6:15 on a Friday. We ordered appetizers and salads and shared - all was delicious. My biggest complaint was that I specifically asked for a quiet table for a special mother/daughter dinner...my guess is that they didn't even look at my request as they seated us in a booth in the bar (loud on a Friday eve) and on top of that next to a big party of at least 8 people celebrating something and they kept getting louder as the evening wore on. There were times when I couldn't even hear what my dinner companion was saying. bummer.
Salmon was describe as raw but came out well cooked.
A fancy boiler plate restaurant
Service tonight much better than usual have been coming here since it opened and service had declined but server tonight was great. Food good as always .
As always, the food delicious and service great. Kyle our waiter was accommodating and professional. Never disappointing - one of my favorite restaurants.
So happy to give this location a second chance. They did a great job with food and service.
Dined here for lunch to catch up with two friends. Service was excellent. Food was well presented and tasted great. Nice place for lunch or dinner. Their menu is smart, modern and filled with some creative takes on traditional favorites with an emphasis on healthier menu choices. We had flatbread, crab cake, a burger and asparagus soup.
Reservations recommended. Great food, great service from Heather who helped us celebrate a friend's milestone birthday. Food had a lovely presentation and was so very fresh. The scallops were divine and the birthday person just raved about the shrimp and grits. Plenty to have without being uncomfortable. Definitely one of my new favorite places.
I always order the sea bass, so delicious! My friend had the trout, also delicious!
Waiter was terrific! Food was very good.
Organic Field Green Salad was Sooo Good....!!
Mahi Mahi tacos ok, but not as good as other places...
Server Kayla was attentive and very nice....
Really Nice Place Overall....
The service was not good -details of each order was wrong and things had to be remade.
We really enjoyed the Birthday treat they provided for our friend. She felt very happy that we chose this fine restaurant.
The food was delicious and we all enjoyed the desserts . We will be going back very soon.
Perfect place to meet with clients. Servers are in tune with when to stop by and get orders and keeping away when engaged in serious conversation
Food was excellent and our server , Jessica, was wonderful.
The service was outstanding. We had salads (BBQUE Chicken); they were just wonderful. The presentation was amazing. Will come back.
Reservation was at 730. Didn’t get seated until 830. Server took 10 minutes to get drink order. Food came out quick but was sub par. Nothing to scream about
The food and service was very good. However, Season’s 52 “way” over books. We had a 7:30 Reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:30 and that was with another couple that we just met at the bar. They were going to leave and the manager persuaded them to wait just another 5 minutes. When there table was ready, they invited us to join them. It was very pleasant evening and enjoyed the company but who knows how much longer we would have waited to get a separate table. Stop the ridiculous overbooking!
This is one of my favorite restaurants, and still is. On Saturday evening they were totally overwhelmed by the number of people wanting to dine. We had a reservation for 7:00 p.m., and didn't get a table until close to 8:00. Their fault for being so good
The restaurant bent over backwards to make this up to us. The food and service were outstanding as usual. Then they "comped" a large part of our bill, I would say more than half.
I tried to tip 20% on what I thought the original check would have been, because I really appreciate this kind of attitude from the staff.
I'm not a "regular" at this restaurant, living downtown (how about a Seasons 52 in the city?), but I will eat there whenever possible.
I made reservations at 7 and had to wait 35 minutes to get seated. I had to rush dinner to make it to my play on time. The server was great and manager on duty was very complimentary and comped the meal so that made the experience better. The wait was why I am giving a negative review
My husband and I have always enjoyed our meals at Seasons 52. When we checked in for our 7pm reservations, we were told the reservations were about 25 minutes behind. The hostess mentioned she would text us when the table was ready.
We decided to wander the mall until our text was received.
It was about 35 minutes later when our text arrived and our table was ready, which was not an issue since we were able to shop!
Upon sitting and ordering drinks, the floor manager approached our table, introduced himself and apologized for the delay in being seated. A bit later, another manager approached, apologized and told us our dinner was on the restaurant for the delay in being seated. We were blown away!
The service here has always been top notch, but this act of kindness was so unnecessary and so appreciated by us!
We, as usual ordered the Lobster flatbread appetizer and we each ordered the cedar plank salmon. The salmon was extremely fresh and the spring medley of vegetables were amazing!
We will be returning very soon!
I have been at Season's 52 before but not sure what the issues were that night maybe short staffed but that is still no excuse. Had reservations on Saturday March 10 and still had to wait almost 30 minutes. Had to squeeze in to get a drink at the bar. Received the drinks got back to my party and noticed heavy stained lipstick on the martini glass and one of the drink glasses had a very large crack in it.
This restaurant is never on time with their reservations on Saturday night. Expect to wait 20-35 minutes
It’s always a great place to dine! We had a fantastic waitress!!
Although you sometime have to wait beyond your reservation time to be seated, it is worth the wait. The service is exceptional. The food is very good and not too expensive. I did have to wait beyond my reservation time, but was apologized to by the head chef, the manager, and a very pleasant waiter. He acted like he truly enjoyed waiting on us.
This was my second visit to Seasons 52. I had to wait both times but came back anyway. I saw similar comments from other reviewers on yelp which says something for the place. If waiting for a table is not a deal breaker, I strongly recommend Seasons 52.
