An absolutely wonderful dining experience from start to finish
Kyle was an excellent server. He greeted me by name. Fielded my question about timing for copper River salmon and was very knowledgable about what the desserts were made of as well as bring very attentive
Great customer service
The hostess and waiter both acknowledged a birthday at our table when we sat down. Erik, our server was knowledgeable and made our experience very enjoyable.
Our meals were delicious, with filets prepared exactly as we asked.
I would highly recommend Seasons 52 to friends and family and hope to be back soon myself.
Had a 7:45 reservation. Arrived at 7:40. Was told at 8 pm that the 7:30 reservations were
just being seated.
Asked hostess several times the wait time. What good is it to have a reservation?
Called the Reel Club at 8:12 pm and left Seasons 52 at 8:15 pm when there was 10 parties ahead of us to be seated.
Was immediately seated at Reel Club and had a great dinner.
Cannot rate the food at Seasons as we did not stay for dinner.
Just a little disappointed because even with a reservation they NEVER get you in on time. Usually there is still at least a 15 mins wait but this time we had to wait 45 mins and we had a reservation. Hoping they can figure this out.
The menu had options that met everyone's taste buds. The food was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. Our waitress was extremely helpful and attentive. The wine list was very good and of course, the desserts were perfect! I love coming here for a great dinner with friends and family.

The food and service were both excellent. My friends and I got together for lunch, and we were allowed to linger and visit long after our meal was over, which was really nice.
The food is always made with fresh seasonal ingredients. Our waiter was knowledgeable and fun.
The food was very good, steak was grilled to perfection! Well built martini with blue cheese stuffed olives. Our waitress was great.
The food was fantastic, great menu. We did the price fixed option & it had a lot of choices. Service is always attentive. Both of us had a recent birthday, so it was very special to receive a card & have our photo taken with the desserts & printed out for us!
We dine here often. We were very disappointed that when we arrived for our reservation, we were told, happy hour is only in the bar area now, and there were no tables available in the bar. We would have happily had dinner in the bar but couldn’t get a happy hour drink. You should have notified us of this change since we were here 10 days ago. Also, since there were no available tables open in the bar, you should have honored happy hour in the dining room since we ordered dinner.
Excellent service tasty food
I made a reservation for my wife's birthday, and our adult son accompanied us. I requested their best table on my reservation and was given a quiet corner booth which fit the bill perfectly. Our selections were a Capicola and cheese flatbread for starters filet mignon and trout for main course and delicious mini desserts . Also we received a free round of excellent champagne , for the birthday celebration. Everyone was very happy with the meal and the service.
Very nice as usual. Really like the roasted head of cauliflower appetizer and the vegetarian entree.

the management is a continual amazement ... in a POSITIVE way. So attentive, makes you feel special, etc. Other than taking the lamb chops off the spring-summer menu, everything was perfect.
We’ve been coming here for years. Always good service and great food. This time we were put in the back room but usually get a booth. My fault for not requesting a booth. The back room on a Saturday night is a bit noisy but thats to be expected. Not really an issue but if you want more quiet get a booth in the main areas. Still a good dining experience. Love this place

The food and service were both outstanding! Beyond those basics, I received a birthday card, a photo of my husband and I at our table, and an additional dessert...nice personal touches for a special occasion!

Great quality, value, service and ambiance.
I really wasn't expecting too much, but we dropped in to celebrate our anniversary having not been to Seasons 52 before. The attention from the staff in making sure it was a special night, combined with the amazing food has made this a top destination for us in the future. When I say attention, I marked anniversary as the "special event" option on OpenTable. When we arrived at the table, there was a card for us wishing us a happy anniversary, they took our photo, the waitress took the time to talk and laugh with us, she even printed a photo at the end. I couldn't believe it. The appetizers, meals, and desserts were fantastic. Having small children, we don't get out on dates often so typically go to the same restaurants over and over, so glad we took the risk and found this gem!
Seasons 52 in OakBrook and Schaumburg continue to remain my favorite restaurants. We will try Colorado with family this October too.

Loved the asparagus soup! The filet mignon was so delicious and the grilled vegetables were very tasty too!
It was my wife's birthday, and they made her feel very special. We did the spring special 3 courses for 29.90. My wife had the chicken, and I had salmon. Food excellent, as was wine. Love this place.
