Our wait person Angelique was outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly, good sense of humor. Maybe best wait person I’ve ever had.

We were seated 25 minutes late. Got no water until we asked three times. The waitress got the order wrong and we had to send it back. They had no scallops or ahi tuna even though it was on the menu. Service took forever. Table wasn’t cleaned. This used to be one of our favorite go to places. Now I’m not to sure.
We booked a table for Seasons 52 based on the majority reviews and the incredible photos of the food. Other than the fact that we were seated right away with our reservation, the rest of the experience was underwhelming and frankly, disappointing.
We ordered shrimp scampi as well as a beet salad for starters. The scampi was tasty, but was placed on some sort of patty that was tasteless. The beet salad was a real let down. My mom and I are crazy for beets, but these had little flavor and were soft, with little to no "bite."
For the main course, my daughter had a New York strip. The steak was cooked to perfection and was delicious. After trying a bite of the steak after digging into some of our own entrees, the rest of the group wished we had ordered the steak. While the mashed potatoes on the plate were dry, the steak was very good.
Two of us had the braised short ribs with carrots, mashed potatoes and horseradish sauce. I wish there had been more horseradish sauce to help give the dish a little more flavor. It was just a very average plate of food. Sadly, my carrots were barely cooked, with the largest seemingly not cooked at all.
My mother had a salad (sorry, not sure which one), and another daughter had the pork. Nothing terrible about the food, but as stated previously, it was just "okay." There was a general lack of flavor on every plate, save the steak.
The serve was fair, although our waiter tried on at least three occasions to get us to order the most expensive flatbread, which we thought was just plain weird. We have used Opentable exclusively to review and determine different places to try for our birthday restaurants and have always been very pleased with the food and the experience. Seasons 52 was very average, and quite frankly for us, a real let down.
Server Jessica was wonderful. Had great service. Filet mignon was very good.
SAM! Been here a few times but Sam, our waiter, was amazing. Worked well with our bawdy group and anticipated our needs. No crazy upselling, just wonderful recommendations. We will request him again!
Food was fresh, fast and delicious. Desserts are incredible and the perfect sweet (and small) end to a wonderful dinner.
Have to mention the bartender who gave us some pre-seating guidance on wonderful wines that serve a crowd.

Ashley was our waitress . She was great with recommendations , service , and wonderful personality . She made our dinner that much better .
Wildfire, Gibsons, Smith & Wollensky, etc. are great but Season's 52 is our favorite. We have never had a meal that has not been amazing and the staff is the best. Every time we go it is amazing. If I wrote a long review, the word amazing would be used quite often.
Isaac was a fantastic and attentive waiter. The food was delicious, served hot, and the desserts were perfect. We had a 630 reservation on a Saturday night and had to wait 15 minutes for our table because the place was slammed, but it was worth the wait. We will definitely come again.
Eat here a lot.. always good food., waited about a half hour with reservations.. good service very noisy lastnight... dinner was very good, the appetizer we personally didn't like which was the hummus.. too many onions watery in thickness and crackers were way too salty.. asked for more pita bread.. but will be back soon..,

We were seated about 40 minutes after our reservation time and experienced longer than usual waiting time to receive drinks and food. It was probably just an off night, as every time I’ve been there before, I’ve experienced nothing but great things. The cocktails were refreshing and tasty, the food was inventive and delicious and of course everything was fresh and sustainable. This place will always be one of my go-tos.
We took friends out to dinner for their 30th wedding anniversary. They had never been to Season's 52. They loved the service, the food and the wine. Our server Katie was very friendly and was attentive to detail. Season's 52 was a great choice for the occasion!
My husband and I have always loved the Schaumburg location of season’s 52, my mother in law even hosted my bridal shower there, and after to moving to the western suburbs were excited to try out the oakbrook location. We made a reservation for 7:30 and arrived at 7:10 knowing on a Friday night to get there a little early to check in. We were not seated until 8:10 40 minutes after our reservation. The restaurant had clearly overbooked themselves and did nothing to accommodate, defeating then purpose of making an making reservation in the first place. While my husband asked just once after 30 minutes where we were in the line to be seated, others did the same and were met with eye rolls, sarcasm, and all our rudeness from the hostess. I am well aware the delays were not the fault of the hosts however customer service should be key when spending money at a nicer dining establishment, and this girl was extremely disrespectful to those inquiring about the wait. The manager did make a stop at all if he tables and spent about 30 seconds saying sorry and moving on with his night. The one positive was our waitress Chakia. She was very kind, efficient, attentive, and had many suggestions about the menu. The food was good but not great and definitely not good enough to overlook the experience of the night. We unfortunately will not be back to this location which is a shame because of how much we loved the Schaumburg restaurant.
