Seasons 52 - Northpark Ratings and Reviews
Great place to stop for lunch or dinner. The menu offers diverse options and the food is fresh, delicious and well presented. I have to say that what makes this one of my favorite places is the lovely staff. The hostesses are very welcoming and the servers are always friendly and efficient.
I'm a regular at Seasons 52 and they bat a solid 90% with visits. Tonight was perfect - great service, hot and tasty food, and a couple of nice mini-desserts so I didn't walk out of there feeling the shame and self-loathing which goes with Cheesecake Factory's fudge cake.
We dined for New Year's Eve and service was very poor. We were seated right beside the waiter service station and could listen to their conversations. We had to ask for drink refills, never received bread until our dinner arrived (after we asked for it). The waiter was not very enthusiastic and acted like he would rather have been out for New Years' Eve rather than serving. This was very poor service for the price of the meals.
This was our second time at Seasons 52 and we were SO excited to be back again since our first visit was incredible. We were pretty disappointed on Saturday night though. Our waitress seemed like she didn't really want to be there/was very forgetful and never brought water until we asked. Not that that's a *huge* deal, but when you're going to a nice place like Seasons that is expensive, you go into it expecting to be wowed and to have a better experience than you would at say, Applebee's or another casual restaurant.
The food was amazing, just like last time, but we probably won't be choosing Seasons 52 as our top date place any time soon because of the service.
We got the flatbread, seared tuna salad, and trout—all were amazing. The service was attentive, but not intrusive. And the restaurant treated us to dessert—our choice of a variety of options (pecan pie, carrot cake, etc.) in a small vase—because it was our first time. We loved the entire experience.
Ate here for the 1st time with a party of 7. Quiet, cozy, very comfortable seating. Nice starters menu. Did not get salads, had plenty of food with appetizer and entree with standard sides. One of us received entree that was not hot- it was almost immediately handled with a new one. Trout, salmon, scallops entrees all outstanding. Unobtrusive service- actually would have appreciated a bit more attention from our server, as a couple of us had knives picked up with our appetizer plates and did not have them replaced in a timely manner and had iced tea almost empty before refill. Wine list looked very nice-we did not order any with this meal. Definitely look forward to returning.
Everything besides us showing up 10min early went wrong.
1) our waiter had someone else deliver the wrong appetizer. After 5min passed someone came & grabbed it & brought us the one we ordered 10min later.
2) waiter came out 5min after the correct appetizer arrived (didn’t bring up the wrong one coming out/the delay) & asked my wife did she order a mushroom flatbread & a chicken noodle soup. Not close. Chicken flatbread & a salad. Aka her order just went in 20min after we placed our order originally.
3) food took 40min to come out & when it did it was a) not appetizing at all b) the salad dressing was so strong on the salad it wasn’t edible c) the waiter didn’t acknowledge the wait or delay at all.
4) when the waiter brought the check it had two appetizers charged to it
Overall a terrible experience. Luckily I had a gift card, part of the reason that I wanted to try it, & didn’t have to use my own money. What should’ve been a 25min meal since we ordered as soon as the waiter introduced himself ended up taking over an hour. Will never go back.
Lunch was good- slight wait even though we had a reservation but it is close to Christmas so that was expected-waiter comped some flatbread due to wait-very professional. Noise level is pretty loud but the overall experience was great. Will recommend to friends.
