Server was helpful and attentive. Food was perfectly prepared. Plank salmon cooked to right temperature.
Awesome experience. Michael, our Server, was the best. He could give lessons. Because of the new Spring menu, they will no longer have Lobster Bisque, which is the very best I’ve ever put in my mouth. Chef Marques surprised me with a supply to sustain me until it returns to the menu. This place has become my second kitchen.
Great luncheon menu with good choices for all tastes! Had a good time, and my friend from out of town was impressed! Many thanks!
Had a business meal for 6. Great food and service and we could carry on a conversation.
As always, Seasons52 did not disappoint. There are excellent brunch selections here.
Dined here once before and was not happy with the food. This time they more than made up for it. Food and service was excellent. Scallops were amazing!! Glad we tried again.
The place was packed. They should have a few more wait staff when it’s that busy.
My daughter and I love the Sea Bass and it was well prepared and pretty good but not as fresh as usual
Our grandchildren love the desserts. They say they are the best in town.
It was our 5th wedding anniversary. Peggy was our server and she did a fantastic job! Not only did she do her job very well, she was also easy to talk to and made the evening more special. She brought us a champagne toast and the chef brought us a tuna tartare sample which was delicious. My husband had the filet and it was the best filet we’ve ever had at a restaurant. I had the scallops and they were divine! Knowing how awesome the mini desserts are we were going to order a bunch. Peggy brought a sampler plate of 7 for our anniversary. They were, of course, fabulous! One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! We will definitely make Seasons 52 our go to restaurant for all special occasions. Everything was perfect, from the food, to the service, to the ambience. We sat in a smaller quiet room which we appreciated.
I booked the restaurant with an online-app,and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary. When we arrived, we were wished "happy anniversary" and lead to a table, where there was a "happy anniversary"card. All very appreciated. We were told that we would get a champagne toast on the house as part of our meal, also a very appreciated touch. A friendly-enough waiter brought our drinks, made food suggestions and took our orders. He was prompt and showed the right amount of attentiveness. So, from a service and attention point of view, the restaurant was superior.
The disappointment was the food! Not that it was bad; it was just boring. I ordered the roasted beet salad as a starter, followed by the ahi tuna. My spouse ordered the tuna tartare/poke followed by the grilled salmon. The beet salad was good, but not exciting; the pistachio nuts that came with it would have been better if they were roasted. I tasted my spouse's starter and liked it. My ahi tuna main course was overcooked, so much so that that one had to actually use a knife to cut into it; my experience with this sort of dish in the past is that it should be seared on the outside, with, essentially, a raw interior that is easily manipulated with a fork. The accompanying vegetable toppings (a sort of coleslaw salad) were tasteless. We also had a side-order of roasted brussel sprouts. Frankly, I do a better job at home. Again, not bad, just boring. Similarly, my wife's grilled salmon was adequate, but not worth swooning over.
Desserts are offered in little highball glasses- very pretty and the right amount. I am constantly on the lookout for the perfect key-lime pie; to paraphrase Groucho Marx, this was not it. A little heavy on the pastry and light on the lime. My wife's chocolate concoction was similarly ok.
Lovely evening, great service, just not the highpoint in cuisine.
Great lunch in a very relaxing place with excellent service and delicious healthy food!
Seasons 52 was the perfect place to catch up with some girlfriends over drinks and dinner. The food was very good - I had golden beets with goat cheese and brussel sprouts. The brussels had bacon - so yum. Really nice place to meet friends, whether for just a drink or a meal.
Service and food good.
I had planned to celebrate my wife's birthday this past Saturday at Season's 52. After waiting 45 minutes for our food after ordering, a soundless alarm was going off for about 15 minutes and then we were told to evacuate. This was during the busiest hour of dinner and they did not offer any compensation. So we settled for the food court. I understand that emergencies happen, but the least they can do is to offer some sort of compensation.
Food is excellent and service is on point
Long wait with reservations. Food presentation was nice. Vegetables need seasoning and a sauce. They are too bland and dry. They serve too many carrots. I think they are on all the dishes and a have tried many. The pear salad is great!!! Very tasty.
The food was exceptional as always. Our waitress was just the best. Spectacular service.
Horrible service from hostess stand/ left us standing there for 5 minutes as she was on phone. I eat there at least 2 -3 times a month. No greeting it thank you on way out as a bunch of hostesses were talking to each other
Birthday dinner with my daughter. The food was splendid. The waitstaff was slow and inattentive. Very pleasant staff just not there when needed. The restaurant was empty so at the end I spoke with the manager who was fabulous. No excuses were made only a promise to do better. Truly a coachable moment. And He made an adjustment to our bill and offered a credit toward our next visit. I will give them another chance as sometimes the staff is spread too thin and the customer experience suffers.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I felt the menu was slightly limited. Otherwise, the lobster flat bread appetizer was awesome, and the filet mingon was delicious! The lobster bisque soup was too creamy and lacked flavor but the atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a romantic evening. We will definitely be back!
Roger was excellent and took great care of us!
We were celebrating 3 birthdays and Seasons 52 was the perfect place! We had a quiet table so we could visit, the food and our server made our birthday celebration extra special.
We all enjoyed our little 50 yr nursing class get together. Several of the women had not eaten at Seasons 52. They all thoroughly enjoyed their meal and said they would like to return. We all had dessert and commented that is a very good idea to use a type of portion control. By that I mean the pretty and small dessert dishes. The server was Jason I think was his name and he did a very nice job and met our needs perfectly.
We loved our second visit for Valentine’s Day. We will be back with more family. Bravo!
Seasons 52 North Park is still one our favorite restaurants of all! The atmosphere and the food are exactly what we love... and we love the warm friendly atmosphere. Jason is one of our favorite waiters... he's amazing and has become a friend! Al is a gracious host and always makes us feel welcome. We love everything about Seasons 52 North Park!
Lobster bisque & flatbread my new obsession. I will be back to try mahi tacos
Fabulous Valentine’s Day celebration! Loved the champagne toast and special menu! Steak and pear salad was delicious! Salmon was a tad over cooked - our fault we didn’t ask for a new plate. Would have loved a special wine menu similar to the harvest dinner. Love Season’s 52!
Never disappointing, Season's food and ambiance is superb and consistent, its offering (food, service, etc) whether Northpark in Dallas or any of its locations in Atlanta GA, is always excellent. Has a tasteful menu and a really good wine selection as well.
Great place! The food is always good and interesting! Would definitely come back. The stuffed mushrooms were awesome.
Delicious, fresh ingredients and helpful staff made for a great early Valentines dinner with my wife!
Didn't go in to this with much expectation, however, it was perfect for the nice dining pre-movie need to eat in a rush, but want to eat healthy situation. The place was packed, but not too noisy. Waiter was very attentive. Didn't love the wine list so I went with the cucumber vodka specialty drink that was excellent. Ordered tuna and cheese plate appetizer and had fish for dinner. All was great for a lower-than-expected fine dining pricing. Definitely recommend!
Very nice meal. Excellent service. Nice ambiance. Great dessert size and selection.
Always a great experience! Professional, friendly service, great food and atmosphere.
April took very good care of our group! Dinner was great!
Excellent food. Imaginative and fresh. The mini desserts are the perfect size for a touch of something sweet. Can’t wait to go back!
We enjoyed a beautiful brunch. Jasmine with the great smile was our server. We were greeted by manager upon entrance and exit. The menu options were multiple and it was difficult to decide but our selections were delightful
I had a lovely lunch with my mother & sister. The service was excellent and we especially enjoyed the 2 wine & flatbread special for $15. It was great value!!
Food was quite good and reasonably priced. Service was good but not outstanding.
This was not our first visit to S52, it was my first visit to this location however. Had this been my first time at S52 it would have likely been my last. Starting with our waitress. She was painfully slow to do anything and seemed put out when we told he we wanted to get out flatbread prior to ordering our dinner. The flatbread was great, my entree was good though not as warm as I expected it to be. We order coffee along with a couple of the mini desserts to share. When my partner took his last swallow of coffee he ended up with a mouthful of grounds. I checked mine and sure enough more grounds. I will be sticking to then Plano location I the future !!
