Seasons 52 - North Bethesda

I usually like to come to Seasons 52. But I will say I was a little disappointed in the meal this time. The steak was a little salty. Our waiter was very good-very attentive. That was Franklin. I think the kitchen was slow- it took quite a while for us to get our food for dinner. We had the roasted cauliflower for an appetizer, that was not roasted even. We have had it in the past and it has been very good.
The quality of the food was not impressive.
45th Anniversary was made VERY special with complimentary champagne and small appetizer! Our waitress was extremely attentive and very pleasant too. Food delicious, atmosphere very pretty. A great place for regular dinner, or a special occasion.
Food was excellent as always Tomato-cheddar soup was a great new addition for fall. Was delighted to have Julie as our server---terrific as always.
Great place for dinner after work and I imagine on other occasions. As an out-of-towner on business - this is my "go to" restaurant as it hits all the high points.
Loud, overcrowded. They brought extra tables in from outside. Customers and the waitstaff kept bumping all of our chairs trying to get between all the extra tables. Too many people, it made the room very noisy.
The food, especially the soup and cooked vegetables, were a bit too salty. The fish was good, but the meat, despite being cooked medium rare, was quite tough.
Four of us for dinner. One dish was inedible. Two other dishes barely so. I have been to this restaurant many times. Kitchen needs to aim for consistency and quality. I will give them one more chance.
Went for lunch and had great service and delicious food as usual. We usually dine for dinner but great for casual lunch at the bar as well!!!! Full menu plus good selection of lunch menu as well.
We love Seasons 52. Sat in the bar area and had a really nice meal. Chloe, our server, was very nice and attentive. We generally like the bar area as the open dining room can get a bit loud.
My wife and I took her brother and sister-in-law to Seasons 52 for a delightful dinner. We knew that the food would be great and that there would be plenty of choices. We and our out of town guests were not disappointed. Great tasting food, well displayed, and nice atmosphere (although a little noisy). We hope to return soon.
Wonderful!!! Miriam, our Server, was EXCELLENT!
Give her a BIG RAISE!
She was patient, explicit with her explanations, right on with her recommendations.
Can’t wait to name-request her @ our next visit!
My only criticism is with the flatbreads, which were really great. However, recently on the past three visits to Rockville restaurant, they tasted and looked like they were not freshly made and just reheated
All three of us got them and were all dissatisfied
i always look forward to my meals here. they really do know how to create a very nice overall experience.
Service was perfect! Food was out of this world. And lighting and nice atmosphere made it perfect for a special birthday dinner with my dad.
We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my daughter last night at Seasons 52 in Bethesda. Jerry the manager had called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation, and he and the staff went all out to make the evening special -- from the champagne toast and fresh flowers at the table when we arrived all the way through to the special pecan-pie crusted ice cream dessert for the birthday girl. Chloe was our waitress and she was attentive without being intrusive. The Autumn-menu Kona Sirloin dinner with Brussels sprouts I had was terrific, and everyone enjoyed their meal and had a great time -- including the 5-month old who was on her best behavior.
There was a drip from a vent in the ceiling. Air conditioning? Not large or constant, but upsetting for a moment. It did not drip on the food, just my granddaughter's arm. We reported it to the waitress. It did not happen again.
I usually get the trout tried the scallops Mott much flavor. Overall the dinner was bland but I love the restaurant and servers will go back to the trout !!
I ordered a baby kale salad with figs and vinaigrette. Instead I was served a Caesar salad with a bit of kale hidden under the romaine. The runner, the waitress, and then a manager insisted that was the only kale on the menu. I asked for a different salad, which they quickly supplied. But I checked the menu on the way out, and my baby kale salad was right there.
A wonderful caring staff helps to bring out dishes exactly the way you want them. They take notes and remember the food you want and where you like to sit on your return visit.
Perfect for my couple’s date with my friend and her Husband. Food and service were great!
It was a good experience. We love this place and come often.
Very attentive staff. Nice presentation. We felt welcomed.
Birthday dinner was wonderful. We were given complimentary sparkling wine.
Our waiter, Gustaf , was personable and paid special attention to our needs. Food was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant and Gustaf.
Had all my kids graduations there plus my recent birthday celebration. I love the way they make my family feel special. Love this place.
We were a large party of 14 and they did an outstanding job
Three course dinner was a good deal at the price, although the main dishes could have used a little spicing up. Portions were ample.
Food: Tons of salt. Lots of sauces. It would have nicer to have more of a natural, healthy meal.
Noise Level: It's just way too noisy here. Even in a booth, the volume is very loud. (And I understand it wasn't the fault of the restaurant that the boisterous lady in the next booth was screaming throughout her meal. I learned about her nails, neighbors, family, and more. Towards the end of the meal I got up and asked her to mind her manners when she let the f-word fly REALLY loud.)
Next time I ask for a table in the quieter, smaller room up front to the right of the hostess stand.
My 3-course fish dinner was well-prepared and tasty. Our server Priscilla H. is top-notch. Attention from the restaurant's management is also excellent. I recommend this restaurants to my friends.
Chloe, our server was cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. We tried the Root and Vine dinner special - it was the first night the dinner special was featured. Our hope is that both of these dishes will be refined over time.
A great place for casual dining. Enjoy the seasonal menu. A very good wine selection. Great for pre or post-theater dining. The staff always is attentive and friendly.
We sat at a booth in bar area and it was fine! Served by a wonderful bartender
Met for an out of town business dinner and it was great. Consistent quality and service just like at home in Dallas. A can’t miss venue.
Very pretty restaurant, darkish, peaceful and tables spaced. I do go here for these reasons but find food rather average. Service, no complaints but nothing special about it either. A little surprised a bottle of Fat Tire beer $10.50.
Great food. Great service. Adama was our server and was great. Personable. Attentive. We are looking forward to our next dinner with your group.
I love this place! The food is delicious and they are always able to accommodate my vegan diet and my sister's gluten free diet. They provided drinks on the house to celebrate birthdays and the service is always superb! They even called us back when one of us left our credit card there!
Food and service are always wonderful. Too noisy though. Screaming children???? Disturbed our happy dinner. Staff should have insisted parents remove them.
Choices were good and food was great
The bar at Seasons52 North Bethesda is nice... and large - almost too large - for the restaurant because it limits more intimate seating to some degree. Cocktails and wine by the glass were overpriced, but the bar service was good.
Our server, Mustapha, was over the top! He was intimately familiar with the menu and wine list. He was also engaging and seemed to enjoy being part of our dining experience. There was a minor issue with the overhead lighting at our table that Mustapha insisted on repairing so we could fully enjoy our meal.
The wine list was more than adequate but pricey considering the offerings. The menu was seasonal and the appetizers were very good.
