Seasons 52 - Naples Ratings and Reviews
Not a great experience! My drink took over 30 minutes to arrive, however it was taken off of the bill. One person ordered the breakfast burger which arrived raw and the egg was overcooked. Again, it was taken off of the bill. The manager apologized, but apparently the restaurant was understaffed. It was a birthday celebration for a dear friend but wasn't that fun due to the bad food.
We had a 6:45 reservation, the hostess said it will be a couple minutes, and we weren’t seated for 45 minutes. The food was very good and presented very nicely. The room was very noisy and it was hard to hear persons at your own table. Overall it was a good dinner.
for the second time, we had to wait over a half hour after our reservation time to be seated. We have theater tickets so this was particularly annoying. They seem to intentionally overbook and then let people wait. The food was good but none of us will return
Huge disappointment. We are regulars at this Season 52. Last night (a Friday) was an epic fail on the restaurants part. Had a 5:30 reservation for 3 people and were not seated until 6:30pm. Many people in the lobby were in the same boat. Lots and lots of frustrated people. Mgt was very scattered and seemed panicked with the issues. Once seated you could tell they were rushing food out as ours was undercooked and we had to send some of it back. Many frustrated waiters as well. We heard from the very nice Valet guys that they had heard these same complaints and issues from several people the past 3-4 nights. Not sure what the exact problem is, but I’d avoid this restaurant for awhile. They can’t seem to handle season at all. What a shame. There are so many good places to eat in Naples, choose something else for the time being. Our evening was very stressful instead of pleasant.
This is the second time we have had a poor dining experience at Season. The first time our server literally didn't take our drink order for 25 minutes and literally took forever to do anything and this time, we had a 6:15 reservation, but weren't seated until 7:10. I feel that they shouldn't take reservations so close together if they know that they're not able to turn tables that quickly....perhaps due to slow service such as we received in our previous dining experience?
Thought the food was fantastic. The service was just okay and the food coming out of the kitchen was a bit slower than I remembered from the last time but I prefer that to being rushed. I would definintely return again. It's a busy time of year for the Naples Season 52 so understandable.
3 out of 8 fo us had good food. The short ribs were dry, the Lamb shanks (2) were dry
My Scallops were burnt and another strip steak was cooked the way he ordered it(medium Rare) and was tough.
The manager was consulted and he handled it very well. He offered to bring new entrees but by then the ones with the trout (3) were almost half finished. He comped us desserts and gave the 5 coupons for another visit.
We were impressed with Gary or Greg? Not sure I remember the name. Whoever is making sure that food is checked before serving the scallops did not do a good job. It should never have been served. The other things they didn't have control over. But who should make sure meat isn't over cooked is a good cut so it isn't tough?
The service was a bit slower than usual and, even though it was cold outside, the air conditioning kept tuning on and had to be shut off repeatedly. I am sure that problem is taken care of now. The food is always very good, though our friends broccoli was underdone.
Took 4 friends who had never dined with you. Orders came out all mixed up. Entrees instead of happy hour. It took us 45 minutes and three tries to get our bills corrected. I was embarrassed after I had bragged about how great the experience had been for me in the past.
Didn’t like the room separated from the ambiance of the main dining area.
Sorry!! But you asked.
This is probably our overall favorite restaurant. Usually, everything is great. This time, the service was not up to expectations. We had reservations and arrived on time. Yet, despite there being many vacant booths and tables, it took a long time before we were seated. Then, after placing our appetizer orders (and getting them), it took a long time to place our dinner orders. The restaurant was jam-packed by the time we finished and left, but it was not that way when we arrived.
We had reservations for 7h, got there at 5 to 7h and were told there was a 20 mins waiting period or so... Felt like some groups went before us (regulars maybe), finally took 35 mins... manager was really apologetic and told us appetizers were all on him. Made up nicely for their mistake, and also included desserts. Food was good as usual. Too busy, short on staff it seems... high season in Florida🙄
