We celebrated my birthday on this evening and were thrilled with the service, our table, and the food. The three of us each ordered a different dish and all three were exceptionally delicious. Our server was a delight and appeared at exactly the right times. In short, it was a perfect evening.

Our waitress Melissa was very sweet and accommodating . The food was delicious - my filet rivaled any steak house dinner. The scallops were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Can't wait to get back to Seasons 52!!!

We love Seasons, this is a place we always take our friends and family. Food is always good, drinks are also good. This experience, unfortunately had to be the worst one yet. Although Lauren was nice, the service was not as it usually is. We were there for almost an hour before we got our drinks. Even our appetizer came out before our first drink. It was a Monday night so very quiet, probably about 3-4 bar guests, and about 2-3 tables. What upset us the most about our experience was that we were charged incorrectly, and also given the wrong change. Our server never came back to our table again, even when we tried to get her attention when she was by the table next to ours. Overall, we never got our change and our guests were overcharged on their card. Disappointing.

Always great in every way! Servers were pleasant and charming, staff was accommodating, and the ambience was excellent. The food is always of the highest quality. Overall it’s the best value in Naples. We feel very welcome here every time. They value our business.

Great menu choices. Food quality is consistent with above average service standards. Seasonal changes to the menu make dining fun and interesting. We have lived in the SWFL location for 15 years and continue to place Seasons 52 in the top 5 restaurants for value, quality and service.

Reservation was honored -seated on time. The Sizzling dining menu was good and the filet was prepared as ordered. Our waitress was attentive and extremely personable. The only negative response is that the food was served too quickly and plates were removed before all parties were finished eating each course. Still love Seasons 52!

We have been coming to Seasons 53 for many years and have never been disappointed. Their quality control is very consistent. The food is delicious, and the service is great. The only thing I would say about the Naples Fl location is that it needs an update. The carpets and decor are looking old and tired…could use a freshening up. Otherwise, always a nice experience here.

3 out of 4 orders perfect but waiter did not accurately explain an order for our gluten free guest so she couldn’t eat part of it. Also, waiter only came once to fill up water.

Our server, Paris was excellent! We dined 3 days before our anniversary and somehow our server knew and left a card and offered us champagne or a dessert. She was very attentive and friendly. Food was good although lacked a little salt which was available on the table so no issue.

Great food, good server. Appreciated the gluten free menu for one member of our party. Love the wine flights, which is enough for 2 to share for light drinking. Portions are ample without being excessive; food is always delicious. One of our favorite restaurants — have patronized in SW Florida and South Jersey (Cherry Hill) — consistent, delicious, pleasant, and a decent value

So sad this was always a reliable amazing place to go. We had tuna appetizer that had no flavor, the grilled artichoke itself was ok but the hummus has no flavor. My always favorite sea scallops had no flavor and the gnocchi was not good, very very sweet. We have always love seasons 52 and never had a bad meal until last night sadly. Our server was very nice, but everything too a really long time starting with getting water

Seasons 52 is one of our standard "go to" restaurants in Naples. The food, service are always consistent and the ambience is delightful (try for a booth away from the center of the restaurant...get's noisy). Great cocktails and decent wine selection.

Great food and service a favorite but it’s so loud elderly people with hearing aids are left out of the conversation. They would be better served to make a quite room for people with hearing issues, this is of particular need in an area like Naples.
