   The atmosphere is very soothing. We love dining at Seasons 52. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. There was a small chalkboard on the table wishing my husband a Happy Birthday. We were seated promptly. The server came to our table promptly to order drinks and appetizers. The food , as always, was delicious! I ordered a filet with scallops. The food was served hot! My filet was cooked perfectly. Our server brought a complimentary dessert for my husband.

   Terrible service. Food was overpriced and bland. I was hoping that being in Memphis it would be good southern cooking. Crab was more like canned tuna, polenta was not seasoned at all, scallops were rubbery. Server spent the whole time flirting with girls and not paying attention to the customers

    Overall the restaurant was good. Food as expected. Nothing spectacular but all solid dishes. The service was very slow but we did not really mind as we were having a celebration lunch. They appeared very short staffed and the waitress did appear to be doing the best she could do under circumstances.

    The room we were placed in was dark and dingy. Our food came out cool. The entire wait staff for the area stood at doorway and talked rather than checking if we needed steak knives or water. Eaten at this Restaraunt a number of times and never received such poor food, placement in Restaraunt or service.

    Service was just okay - our waitress was slow and we noticed other tables around us had same waitress and were getting a lot faster service. They were out of a few menu items we wanted to try - busy mother’s day night, but would expect more preparation. We were not at all overly impressed by the food, but it was good enough to enjoy the meal. I did not feel like what we got was overpriced although other menu items were.

    First time trying this restaurant. I was very underwhelmed….. potato leek soup was runny and bland. I had half rotisserie chicken was juicy but under seasoned. Food was edible but just not flavorful. My drink was the best thing it was a hibiscus maragarita. No I would not recommend

    This time around was good a best. This was Mother’s Day so I expect the longer wait time and then being out of certain menu items…. however I felt the service could have been a little better. Our waiter didn’t seem very concerned with checking on us despite walking pass out table like 5 times before he said anything. I usually have a great experience, I chalk this time up to Mother’s Day crowd

    Although it was unusually crowded due to the Mother’s Day holiday, our server was attentive and the food was great! Sadly, the hostess who initially tried to seat us was rude and unprofessional. We reported her to management. We were seated by a second hostess who was very professional and kind. We frequently dine at this location, so we were very disappointed at the shabby treatment we received from the first hostess. Sure hope this is corrected, since this person is the face of the restaurant. First impressions do count. We don’t ever care to be seated by her again.

    We arrived on Mother’s Day at 11 AM. We had reservations. We were seated right away but service was incredibly slow. They ran out of two of the items on the menu at specials. Ended up getting flatbreads, which were very average. Overall the only really good thing. Where are the cocktails

    We were sat what felt like 3 inches from another table. The waiter could not remember who ordered what (there were 3 of us). The vibe just felt off. Felt rushed and not worth the $100 we spent for “fine dining”.

    We generally have a wonderful experience at Seasons 52. On this occasion the food was very good but the service was unusually poor. It took over 10 minutes to get our bottle of wine…then approximately 35 minutes after ordering food, the salads and entrees arrived at the same time. We ordered appetizers but the were never served. The server repeatedly apologized but still it was myth e usual overall positive dining experience. We made the best of it but learned that when they are quite busy, we should not order the entire meal at once.

    I made a reservation for 6 for two birthdays! Your crew went above and beyond to make it a perfect lunch. Thank you so much! Scott was an EXCELLENT waiter. Attention to detail and very patient. Had a sign on the table, champagne to toast with. Both birthday girls said it was their best ever. Thank you so much. We will be back

    I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience as always. Starting with the courteous and efficient valet services, then to the warm and welcoming hostesses and our server Scott was very attentive and did an excellent job. Many kudos to the chef and staff the food was well prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!

    I booked this location for my birthday! There was a little misunderstanding during the beginning of the reservation. But afterwards, everything was cleared up and we were seated. The food was really good with no complaints regarding the entree. Overall, I will return here in the future and I enjoyed myself.

    Randomly chose the restaurant to dine at for our family dinner. From the time we walked up from the parking lot we felt welcomed. I attended with my two children and we sat in a young lady named Shan section. She was very informative about the menu and even went over the top to be active with my children. She didn’t have to, but she did. I state that because my children don’t communicate with others half of the time we’re out and they engaged with her the ENTIRE time. I was truly impressed. They loved her sooooooo much that there was an attempt to make mommy friends with her lol. Gotta love the kids. The food was very flavorful and satisfying to every bite as well… Not to mention the dessert flight that was brought to the table at the end. We really didn’t have enough room left that night for dessert. We never had to ask for a refill, silverware, where’s my server, or any of those hiccups in fine dining. Loved loved loved my experience. Hats off from the BOH to the FOH, you all made our experience. Kudos.

    This is one of our favorite restaurants in Memphis. And last night we were not disappointed. The service was fantastic, our server Scott was great. The Seabass was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. My husband had steak salad and loved it. We also had a crabcake, and it was delicious as usual. The value you get here is incredible for the quality and service. We will be back again.

    Let me say this, the server was top-notch, he was responsive and considerate. He was the saving grace for this first time diner. Unfortunately, after finding hair in my salad (mind you I was halfway done with the meal)…yeah eww, right. However, the manager was less than responsive, she walked by and said something barely audible, “I took it off your meal”. But for someone who wasn’t there to get a comped or free meal, I was quite displeased with her response…lacking of empathy - no affect whatsoever. I generously tipped the server and left…never again.
