We sat upstairs and the ambience up there is not good.
We had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes.
Food is fresh, good and healthy.
Service very attentive.
The Old Fashioned was not good, too sweet with some kind of apple liquor in it and it was watery.
Reservations were made about a week in advance and we were seated upstairs which was fine--only we were in the hallway outside of the main dining room which seemed very awkward for seating. As though a few small tables were set up to accommodate extra seating. Service was very slow. Waiter wasn't very attentive.
Great food, great service. Highly recommend for any occasion!
The caramelized scallops with lemon risotto were outstanding.
Enjoyed eating at this restaurant. Food was very good as was the service. I had the flat iron steak that could have been a little more flavorable but overall a great meal.
Birthday dinner with my friend. We loved the live music in the bar!
Great as always. Love the new Spring menu that sprung a little early this year! Our server Matt was ver good.
Everything was wonderful: the service (Thank you, Torrie), the food, the value, even the selection: we went on a night that featured the regular menu, plus a preview of the spring menu was offered, plus it was Restaurant Week!! So we had a lot to choose from, which was great. This was not our first visit, so no doubt that we will definitely visit again!
This was a phenomenal choice since this was my date's first time there. Christina took care of us from beginning to end. The food was piping hot and delicious. The ambience was great..and the booth made it private.
Celebrating a birthday. The birthday guy received a card from the management and a dessert. The wait staff was excellent and we had live music. It was a special evening. But you do not need a special occasion to go. This is a great value.
We have been to Seasons 52 many times. The service is friendly and fast. Our meals are crafted from the freshest ingredients. The bar area had an outstanding piano player.
Most of our birthday party enjoyed the flatbread appetizers, and their meals. My Caramelized Bosc Pear & Burrata salad, however, left much to be desired. It had a nice dressing but was otherwise too basic. One can only eat so many spinach leaves before stem fatigue sets in. The salad barely met Season 52's normally high standard, i.e. ingredients were as advertised but surprisingly sparse. Thanks to the server for suggesting an "accompaniment." The addition of salmon created/saved the entree.
We made the reservation last minute so it was cool to have a place. Seating took a while but they were busy. Food was decent. Flatbread was really good.
The upstairs is not a good energy. The lighting is wrong and their is no music
Awesome food , great pricing and nice ambiance
Always good food . I like that the calorie count is indicated.
First time there. We had a gift card from friends that love dinning at Season 52. The food was delicious and the environment casual and fun. Matt our waiter was fun and helpful. Will definitely come back
The food was not very good and the service was terrible.
Sangria was delicious. Everyone’s lunch was great. Great quality; great portions. The desserts are always great and just the right size. Loved being able to sit in a booth. And, both the manager and the chef came by to ensure we were satisfied. Second time I had lunch there this week. I go often for lunch and dinner. Eleanor Thompson
Great food. Great service from Jen.
Took a vendor to dinner. Greeted well and seated quickly. Wait staff brought drinks as we were seated (some of our party was late) so that was good. Took a while for her to return to take a food order because the fourth person hadn’t arrived. Well the three of us wanted a flat bread to start and have ready for the fourth upon arrival. Eventually all orders put in and we enjoyed our entrees. One diner thought the lamb shank was just ‘alright’.
The live piano player was great! The food was excellent and came out very quickly!
Attentive but not overbearing management, excellent food and service. Our server, Selbie, is a treasure!
Season’s 52 never disappoints. We came after business meeting and grabbed a couple of appetizers and drinks. The rest of the group remained for dinner while I had to leave. I come to this place once a month with my wife and we usually get a table near the bar. This time we stayed in main restaurant which is quieter. My colleagues from UK were very complimentary of the food, including the deserts. The only thing that could be improved is that the wine that is served with flatbread could have another “premium” category so the patrons can choose if they prefer to drink better wine.
I work in KOP and this is always a favorite- love that they include the calorie count on the menu- never had a bad meal- make sure to make reservations as its always packed.
No one in our table was impressed with our food. Kind of tasteless. Shrimp scampi with smoked tumeric is not shrimp scampi if I may say. Our sirloin was over cooked and our waitress disappeared so we couldn't send it back for another one till 30 minutes later when it was already too late. Lobster ravioli and scallops were very fair not even good. Deserts were mediocre at its best. Would not return
My daughter and I agreed it was disappointing. Duck lollipops were too spicy to finish. Everything else was just okay. Not a good value.
I will definitely go back....great place!
This was the first time to Season 52 for every member of my party (of 8). We all thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We were there for a birthday celebration. We were given a private room-- which really impressed the group. The waitress made the occasion very, very special. Thank you, Season 52!!!
We love the food and wine menu at Seasons 52. On this particular occasion we were sat on the second floor, which lacked any sort of ambiance or character. We wished we had just stayed at the bar and eaten there. Service was good
It took about one-half hour waiting between clearing appetizers and serving of main course and only after we alerted manager. Restaurant acknowledged their error and did the “right thing” by not charging for main courses. We go here every few months and this is the first time we had any problems .
I had been to Seasons 54 once or twice before and enjoyed it. I booked a table for 5 last Saturday night to celebrate my birthday with my family. On arriving, our waitress handed me a card wishing me happy birthday. It was nice but meaningless -- a free app or dessert would generate goodwill. The restaurant was very busy and very noisy - practically impossible to carry on a conversation. Our server was friendly and efficient, considering how busy the restaurant was, but when will someone train servers properly -- dishes should NEVER be removed before everyone has finished that course. Please see #17 in the NY Times article "100 Things a Waiter Should Never Do." Finally, there was an extra charge for bread -- this can be justified if the bread is made from expensive ingredients, specially baked, etc. Believe me, this did not justify an extra charge. The food was good but we did not enjoy our meal and there are plenty of other similar restaurants.
As always, fantastic food, great service and fun environment!
Had a lovely lunch with my daughters. My one daughter did not like the cocktail she ordered and there was no fuss having it replaced. The food was great. The service was good. The restaurant is much less noisy on weekends than on weekdays.
First time here. What a great place! Food was excellent. I wish I could remember my server name, he was a gem.
excellent food and service. We will visit again soon.
I love the consistency of great food and service that I find at Seasons 52!
Consistently great food and superior service. I have been to this locations several times and have never been disappointed.
Belated Valentines dinner - food was amazing and cooked perfectly. Service by Emily was fantastic! Great experience.
Everyone was nice, I was there from out of town with my 4 year old son. We were seated in the bar at a large booth. Well the bar wasn't my first choice - but he did love the piano and singing (+), the waitress gave me a kids menu and I ordered a cup of chicken soup for him from the kids menu and one for me from the regular menu with some flatbread. When they came out they were identical and both had parsley on the top (Most kids don't like green food) so I had to remove as much as I could get off. Very nice restaurant - loved the water and fire in the front, just would be nice not to be in the bar....people give little people (and their parents) strange, annoying looks...
