We always love our nights out at Seasons!
When isn't this place on point? Food is amazing, waiters are not only attentive but they're super personable. If you make a reservation you wait 5 minutes tops...and they update you and apologize perfusely along the way. Whoever manages this restaurant deserves kudos for being consistently good, and ensuring the entire place is fun to visit and enjoy.
Go here instead of Banana Breeze.
The food is always great here. Had the Hawaiian pineapple martini which was yummy. The crispy short rib sandwich was delicious! It can get pretty noisy in the main room when it's crowded, otherwise it's a great place to dine.
Our reservations were for 8:15pm. When we arrived we were informed that they were running behind, they apologized and said it would be about 15 minutes before we would be seated.
That did hold true. 15 mins later we were seated.
I didn't mind because it was Mothers Day and it was understandable why they were a little behind.
I love this place
My sister and our families brought my mother here for dinner on Mother’s Day. Overall we had a great experience. However, even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated. Seasons 52 has been in business long enough that they should be able to plan better for holidays.
Food is wonderful
they overbooked for Mother's Day
the front desk was rude
kitchen was behind
Very poor reservation management; we had to wait over 20 minutes for our table. The food was very good, portions were not overly large. Good wine list with some that were reasonalby priced. The downstairs was VERY loud. Upstairs was better.
We had a Mothers Day reservation for 9 and had to wait for 45 min. after our RSVP time to be seated. No apologies, no nothing. Not even a greeting at the door from the host when our party arrived. Food was mediocre. Would not go back, nor recommend it.
Food was very good and great value for the money. I would definitely recommend this place and I will go again. My husband who never likes his food complemented how good the food was.
We’re frequent diners at Seasons 52 and have been since it opened; we generally have been very happy. However, this time it was just horrible by comparison. The fact that it was Mother’s Day simply shouldn’t matter for our experience. However, it was quite clear that the restaurant massively overbooked, and that put massive pressure on the staff, the kitchen and of course diners. Wow. What a decline. So disappointing.
Dinner was excellent as always, but it was just crazy busy since it was Mother’s Day.
This was a tough situation. Mother's Day, and the kitchen backed up so badly that when we arrived for our 2pm reservation, they said they were behind a full hour on reservations (I've never experienced that before). They ended up seating us just a half hour late, but it took 2 full hours before we got our entrees. We paid our check at 5pm, and waded out of the restaurant through a crowd of at least 50 more people waiting.
The server was excellent, and the food was really good. If it wasn't for the kitchen problems, it would have been four or five stars. but it was not a relaxing meal because the system was incredibly over-stressed. I've been to Seasons 52 in Denver before, and while it's typically busy, it runs very smoothly - just not on Mother's Day.
Yes it was Mother’s Day, but they completely let the day get away from them. 2 o’clock reservation seated us at 3 o’clock. Then food was very slow coming out. Good food and service, but.....
The food and service were very good. Unfortunately we had to wait almost and hour to be seated even though we had reservations. We had to wait a while for our main courses too.
Mother’s Day was insane. 1 hour late to get seated with booking and then 2 additional hours to get our food. Our waiter was great but overall it was a bit messy...
We usually have a wonderful dining experience at Seasons 52 but this visit was horrible. It was for mothers day which made things worse and we ended up leaving after waiting for 40 minutes (with a reservation). Patrons were all advising us to leave as they encountered an additional 1.5 hours to be served their meals. Reception/host area was a complete mess. The hostess was seating whomever would come and complain the loudest. Disappointing to say the least.
Have been to Seasons 52 several times and have always enjoyed our experience. Food, atmosphere and staff have always been great. We enjoy sitting in bar area booths, more intimate & quiet then dining room and like the live music.
Last experience was a bit hectic since it was Mothers Day. Place seemed to have been extremly overbooked and ran more than an hour behind reservation time.
A TOTAL DISASTER. We arrived at 12:25 for 12:45 reservations. The first warning sign should have been the confused & lengthy valet line. The parking attendants did not seem to know what they were doing...
Upon checking in at the host desk, we were told that 'things are running about 20 minutes late'. NO APOLOGY, just the bad news. We were told we could wait in the bar. By 1:45 we had given up on being seated and rather than leave, we elected to place a food order in the bar where after an hour of standing we were able to garner 2 seats. The food finally arrived to us in the bar at approx. 2:45 ( A FULL 2 HOURS AFTER CHECKING IN).
Sadly, my wife's pecan & maple syrup waffle was delivered without the nuts or syrup. It was cold upon arrival and positively dormant by the time the nuts/syrup finally were delivered( another 15 minutes). I ordered the braised short rib hash based upon the waiters recommendation. It consisted of maybe 2 full forkfuls of beef, 2 LARGE CLUMPS OF FAT, and a good 1/2 pound of potatoes plus two poached eggs which were so overcooked that they were the consistency of a toy superball.
A side order of bacon mysteriously arrived 15 minutes after all other items had been deposited.
The bartender (Brian) was outstanding and tried to make up for all of the restaurants failings with excellent service . He is to be commended. Management of this place should be terminated. We saw at least 15 groups of people leave, disgusted, and numerous 'incidents' at the host desk where folks justifiably expressed their frustrations.
If it were possible, I'd give Brian a 10 + and the restaurant a zero or -5.
Made Mother's Day reservations at this KOP restaurant several weeks ago. It was sooo very crowded! I was surprised and extremely disappointed that, despite my 12:45 pm reservation, my wife and I were forced to wait for an additional 45 minutes before we were seated at a booth in the bar area. Once seated after we ordered my wife's soup was cold and the bread was cold and hard, her salmon was lukewarm. Compounding matters was the fact that the restaurant, itself, was very cold. I complained about the air but was simply told, "it will warm up". This restaurant was clearly overbooked on one of the most popular dates of the year and it seemed as if the restaurant was unprepared, overwhelmed and understaffed. People were still waiting to be seated after we finally left the restaurant. Totally unacceptable. We are regulars at this particular location and admit that we've never experienced this type of waiting and or poor service before, however, this was unacceptable and gave us pause about returning here in the future.
Waited 1 hr for flatbread appetizer and then another hour for our entrees and we had an 11 month old with us.
Could not manage Mother's Day volume. Took too many reservations, causing long delays for mothers and their families on their special day. In total it took 3 hours to seat us, take our order, serve our food, and give us a check. Definitely not a great experience.
I love this restaurant and would normally give a great review, but something happened this Sunday, Mother's Day.
I can not give them a review because we were never seated.
After waiting for a 1/2 hour after our reservation time with no expectation of being seated any time soon.
They kept telling us "Just 15 more minutes", after the third time we left.
I am hoping it was a one time thing, like being short staffed or something!
It is normally a great place to go and I was hoping to give my Mom a special treat!
We were out for Mother’s Day! Arrived at 12:00, seated at 12:20. We ordered right away however our food did not come out tulle 2:15. On top of that the upstairs bathroom was filthy.
Worst service. Waited an hour and 15 minutes and no service was given.
They had overbooked for Mother’s Day and it showed. We waited 2 hours for our food which was clearly sitting under a heat lamp. My sons French toast was undercooked. The drinks were diluted and obviously premixed. For the one day out of the year that I get to enjoy with my family, I was so dissatisfied.
We eat at Seasons 52 often, but when we went yesterday for Mother’s Day, it was horrible. The whole experience was terrible. It was very very loud. So loud you could barely hold a conversation. We waited 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. After we were seated and had ordered our food, we then waited another 90 minutes. Yes, 90 minutes until our food came. Our server rarely came around during this time. He didn’t offer drink refills or bread for the table or anything. The mangers were MIA. When the food finally came, it was completely lack luster and not typical Seasons 52 standard. Some food was cold and my daughter’s bacon was completely burnt. However, there wasn’t even an option to request more as we couldn’t wait another 90 minutes to be served again.
The kitchen obviously was very overwhelmed and whoever decided to allow the amount of bookings they did made a gross error in assuming their staff could handle the load. It was an overall horrible experience. It left such a bad taste in my mouth about how it was handled by the waitstaff and managers that we won’t be returning any time soon. And I will certainly warn everyone against making a reservation there for Mother’s Day or any other special occasion.
Food was just okay nothing special for the price I believe other seasons 52 are much better, will not be back
Great place and our table was ready on time! Great food and excellent service.
great food, small portions but I guess that's how you keep the calories down, overall very nice restaurant. love the food selection
Great specialty drinks and wine list. Appetizers were different and tasty. Entree very good, and shot glass dessert was perfect size.
I love that the servers always ask about time constraints. This is the perfect spot for lunch meetings.
The occasion was a birthday but they did absolutely nothing
So what us the purpose of asking on the reservation if it is a special
For a chain restaurant, never ceases to amaze me the quality of food and the professionalism of the staff. It is my "go to" consistently for client meetings over a meal as well as special occasion. NEVER disappoints.
Got together with my out of town cousins and the meal was great!
It seemed like Sunday lunch was not the best time/day to visit here. First we asked for s booth but were put in the bar when 5 booths were available in the dining room but not cleaned. We had to ask another server for water as our was not around much. My meal came out wrong and received no attention to the mistake from our server or manager. Nothing was bad and for other restaurants this would be good but I expect more from the Seasons 52 brand.
Ordered filet medium rare and it came out closer to well done. My wife had scallops and they were dry and overcooked. The waiter never came back to ask how the food was so we had to flag him down
Good food, great service...Sal was a fabulous server! Great night!
