Wow and Wow! Delicious is an understatement- Service was impressive and super efficient! What a lil gem 💎
Birthday celebration (party of 3). Excellent dining experience.
Friendly and wonderful service. Outstanding customer service 👍🏻
Food and service were good but not exceptional. The dining room feels cramped and the decor a bit dated. Otherwise we had a decent time.
Awesome food and service. And the made our anniversary celebration extra special with a card and
It was nice. Getting pricey as with everything. I like that the calories are listed. The waitress was nice. It was what I wanted and did the trick.
Great lunch spot to meet up with friends or family.
Love Seasons52 however this time it was just so. Asparagus, with my husband Filet was way over cooked, limp & brownish and too much dressing on my BBQ Salad. We ate it. Enjoyed the time with wine, but quality of food was not what we are use to.
Friday evening, 6:00, it wasn't crowded.
Always good food and great service.
Something for everyone , flatbreads always good and spinach and strawberry salad a bit too much dressing.
Scallops were good and everyone liked the salmon.
The desserts are always a home run
I met a friend for dinner. We both had the Sea Bass for dinner which was absolutely delightful. We each partook in two of the mini-desserts each. I am glad that the pandemic did not cause the service or quality of the food to be diminished.
Very noisy hard to have and hold conversations
Migdalia, our waitress, was exceptional!!!
It was our Anniversary and were greeted by the hostess and our waitress was very good and attentive. Stacy made sure that that our drinks and food was good. Definitely will go backwards.
Very pricey for wines and food now for what you get.
Wonderful waitress. So attentive.
We had a very nice Anniversary dinner complete with complimentary champagne and a note which was a very nice surprise. It got a bit loud though when we were just about done. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
It was nice to see the restaurant back with almost a full house!
My wife had the fish and I had the bone-in pork chop....wow! Both dishes were served hot with an ample serving of veggies and potatoes.
The service was awesome and the manger checked to make sure we were happy....and we were very happy!
Cannot wait to return.
Food better than ever, service wonderful. Just about my favorite place and our first dining out since the pandemic.
The ambience was outstanding!!! The environment gave up scale vibes and well as the food selections. The food was delicious and unexpectedly affordable. HIGHLY recommend will definitely be returning.
Love love love this place. Everything is always perfect.
Food was delicious and our waitress was spectacular! We sat on the bar side and it was very noisy but we enjoyed our time.
Food is always excellent! Also love the Caymus wine Spring Flight!
Good value for money.
Food is good, service was excellent.
Flatbread had abundance of arugula and barely any chicken. Everything else was delicious. Complimentary dessert for our birthday guest was a lovely touch. Waitress was attentive and very good
Good food and service for the price, not a bargain, but fair. The portion of mashed potatoes with our entrees was very small, that is my only suggestion for improvement.
We were a party of 6 with everyone getting a different entree. All meals were excellent and cooked to order.
Great food - excellent service. First indoor dining since COVID started so wanted to pick a place I remembered as great before. Still Great!
We noticed that the staff with extremely good team work. The bar tender actually ended up serving and delivering the check, the hostess also pitched in. This made us believe they were short staffed, but the service somehow did not suffer, and the food was very good. We were having a celebratory dinner after a long time without dining out, so overall, very nice experience.
This was our first time at Seasons 52. To say the least, we will definitely be returning.
Our waitress, Stacy G, provided us with recommendations and excellent service.
We ordered the chicken pesto flatbread which was delicious. I had the Maui crunch salad and I believe my boyfriend had the trout. Both dishes were outstanding. I also had the peach mule. It was something different, a bit spicy I thought. We capped the night off with coffee and mini desserts. I had the key lime pie which was very sweet. To be fair, I don't eat much sugar so anything sweet can easily be too sweet. My boyfriend had the raspberry cannoli. All in all, the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was nice, too. Service couldn't have been better. For these reasons we will definitely be back! :)
The food was very good and atmosphere felt safe. However our server Valerie was very slow and did not ever even say anything us to us to set expectations or to apologize. We waited over an hour for our dinner to arrive. Then, when the plates were cleared we asked to see desserts. But after multiple attempts to flag down our server were ignored, a half hour later she came with the desserts. We skipped it by then and asked for the check to leave. There were to no apologies even for the wait. we would have been understanding if told there was going to be a wait or if we knew they short staffed. But with no communication and so much waiting it was disappointing. Not sure we will go back anytime soon although the food was very good.
Excellent meal and service...Great wine too.
I have eaten many times at Season’s 52 and have recommended it to others. That said my most recent 05/30/21 visit left a lot to be desired for in terms of customer “experience”. The food as always was delicious. I had made reservations a few days ahead of time and with my party size (10) we had to have two separate tables as they can’t accommodate that large of group (again this was fine). From the moment our group of people came in the manager on duty was cold, rude and unwelcoming to us almost as if 10 people coming into her restaurant (w/ a reservation) was an inconvenience. From there we were seated on time in completely separate areas of the restaurant. This despite them saying they would try and seat us “near” our other party. PA didn’t have 100% occupancy at the time we went but there were numerous “socially distant” tables near us that apparently they couldn’t get us. 10 minutes later 2 separate groups of 4 were seated there instead. Furthermore our sever was ice cold in terms of her demeanor and slipped in a few sarcastic lines she thought none of us could hear while taking drink orders. At this point I called her out on it. I was frank but polite in how the tone was very unprofessional on any level. Given I was paying for all 10 guest and our combined bill was close to a $1,000 I expected at least a smile and treatment that was at least welcoming. Server apologized saying she had a lot going on and would ask the manager to come over as well. Manager never came. To servers credit she did “put on a happy face” and made the rest of the meal at least normal. We tipped very well for both tables despite all of this as I know times were tough for many during the restrictions of the pandemic. That said, given the multitude of options in the King of Prussia and Philadelphia area the next time I entertain a group or even decide to take my girlfriend out for dinner I will look elsewhere.
We are typically frequent diners at this restauraunt, but this experience was by far one of the worst we have had. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we experienced terrible customer service. Our family had walked in to be “greeted” by the manager on floor as well as the hostesses. When we arrived and let the hostesses know our names for our reservations, the manager was especially cold and did not attempt to confirm our reservations. She gave us extreme attitude and told us we did not put our names in, however we had made these reservations a week prior. Instead of being warm and welcoming, she was rude, impatient, and did not even try to make us feel wanted to dine at the restaurant. It only became worse when we were seated, the waitress was even extremely cold, rude, and did not even introduce herself or welcome us/ask if we had dined here before. We had brought our family here who traveled a very far way to join us, and we did not experience the typical great customer service we have when dining here. We even expressed to the waitress that since the moment we walked in how poorly we were treated, and she apologized but barely paid attention to our table or even let a manager know our concerns. She admitted it was a stressful day, but it does not mean the staff should be treating their customers poorly as we had spent a large amount of money to enjoy a great meal. Hopefully the attitude will change the next time we come in, but as of right now we will not be returning due to the bad experience.
The waitress/ bartender was excellent! However your tequila selection is poor need a better quality and reposado and anejo.
Also I have an egg and dairy allergy and it’s really hard to order from your menu especially when I’m told that your salad dressing has raw egg in it.
An excellent waiter, wonderful wine selection and an outstanding Tuna Tartare and Shrimp and Grits marred by a terrible chicken flatbread and pointless (and sometimes tasteless) deserts.
The food & service are always excellent at Seasons 52!
Exceptional food and service
Had an amazing time , plus jen was amazing took care of us ! Will be back
