   We had a large group and the restaurant accommodated our group great. I think our server was oversat and seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people she was taking care of. She did a great job, I just felt bad for her. The food was great! I got the ahi tuna salad and it was really good. The only complaint I have food wise was the lobster bisque. The flavor was good, but it was super thick. The consistency was thicker and heavier than other bisque soups I’ve had.

   We visited for our anniversary with our kids as we are a blended family. We were greeted with a card, the staff was beyond kind, the manager was present and helpful, the food was delicious, definitely a wonderful experience overall!

   Our server was not attentive and she looked upkept. There must have been an air conditioning problem as the restaurant was stuffy and had had window fans setting around in weird place.

   We had the misfortune of dining here on the evening of Mother's Day. I am going to assume that this made the night difficult. Our reservation was at 7:00 pm. We weren't seated until 7:30. It took a few minutes for our waitperson to come to our table, but salads and drinks arrived fairly quickly after we ordered. Our entrees did not appear until 8:30 pm. We had arrived early for our reservation so we spent an inordinate amount of time at the restaurant. There were many large parties--it just seems that on this high-traffic the number of reservations granted and kitchen management were remiss. My husband was disappointed that the side he ordered with his pork chop did not arrive, but small potatoes were substituted instead with a discussion first. It was not an optimal experience by any means. We have been here in the past and enjoyed it; I will give it another chance the next time I'm in town, but I cannot recommend based on this last experience. Also, we observed a man soliciting money from customers who were dining outdoors; he approached us twice as we sat outside waiting for our reservation. A young employee was opening the door for patrons as they exited and entered; maybe on busy times they ought to station the host table out of doors.

    Reservations didn’t help at all- we still had to wait for 1.5 hours just to get sat, then over an hour for food. It seemed like a total breakdown in service with everyone in the weeds.

    Food was excellent. We would highly recommend the flat bread! Pork chop and Sea Bass were excellent, too! We had to wait longer than usual for the food, but it was very crowded for Mother's Day.

    A Mother's Day disaster. Took over 35 minutes to get our apps and over an hour to get our dinner (from time we ordered), which came out either over cooked and burnt or undercooked (Salmon). Server was great. Felt really bad for her because everyone was complaining about how long it took to get food. Will not be going back for a while if ever. Clearly this restaurants ownership/management (national chain) does not care or is not smart enough to staff appropriately for big occasions and if they knew they did not have enough workers they should have cut reservations in half and not allow walk-ins. With so many options to dine out this one does not deserve your business.

    We had a good experience overall. The only thing that made my review less than perfect was the steak was done well instead of medium. And the salmon was done medium instead of well. The taste was good tho. The waitress was good.

    This is probably one of my top 3 favorite restaurants. Took my husband here for his birthday. They celebrate you without embarrassing you. I had the lamb. It was ridiculously amazing. Service was fantastic! Definitely get their flatbread! We had the Philly cheesesteak! Ah-mazing! All around perfection!

    Excellent in every respect. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Caramelized Scallops and Cedar Plank Salmon were well-prepared and tasty. Portions were just-right. Dessert delicious as well. Classy yet casual atmosphere. Excellent and attentive service by entire staff. We will be back.

    Restaurant was busy, but it's in a highly visible location on the Plaza. The menu has some very unique offerings, all good. Not extremely expensive. Good for romantic dinners. Sit in the bar for a view of the street.

    This is one of our favorite places. Dining in the bar area is so fun. We've never had a bad experience there. The young man (Drew, I believe) who helped us today was terrific. The food, the drinks, the service were all top flight. It's no wonder we keep coming back and recommend it often.

    Greeted with a smile and immediately seated. Our waitress ,Jennifer Gibbs , greeted us with a smile also, took our drink order and provided excellent customer service! The manager checked several times to make sure everything was excellent as with all other patrons. She provided recommendations upon our asking and ensured our meals were cooked to perfection! The Strawberry Spinach salad and Filet with asparagus and potatoes are delicious and worth the trip! When visiting KC Seasons 52 is a must to dine and ask for Jennifer Gibbs if you want the best service in KC!

    Tiny portions, weird vibe. Disappointed based on previous reviews. Food is average. I never write reviews but don’t feel there is an accurate representation of mixed reviews for this restaurant. Overpriced.
