Quan was wonderful!!
All experiences at Seasons 52 have been fantastic, but this past Saturday it was off. The food was not as good as it has been in prior experiences. The waiter asked us how everything was before we even had a chance to try it. He never asked again and you could clearly see that I was not eating the Mediterranean Lamb. Then we were double charged for dessert. Didn't refill often and I had to box any take home when it was not that busy. A little disappointing when we had a guest with us.
It was the celebration of an anniversary. The food and service was great, however, seating location was not ideal as we were placed at a table by the bar. Not the place to be seated for that occasion.
Everytime we come to Seasons 52 the experience is extraordinary. The service was incredibly outstanding. Our server Matt really enjoys us work. He walked us through the menu, made suggestions, and kept us and the rest of his tables with the glasses full. The food as always was superb and the dessert, wow, the desserts... the best part! We definitely will continue to visit!
We ordered the Rainbow trout and it was delightful! The service was superb and my martini was super. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and made a future reservation to go back and experience more.
The root and vine special was a very good value. However the shrimp and grits were very bland despite being described by waitress as very flavorful. Service was otherwise good. Atmosphere was good as always
We really enjoyed the Caymus tasting. The Cabernet came from an $80 bottle! All were excellent. The K. rib app was tasteless and the roasted cauliflower side dish disappointing. But the scallops and salmon were wonderful. Desserts as always were great.
Food was off. I love their flatbreads , but the brócoli cheese one is horrible.
Waiter was just ok
This was a lot better than we expected. We will definitely return!
Good food and always consistent.
Outstanding food and service.
Fabulous food and loved the Caymus Flight with three tastes of great Caymus wine. Lobster bisque was extra superb!
Always great as usual! Creative and fresh meals. Always exception service.
The lobster bisque had zero spice and zero meat. It was more cream taste than anything. The Sea Bass was mushy, more than likely it was frozen and at this price and small portion it should be live caught. The gnocchi tasted like mashed potatoes and were not firm at all. The desert minus the cookie tasted like it could have easily been made at home. The spinach and artichoke dip was great. The waiter seemed like he had never waited tables in a nice restaurant before. This was are first time their and I had told them it was are anniversary and it was a terrible dinner. The only great thing like I said was the appetizer and the ambience. We will not be back.
Girlfriends Sunday Dinner - favorite was the peach Riesling mule and pomegranate margarita. Salmon and rainbow trout were seasoned and prepared perfectly
Excellent food and service.
Waiter was friendly and fun. Made my birthday celebration more fun.
Camille was a fantastic server and the food was wonderful.
We had a great meal with friends.
This is such a great restaurant as the menu changes several times a year. There is always something new and interesting.
Healthy menu. Nice atmosphere and good service. Overpriced though for the quantity and quality of food.
We had happy hour appetizers and loved them all especially the scallops. House cabernet was very good. The little deserts were a happy ending. But it was our waitress Sarah who made it a very pleasant time!
The foods and service are excellent as always. This is one of my favorite fine dining restaurants.
We were seated at a big round table. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we had some with special dietary restrictions which were accommodated well. We especially appreciated the acoustic level in the restaurant that allowed us to converse with the other side of the table without having to yell.
We evacuated the PVB for Dorian and we’re amazed to find that Seasons 52 was open for dinner. They were not fully staffed (to be expected during a hurricane) BUT FAR exceeded our expectations in every way! Kudos to the chef and the staff of Season’s 52! Food was fresh and delicious! Everyone we encountered was eager to please. We’ve had wonderful lunches there many, many times under totally different circumstances. I cannot emphasis enough what a great team of passionate people work at Season’s 52.
The food, as always, was delicious and in good proportion. Our server was very knowledgeable and keep track of what was happening at the table. Overall we had a very enjoyable time
Went with friends and the meals, salmon, trout and scallops were great. Service was outstanding and we will definitely be back.
I went with a couple of friends at 9:30pm, restaurant closing time is at 11pm. The server push us to place our order to the point that he remained in front of us until we ordered, we felt very pressured and rushed. I am in this business this is not the way a server should treat the guests so he can leave early this is very unprofessional, I won’t be back.
We had eaten there before but this was the first time for a celebration and we were pleasantly surprised by the the 5 star touches they added to make my birthday the best. The food and service was delicious and perfect as always!
We always have a wonderful experience at this Season’s 52! This was no exception. Max, our waiter was particularly knowledgeable & an excellent waiter
Disappointing service — non attentive, uninformed wait staff (multiple wait staff; was everybody training like it was their first day in the job?). We brought friends by sharing the Season’ 52 story — I had to inform our waiter of seasonal menu changes?!?!)
All food came at one time — appetizers, salads, dinner, all “dumped” on the table by four team members ... all dropped off to the wrong person on plates so hot we couldn’t exchange without hot pads — oh wait... no one stuck around to help us, or checked on us for five minutes to see if everything was well — our napkins helped us serve each other our food. Food was very good just not enjoyed as well if it had come in an enjoyable cycle. Service ruined this evenings enjoyment of a favorite dining experience.
Perfect place to have an evening business meal and conversation. We had someone at our table with a gluten allergy and our server was very attentive paying attention to all details. When brining our the desserts she made sure to have the gluten sensitive ready at the table. Great food and great service!
The main dining room was essentially empty, yet the host seated us next to a 6-top of quite loud women. We had to ask to be seated. They could be heard in almost all of the restaurant. Something for host staff to remember.
Also. We were seated on the bar area, next to a 6/8 person curved table. The shade above it was a bit torn and tattered. Looked like a restaurant in financial trouble. Sad.
Consistently outstanding with some of the best wait staff in Jacksonville. Nice pairings of wine and seasonal offerings.
Season's 52 was very good Saturday night. It was also very busy making the service unusually slower.
we had a reservation and it took quite sometime to get seated even though others came in after us and were seated first.
The service was not up to par.
Our first time at Seasons 52 and our dinner was excellent! I ordered the lasagna and my husband ordered the shrimp and grits and both dishes were delicious and surprisingly healthy. We both ordered the mousse desserts and again, light and flavorful. Our service was attentive and the ambience was cozy and relaxing, just what we wanted for a quiet evening together.
Great food and service for a late in the afternoon simple lunch
