   That place is amazing Food, drinks, environment and serves are excellent We start go now more frequently just because how they treat us includes they remember our name all the time we was there Highly recommend to everyone This place is very good

   Service was A + ... but the food was just OK. Alexander is excellent food - service OK. Need to get together and have an A+ experience 👊

   Mother's Day was busy! But the staff worked really hard to keep guests happy. We had a great spot at the bar. Despite being slammed, Karen was awesome. The food was amazing. I loved watching all the families celebrating their moms, grandmas etc. An overall outstanding experience.

   On this very busy Mother’s Day, Jake took excellent care of us and the food and service were impeccable. We had guests visiting for Mother’s Day and everyone enjoyed the entire experience.

   We spent Mother’s Day at Seasons 52 for lunch this year. We were impressed that despite the busy holiday, we were seated immediately in the location we requested in our reservation. Our server, Quan, was superb - personable and efficient. We enjoyed the spinach quiche and the roast chicken. Seasons 52 has consistently served us a high quality dining experience for many years - that’s why we selected it. Thank you, Quan - We hope you made it on time to surprise your Mom in Albany!

   Arrived for a reservation with my fiance while in town visiting my brother. First impression overall very nice atmosphere. As we sat at our table and begin to order it was so loud I couldn't really hear the servers speal about specials etc. After drinks Arrived food was ordered and once the entrees arrived my brother's food wasn't even close to his order. At that time we made our server aware and she assured us it would be corrected asap. ..... 25 min later no update from server I finally waved a manager over and he was unaware that problem ever existed. Checked with kitchen and then told us that it would be a couple min and apologized and offered temporary what nots.. after we declined it was another 8 min roughly he swung by and asked if we ever received the recook, which obviously we didn't because there was nothing in front of him and we were 95 percent finished eating. He again. Asked if he could get us anything (ie soup salad) and I simply told him that we just wanted the food and wasn't going to pay for it. He was polite and assured us that wasn't going to be a problem. After another 5 min. ( total time of waiting for there mistake approx 30 min) his food arrived. The pasta dish was so oven baked it was napalm hot. The lobster tail side was cooked like a slice of shoe sole. Im at that point just embarrassed for the restaurant. I think when you have an experience such as that one your not only screwing that particular guess but the whole table. You offered to comp the meal? Great.. think about the rest of the table. How do you get those guests to return? Now for whatever manager that reads this i want you to know something. After we paid our 300 dollar tab and left unhappy. I coerced the group to go across the street to your sister restaurant for a drink at the bar. I made a particular bartender aware of our experience and he took excellent care of us. Point I want to make. We won't be back!

    Awesome experience overall. Food was awesome, our server was outstanding super attentive and friendly. We were there to celebrate our 34 wedding anniversary. We were treated like they pulled out the red carpet.
