great new fall menu - will be going back very soon. I thought I clicked on 5 stars for everything, but it registered 4 and I the back button doesn't work. My favorite Indy restaurant! (take a sweater - it's always cold in there!)
Darnell was our sever. Very engaging young man. Aaron, manager, stopped by our table, happy guy also very engaging We enjoyed everything tonight
Outstanding Trout. Reservation went through perfectly through Open Table. No problems at all. Very smooth and delightful.
Server was excellent. We started a diet recently and it is so great to have the calories printed on the menu. Food was delicious as always
I had the salad with seared tuna. I think it's called the Maui crunch salad. It was delicious! All the toppings on the salad, including the sesame dressing were perfect. I was also very happy they did not skimp on the tuna. I really really enjoyed the salad! My husband had the lump crab cake appetizer. It was so delicious definitely more crab than cake. Very very little filler and very fresh tasting crab!
They provided the perfect Birthday experience. It was delightful.
We always have salmon, which is always perfect. The summer season with the green beans and golf ball type potatoes, with the butterson seasoning make the combination perfect. The recognition with the champagne and the desert topped off the perfect night.
We have not been to this restaurant in awhile, but it was outstanding as we remembered! Great food and service from our waiter. Enjoyed the small portion desserts, just enough! Highly recommend
We dine at Seasons 52 several times a year. It has been one of our favorite places for many years, mainly because the food and service are outstanding and consistent. Recently though, it seems as though the corporate office may be cutting some corners as the service, food, and atmosphere have changed a bit. The servers used to greet you as "Good Evening, Mrs. McAleer", so on and so forth, and they no longer do that. They no longer go through the menu at length with you as they used to, and the overall level of professionalism seems to have taken a tumble. In addition, there are other small, but noticeable changes that are not favorable to us, such as the new table tops that do not match the rest of the decor, and the removal of the cracked pepper/salt shakers from the table (replaced with regular table salt/pepper shakers). My favorite drink has been adjusted a bit, and no longer includes the shaker or the martini glass, which is disappointing. These items alone are not that big of a deal, but when you slowly start adding them together, we just feel as though the overall tone of the restaurant is changing and not for the better. It's still one of our favorite places to dine, and we will continue to visit there as much as we can. The food is excellent - top notch - and is always delicious and prepared accordingly.
I have never been treated sooooo amazingly well at a restaurant for my birthday before! Seasons 52 does a terrific job of making you feel special - complimentary welcome cocktail, complimentary desserts for the table, a gift card for a free appetizer, a birthday table tent, etc, etc!
Always enjoy eating in the bar booths. A bit slow getting anyone to come to the table to start. I recommend a server come pour water and say hello until waitress or waiter is available. Ordered 2 starters, summer corn flatbread & chicken ravioli were both delicious! Shared a Greek salad which was tasty as well. Ordered the wood fired pork tenderloin well done arrived medium. We sent it back and it arrived again perfectly cooked to our liking. Brittnee did an excellent job taking care of us with a polite and sweet disposition. We’ll be back!
Food was above average with good flavor. Portions were ok. Was seated next to the kitchen entrance, making for a noise dinning experience. Service was good to start with and then the server seem to forget about us. Two other servers realized what was happening and did their best to pitch in. Ladies restroom was clean but the floor was sticky as if soda had been spilled across the floor.
With some attention to detail this dinning experience could be well above average. For now, it’s par.
Excellent food and excellent service.
Great place for long lunch!
Good service, food was a B but we enjoyed our time
Very good service
Great ambiance, food and service! The lobster mozzarella flatbread was amazing!
Such a brilliant concept...just not executed at level you'd expect at this price point
We loved the mini indugence. The INdy devour menu was very economical. DAP
Absolutely wonderful. The management, Chef and wait staff truly make your occasion special. Please visit you won't be disappointed
Food was slow to the table. Not everyone at our table was served at the same time.
Every visit is a delight. The staff is first class, friendly, and attentive. Food is always fabulous. Our last visit was for my Mom's 90th birthday. I had mentioned at time of reservation it was her birthday. When we got to the table there was a sign wishing her "happy birthday", a card and certificate for a free appetizer. It's the thoughtful touches that make the event special. Thank you for a great evening.
Service and food was excellent. I'm very happy with their gluten free options.
Great atmosphere, great food, great server (Bianca) - GREAT RESTAURANT!!
First time that I have ever been disappointed with Seasons 52, but I will think twice before I return! The salad was generous but straight out of the grocery bag with impossible to chew croutons. The salmon, which I've enjoyed many times before, lacked flavor and was dried out. Server was just so-so in that he returned to the table only twice for a table of 6 to check on our meals. Always the showy display with the desserts, however.
The entree salad was 95% organic lettuce that was bitter... I asked for other lettuce and I got another large bowl of wilted romaine. I’m glad I shared an appetizer with my husband earlier. I was offered another dinner after my husband was finished with his dinner so I declined. Will not order a salad there again!
Slight mixup at onset about server; once reconciled service was very good.
The service was terrible. Two of the meals which were Seabass or frozen in the middle and had to be sent back he finally came out to two other people were already finished with their meals it was terrible dining experience our waiter was absolutely the worst and it was overpriced for what we got in with the second Seabass came out they were half the size of the first ones it was it was disgusting the whole dinner was disgusting and the whole thing should’ve been cut and we should’ve had to pay for anything considering two people eat by themselves basically while the other two waited and had nothing to it was a terrible evening ruined birthday dinner and I will not go back
Still one of my go to places for a business lunch in Indy!
It was a 60th Birthday celebration. Michael was our waiter, he did a fabulous job. Delightful experience
We were in Indianapolis with our tennis team for the Midwest USTA championships. We had a great meal with great service! We all enjoyed our entrees. I definitely recommend Seasons 52. They have a nice variety of entrees that can please all sorts of preferences.
We dine at S52 often and we always give an excellent write-up. this time it was not so great. I made the reservation ahead of time and was not told that a quiet table (NOT A BOOTH) would be an issue. In the past we have been seated in the back room. We were on time and I would have hoped a table in the back would have been held for us. Unfortunately the hostess walked us to a booth which could have seated 6 but being a booth, it would not have been comfortable for my husband whoo is a large hearing impaired guy. The only table available was near the front and very loud. But being that was the only table available that is where we sat. The food was dependable as usual and the service was great. But it was very disappointing not to be accomodated per our reservation request.
Andy was a great server. Always enjoy Seasons ambience, food, service and drinks.
Waiter was excellent, but it took at least 15 minutes to get him to come to our table to get our drink orders and provide menus, And, after taking our order, it took about 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive. We ate at a booth in the bar, which we prefer, but I have noticed several times that the service is much slower than in the dining room.
We had lunch at 1 pm, earlier than we usually go, so it was pretty noisy. Our food was good. The BLTA was odd and more like a salad on top of bread but tasty. The shrimp skewer was terrific, and the corn soup was also. My peanut mini indulgence tasted fine but the cake part was dry. We will be back—we eat here every time we are in the area.
Good drinks, healthy food options. Nice date night or place to chill with friends
Very good steak!!!! All around a good experience there.
