Great service last night
Carrot soup amazing. Can't wait for the fall menu
Darrell was excellent
We had wonderful service and outstanding food. After the meal, we told our server that it was our 41st wedding anniversary. He asked us to wait a couple of minutes, and then he returned with the manager, who presented us with a $42 gift card to use on our next anniversary or whenever we wanted to come in next. What a nice thing to do! Seasons was and is our favorite restaurant.
My only issue was it was a bit loud and hard for us to talk.
We love this place. Tried the carrot soup, and it was amazing!! Loved the lasagna too.
It was a special occasion for us, we always come to Seasons52 for our wedding anniversary. Our server was excellent but this year instead of wow-ing us with the food as years past, the flatbread pizza and Golden beet salad was just so so, in presentation and taste. My salmon was good, but having the cedar plank on my plate was awkward and I really wanted it removed.
Very cold in the back room. More guests than those just at our table complained. We asked about adjusting the thermostats which they said they would do but never happened.
The waiters were not in sync. My wife and I ordered soup. The first waiter brings soup to my wife and removes the crackers from the soup plate with no explanation. My soup comes with crackers so we have no idea why they were removed. We asked but never received an answer. A second waiter arrived at our table and was asked to bring crackers for my wife but he never showed.
The service was very slow. Almost 20 minutes passed by from when we ordered drinks until they arrived.
The food was disappointing for Seasons 52. We have had Christmas parties for our firm there and many celebratory dinners and lunches for the family. The food this time was the worst we ever had. From comments above the service was not much better.
Fantastic! Great food and service all at a reasonable price point. We will be back!
Bit disappointing this time but certainly would return.
We were celebrating our anniversary here. The service was excellent as was the food. Seasons 52 does a fantastic job of treating every customer special. Way to go! Can't wait to return.
Everything was outstanding! Darnell was a great server.
Andy, our server, was the best!!!! Very accommodating! Perfect family dinner out!
Good service at lunch and a great menu! Poor iced tea; cloudy and bitter. Disappointed in my dry Mahi-Mahi tacos with flavorless fish, but the avocado crema that came with them was good. Very out of the norm for this place to have such disappointing food. Will keep coming back!
Birthday dinner with a friend. Food was good as always and staff was friendly and attentive
Sandy the hostess is our favorite and Gwen gave us great service. We love the corn flatbread and corn soup on the summer menu. The only problem was a guy sitting at the bar who cursed and talked loudly and incessantly. And at 3:30 in the afternoon.
They made a big celebration that much more special. Had good to please everyone.
We love Seasons 52 but the server was a bit pushy. She asked several times about appetizers when she'd been answered. We know it's her job to up sell salads & soup, etc., but it was a bit much. This will never stop us from coming to Seasons 52! Thank you.
Great service and food. Since it was our anniversary they gave us a nice appetizer sample to go with our meal and it was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and took care of anything we needed. Definitely worth the trip.
One of the nicer choices for a business lunch and it’s really good healthy food!
Our food was very slow to come out but the server did warn us of a large group and apologized. I love the seasonal corn soup and corn flatbread pairing.
We had a wonderful meal at seasons 52 Saturday night. The food is consistently delicious the service is always outstanding. We need to get there more often.
We arrived at 5:30 for a 6:00 PM reservation. Our server Jim was very friendly and attentive, and offered helpful suggestions for both drinks and food. My wife ordered an Old Fashioned and I had a Sazerac. Both were excellent, and unusually good for mixed drinks from a chain restaurant. My wife's filet mignon and my lamb loin were both excellently prepared and served. However. my roasted cauliflower was surprisingly bland. The assorted dessert shooters are just the right amount to finish the meal. We will definitely be back.
Birthday get together
Great Food and atmosphere! We like sitting in the bar area. Great selection of wines.
Our server may not have as strong a grasp on the English language as would have been helpful, or maybe she couldn’t hear any better than the rest of us. Lol. She was certainly friendly and anxious to please, though I think there was somewhat of a language gap. Our group of 5 struggled to have conversations across the group that we are used to and settled for one on one because of the noise level. Food was as expected. Some menu items haven’t been changed in years, I guess tried and true can be a good thing.
Another Disappointment for a "Special Occasion". We booked Seasons 52 for my Birthday. The Good - the Food Quality is very good to excellent for each course and appetizer. We had the Lamb and Salmon along with several of the "summer appetizers" to enjoy with our bottle of wine. The Disappointment - Three hostess's met us upon arrival. We noted in our reservations that we wanted to be seated in a "quiet" spot away from large groups and energetic families. We also requested a "special desert" be delivered at the end of the meal for a Birthday celebration. My wife confirmed these request the day before and the manager ensured her that everything was noted in the reservation. In reality, the hostess's either cannot read and or management is MIA and does not follow up as our overall experience was "fair" at best (the quality and preparation of the food saved the evening). Specifically, (1) Hostesses did not check us in on Open Table and therefore we were labeled as "no shows" - customer service from Opentable undid the "no show" and documented to management this was the second call they received that evening regarding incorrectly flagging reservations as "no shows". (2) The Hostesses sat us right next to a loud family with three screaming kids (the restaurant was 90% empty at this time). (3) Our waiter never brought over the "special desert" my wife requested from the Manager. (4) Three times during dinner, various staff brought over another tables food and tried to serve it to us. The restaurant was 20% occupied during our 3 hour dinner. We would not recommend Seasons 52 at this location, if you are trying to have a special night. The staff and management (with the exception of our waiter who was very attentive and provided excellent service) is not engaged and needs training to bring the Fashion Mall location in Indianapolis up to par with other Seasons 52.
I keep trying to give them another chance, but their service is just horrible. We had to wait at least 10-15 minutes just to have some water, which only was provided to us after the host saw us looking for a wait staff member and proceeded to locate one himself. Once again disappointing, especially since the food and the food presentation is always exceptional.
Go see Bianca! She was amazing.
We were celebrating our anniversary, so we wanted a nice, quiet dinner for two. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like important guests. Our server was lovely and while she was training a new server, she effectively helped him and took care of us. Dinner was delicious! Prepared just as we asked and served at the right pace. Plus, we received a champagne toast and dessert. We got just the experience we wanted.
Excellent food! Special attention to the anniversary of our parents with a rose, table sign, and a jar of chocolates with a toast of Champaign. Had a great time, just a little loud
Food was very good.
Service was impeccable. Trent made the best old-fashioned cocktail. Jen was very kind, flexible and attentive. Could not ask for more.
There was an employee’s child that yelled, cried and talked for 1 hr 15 minutes. It was very Nd to have. Conversation with the child doing this for this long.
Otherwise, great food Nd service.
Restaurant was cold. I ordered soup and coffee and still was very cold with a winter cardigan sweater. This has happened last 2 visits so may have to stop going to one of my favorite restaurants
Excellent service and delicious food. The staff was very nice and helped make our anniversary special.
Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. The attentiveness of the server could have been better, we had to ask for things a few times and after the bill was paid, she never came back to offer refills on water or anything. But honestly, not a deal breaker. I will return!
I have already recommended it to a friend - We thoroughly enjoyed a drink and dinner, the ambiance was great and the noise level was perfect for conversation. I totally dislike the newer restaurants that are so
loud you can't hear each other !!! This was perfect. And the New Old Fashioned was Wonderful !!
We reserved Seasons 52 for our anniversary dinner and indicated "anniversary" when booking through Open Table. We had such a great time! There was a little happy anniversary sign on our table and we got complimentary champagne toasts, dessert and a little appetizer sample. The food was wonderful, as was the service. It exceeded our expectations. It was my first time at Seasons 52.
Celebrating my wife’s birthday. From the car valet to the host and especially the server everything was excellent. The food was delicious with my scallops done perfectly to taste.
