Seasons 52 - Ft. Lauderdale Ratings and Reviews
We go here all the time. Our service unfortunately was pretty poor tonight with George. It is starting of high season here but no excuse for certain small things like clearing plates and bringing any water. The best service came from his follow through staff. Tonight was a poor experience for us.
Wow walked in was greeted immediately . Had a great waiter Gary spot on . Helpful with our choic s. We went with the new Harvest menu limited but it had a Lamb Shank O my scrumptious fall off the bone . First we started with the spinach pear salad but ask for no pears instead granola which came from another salad they had on this menu Gary says no problem plus I didn't like the veggies it came with he offered me a bunch I said I like both of them The asparagus and the broccoli I ( Italian broccoli ) he gave me both of them cooked perfectly , Hubby had the sirloin . Also soup all for $27.00. Plus with this menu they had wines @ $6.00.
The manager was walking around and checking on his guest , he stopped by our table too, very nice touch. Old school
This was my second visit to Seasons 52 in 3 days. My friend and I both ordered the salmon from the current Harvest menu which was a great value at $29 for a salad, entree, and dessert. The lemon dill sauce is a delicious accompaniment for the salmon. My friend commented on how excellent the food was along with the terrific service from our waiter, Adolpho, who was very attentive. Excellent food and enjoyable time with my friend!
Our food was what we expect from Seasons 52, always consistent except the veggies with the salmon dish--carrots were limp and other veggies were hard. Waitress was slow--we had to ask 3x for drink refills; she finally re-filled sodas for 2 guests but I never did get a refill on my water.
Liked the food, but the Bar uses tequila for a Cosmopolitan. Seems they are trying to get creative...but it does not work at all the taste is completely off. Had to return my drink two separate times even after asking specifically for Grey Goose vodka and telling the waiter to make sure. This also happened a month ago. If you go, I suggest you order something else to drink. I learned my lesson.
We always enjoy dining at Seasons 52! It's a great restaurant to get together with our diet conscious friends and friends who appreciate a fine dining experience and . We love the cedar plank salmon, veggies, salads, wine and desserts. It's a nice place to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays too! I love when there is live music too! Seasons 52 is a restaurant we always recommend to our family and friends!
My wife and went to Seasons 52, one of our favorite restaurants, as part of our wedding anniversary celebration weekend. The service, food and ambiance are always consistent. Seasons 52 is one of the few busy and popular restaurants in the area that are not noisy from the crowds. We love the variety of food, which changes quarterly. Our waiter knew it was our anniversary, and the service was excellent.
I accidentally reserved for the following night, so no reservation when we walked in - hostess very friendly & offered us the 1st available. Went to bar area & was able to get a table within 15 minutes.
Wait-staff friendly but not as attentive as on previous visits here. Another waiter brought us our bill & we hadn't even been asked if we wanted desert - which we did. Once straightened out, the evening finished fine!
The meal was fabulous but our waiter was inexperienced and kept making mistakes. The restaurant should spend more time training before they put the wait staff on the floor. They had two specialty cocktails. One they were out of and the other I had to wait for about 10 minutes because they were cutting the pears.
Food and service are always good. I go there all the time and ALWAYS have the same issue.
IT'S SO DAMN FREEZING. I already spoke to someone in management/corporate and STILL
It's 40 degrees in the restaurant/bar area where we ate.
I had to get up and complain once again and a guy came out that was a chef/manager I was told.
After I complained the place got even COLDER.
I had to race and eat my food and left with a sore throat as usual.
FIX YOUR A/C to be comfortable for normal human beings not just your food servers.
It was even a cool night outside and was dressed warm.
I used to work for this chain in another state and I always remember us going above and beyond to ensure an amazing guest experience, which was why I chose this for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. The experience definitely wasn't the worst I've ever had but I did expect a little more from them. At check in, they didn't really seem to care whether we chose to dine with them or not. Our server was nice enough when he was around, but seemed to maybe be a little preoccupied with other things going on. We had to flag down to ask for silverware probably 5 minutes after appetizers were served and didn't really have much contact other than the necessities from that point. However, the food and drinks were fantastic. I did notice a manager behind the bar as we were leaving and she seemed really disinterested with people as a whole at that point of the evening. We still had a great day and evening, the expectations I had for a nice birthday dinner experience just fell a little flat.
I gave the service a low score because of the bar. I like to sit and eat at the bar and the last three times I was not greeted and had to try to get the bartender attention to get serviced. After 8minutes not one ask to help me. I went and got a table where I was greeted right away and had an awesome server.
I love season 52 but the gallery mall location needs to address the bar staff.
this is the first time we have eaten at seasons 52 that we have been disappointed with the service. we waited over 20 minutes before I asked someone to get us a server and then it took another 5 minutes for someone to come. then we had to wait for water service and another 15 minutes to receive our drink order...the place was not busy. but our food was also on a slow track..it may be a long while for us to return.
