There was a problem with our reservation. We had a 7:45 p.m. reservation. I called and told them we would be a few minutes late. We got there at 7:55 and checked in. Didn't get seated til 8:25 p.m.
The food as usual always very good, but that night the service was horrible! The waitress was no were to be seen all through our diner. Received our appetizer 30 minutes after ordering. The plates were so hot that we were advice not to touch them. Which means they were to long left under the heater in the kitchen. My salad that was accompaning my appetizer was Hot! Took 20 minutes to take them await once we were finished and when we received our main course , again plates extremely hot and we were missing 2 plates. After 5-10 minutes I finally saw our waitress to let her know that we were missing 2 plates she answered they’re on there way! Once received was the wrong order! Never passed by to see if everything was ok! Asked in between the appetizer and the main meal another glass of wine and got it once our meal finished! The restaurant was not a full house that night. Just don’t know what happened that night but clearly the service was very disappointing.
Went for our yearly vacation dinner.
The tuna tartare was delicious and enough for an entree! Our server was just super so it was pretty typical of a Seasons 52!
Overall dependably good food and service!
I was disappointed that the menu has been simplified with less variety & creativity. Gone are the chefs specials & amazing veg side complements. All aside, the grilled meatloaf was a unique & lighter preparation. I requested & preferred Dijon instead of the BBQ sauce. Veggies are also interchangeable. The only negative was the disappointment of continuing excuses & reasons the birthday event can't be photographed [3 year running].
The flatbread appetizer were excellent
The Chilean sea bass was excellent along with the shrimp & grits.... I would come back
Seaons 52 ison of my favorite places in Ft Lauderdale.
Itmet my expectations again
our shared flatbread was delicious and the sea scallops (7!) were tender and sweet--
reliable food and service. Pleasant ambience.
As always, great dining experience
Part of a chain, within a busy shopping mall with seating inside and outside. The menu is limited but everything was tasting even if unremarkable. Good wine list. We had to wait 15 min past our reservation.
Wish I could remember our waitress name. Service was exceptional.
I’ve eaten in seasons in New York many times and love it. Was disappointed. Besides waiting 1/2 after having reservation at 6:15 We send back the flatbread because it was barely lukewarm. Though the manager came over and apologized and they brought out a fresh one which was still not right out of oven. The flatbreads sit under heat lamps for sometimes up to 10 minutes.
all was good. Food was excellent, as well as, the selection of wines.
Two people in our party of eight got really sick from their salad! Enough said.
Seasons 52 never disappoints. The food is always top notch!
Had a reservation for 9 pm, it took them about 10 minutes to have our table. Our friends arrived early ordered a drink but took a lo g tome to be delivered, as the bar maybe was understaff for the volume at that time
Appetizers were ordered ( flat bread mushroom and flat bread short ribs both very good) then we ordered a few salads, beats salad good, adequate size and Cesar, small and not existing
Entrees were trout, Tuna, Short Ribs and Scallops, all pretty good, everybody satisfied
Service was courteous and fairly smooth
Dessert were small desserts for $3 each, small but enough to change flavors and good
Will be back!
Wonderful. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. Seasons is one of my favourite restaurants.
Absolutely incensed to pay $10 to valet park car
I have eaten at Seasons 52 several times but my family never did. The food was outstanding and so was the service. We had Gary as our server. My family is not easy to please so it's a big deal to say they really enjoyed the meal. Can't wait to eat there again!
Had reservations for Valentines Day. They made the night special with extra attention from floor managers and a complimentary amuse-bouche. We eat here all thi time. It was a nice evening
We have dined at Seasons 52 since the first night it opened. Never had a bad meal. I've written so many reviews that I"m sounding like "same old same old" Always a wonderful dining experience. Excellent food, friendly and knowledgeable waiters and an all around great atmosphere.
Service was good
Everything was very nice. Hostess greeted us promptly with a smile and we were sat within 10 minutes. Service was professional and knowledgeable. Food was simply amazing. Compliments to the chef!!!
15 minute wait with reservation.
Trout was outstanding. Chicken was tough and dry.
Chef offered to make another dish.
Ended up not charging for the meal.
Noisy . Filled to capacity.
Definitely would go back .
Excellent service and wine selection.
Always great food, nice ambience and good service ......love the desserts
Very nice and helpful staff. The food and drinks were excellent.
The service was awful! 20 minutes for water. 45 minutes for a bottle of wine. Out of stock on wine and beer we ordered. Had to order something else.
We went for the pre-Valentine's Day dinner that was a bargain for two at $60 for 3 courses plus a small champagne toast. It's well worth it to celebrate on the day before a holiday to get these dinner specials. We always enjoy the ambiance and menu though.
Birthday lunch. Lobster bisque exceptional, great paired flatbread & salad.
Seasons 52 is always a "go to" restaurant when we have guests visiting. It's very consistent.
We enjoyed their $60 per couple Valentine’s Day special. The food was delicious and hot. So often I dine out and my meal is room temperature. I absolutely loved that my food was piping hot. We truly enjoyed the experience.
Brunch was amazing the endless mimosas were the highlight of the afternoon. Yet I do gotta day the plate sizes were small but overall I had an amazing experience!!
Waited well over 30 minutes to be seated even after a reservation that was booked 2 weeks ago. This ruined my birthday dinner. As a restaurant, you are SUPPOSE to accommodate reserved guests when situations like this arise, knowing that might occur. Once we was seated, the kitchen was closing shortly so we had to hurry. Service was slow, nobody helped sing happy birthday, nobody catered to us. It feels like we were being treated like this because the color of our skin, I say this because another group was seated before us after arriving later than us. What a bad experience with seasons 52...there was no manager to make sure we were ok or to apologize about the lack of accommodations. We were stuck talking to the Sous chef manager who was clueless and nervous. How unfair to him. I would never recommend Seasons 52!
Service was non existent and disorganized. Mu husband tried to get a drink at the bar while waiting. It was a disaster.
Everyone did such a great job, especially Ryan our server! We love the place!
One of my very favorite restaurants. Excellent value.
I recommend it to friends all the time, especially ones concerned with healthy eating and dietary concerns.
