Seasons 52 - Coral Gables Ratings and Reviews
Great place, ambiance, value, service. And the food. On this night our waiter was a bit off. We were used to them removing wine glasses when martinis are ordered and the waiter seems delayed a bit and my food was not hot nor warm. But it has always been excellent. Will return of course.
We got there 10 mins before our reservation witch was 7 pm. We did not get a table until 7:30. After we got to our table and until the end of our meal this was one of the best restaurants I have ever ate at. Aaron was our server and he was the best sever I had in years at an restaurant. The wine list was large and I feel the prices were very good. I paid $40 for our bottle and I feel I would have paid more for it at other restaurants. The food came out fast. It was hot and tasted great. We took our 9 years daughter and she is a picky eater so she did not like the food so if you have a kid who is picky too I was say do not take them. On the other hand if your kid is not picky you can take them. Even though our visit started out bad by having to wait for around 30 mins after our reservation time to get seated everything of that was great and we will be dining here again.
We really enjoyed this place! From the appetizer to the dessert it was exquisite! My wife ordered a Mango Jalapeño Crush and she said it’s one of the best drinks she’s ever had. She keeps referring people to the restaurant just because of this drink. But overall everything was delicious and we will definitely return.
We chose the Fall Menu which was fabulous. The soups were wonderful as were the options for the main courses. You cannot find a better value. We were fortunate to have a great server Chris T who was knowledgeable, personable and funny. Great experience all in all.
Came in for dinner on a Saturday evening. Had no issues with the flavor of food. Over all Restaurant was quiet and tranquil. I received my steak and found a long black hair under the stake and in the mashed potatoes. I was not rude about it but let me server know. A manger I presume came to the table and apologized. We reordered the food as we understand things can happen. The manager came back and advised she would take care of the situation. She offered to give us a free glass of wine. But we already had wine. When the bill came there was no adjustment made. I find it odd that for being a constant repeat customer and for this level of restaurant and insinuation of the manager that they would address the situation that nothing’s in reality was done. Me and my significant other had to take turns watching each other eat in order to not eat cold food. So over all I believe there was nothing done to enhance our experience.
This is a very nice restaurant on Miracle Mile. There is a parking garage just across the street, so parking is easy. The food is terrific, with wine list is good and the atmosphere is perfect for 2, 4, or more. My wife and I usually share an appetizer (flat bread), a salad and a main course as well as a cocktail or a glass of wine and never leave hungry. The price is reasonable, too.
I have an allergy to dairy and I let the waiter know about the restriction prior to ordering. Aside from the waiters efforts, everything I had ordered (without dairy) came out with dairy on it. It is stressful for me to eat out because of my dietary restrictions because I run that risk. The waiter did apologize and I felt that in the end he handled it well. However, he could have slowed down and checked on us more often to see that I was not happy with the food. This was my first negative experience at seasons 52, it is in fact my favorite restaurant. I will return, I just wish it was a better experience than it was. We were celebrating our first anniversary and nobody acknowledged that, so I’m not sure why open table asks me to add special notes or to denote that what type of occasion it is.
