We went to celebrate father's day, 5 of us, we had a great time. The food servings were good and the price was great since we took advantage of restaurant week in Coral Gables. This is one of my favorite restaurants.
We have been going to Seasons 52 for 5 yrs ,at least 2 times a month.
Good service thanks to Katherine, our server .We choose Coral Gable Restaurant Week and it was excellent.
Always great and never disappoints!
We both order the filet mignon and it was terrible, no taste at all!!!!
Great service and spectacular food! Great for a birthday dinner.
I have been here before and really enjoyed it. This time the food and service seemed to have dropped a notch. We had to ask for water constantly. The steaks were poor quality. The hummus brought too little bread and when we asked for more they brought 3 tiny pita quarters.
It has the feel as if they are trying to save money and running it stingy.
One positive was the whiskey poor was a decent amount.
Pleasant waiter , but not good follow up after order taken . Chairs hard to maneuver on the carpet . Noise level high . However there is a wide variety of choices .
Wonderful time , food, drinks with friends. Outstanding service.
The waiter took too long to come to our table to take our order.
Booked a reservation just to experience the special menu for Restaurant Week. The selections they offered were some of their signature items and some seasonal items. Low lighting setting and very personal and quiet to enjoy a romantic style dinner. Our server was extremely helpful in selections and was prompt at maintaining order on our table due to our variety of items chosen. Definitely going back often. FYI... order the Sea Bass!!!!!!
The food and service were excellent. BUt, the restaurant allowed a other guest and it’s dog to be seated in a table, where the dog sat on the chair with a bin on, and ate from a bowl in the table. This is unacceptable. The next person that came and sat on that table, probably had no that a dog had previously sat there. The restaurant needs to have rules if they are going to allow pets inside the restaurant, that the dog must stay on the floor. Because if anyone was allergic to that dog, and sat there, that could bring a lot of problems. Thank You!
The atmosphere, service and food were excellent!
Birthday made special
Amazing food. Great lunch special.
We went for our 41st anniversary. The staff was great, exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, presented well and very tasty. The restaurant was beautiful, lots of beautiful wood but not overbearing. Several lovely rooms, and our booth was nicely located - noise level was quiet. We loved it! Highly recommended!
Great experience celebrating a major family milestone.
Great service and excellent food. We definitely would come back again. Piano player has been discontinued.. Okay with me, but not a great decision by many friends who say they will not return as a result..
We celebrated our daughter’s graduation at this restaurant and the experience was exceptional. We made reservations for a large group. Our table was ready, the waiter was very attentive and the food was scrumptious! We will be back!
Great experience!! Will def come back, great food and great service!
Ambiance was great and our server Brannen was attentive and offer great suggestions. Would definitely go back again!
Christine went out of her way to make our experience wonderful. Our server was great as well (Michelle).
My wife and I were celebrating our 26th Anniversary. My wife loves the HONEY & HERB ALL-NATURAL ROASTED HALF CHICKEN so we decided to come here. I usually order the SOUTHERN-STYLE SHRIMP & GRITS but, this time I decided on the chicken as well. The chicken this time was a little under seasoned but, we asked for extra sauce and that fixed the issue. We ordered the AHI TUNA TARTARE as a starter and that was amazing. The whole experience was great, from the host at the door, to the waiter and the food. Highly recommend it.
The food and service was excellent. I celebrated my birthday there and they had a great gift for all of us!!!
Always adequate, never great. We were looking for a simple decent and healthful meal. That’s what we got. Wine, beer and cocktail selection is pretty good ... makes up for the lackluster menu offerings. Not a hot spot, but always reliable.
Terrific food and service!
There was a small mix up with two of the orders but they fixed a t quickly.
This was a disappointing visit to a restaurant that we normally enjoy and visit frequently. Our waiter (Camilo, I believe) was generally unattentive, disappearing for long periods. Appetizers arrived after an extended wait. We had to ask about our main dishes and found 3 of the 4 to be cold and somewhat dried out: we returned one, which seemed to be 'heated' rather than replaced. Poor service continued through the end of the meal including our having to request the bill to be split twice. The couple dining with us indicated they probably would not be returning any time soon - not sure for us, but will give this some thought.
NOTE: we have dined at this restaurant many times over the past several years. On another recent visit we had outstanding service and the food quality was very good. This dinner might have been an exception, so we are not intending to discourage you from trying it.
Enjoyed our meal, service was great! Seems to be healthy food.
The lamb was very tough but the manager was very gracious and took it off the bill and gave us dessert complimentary!
Our waitress must have had a very, very bad day. She was short with us, unhelpful - forgot about t us. It was HARD to leave any tip
Food was terrible and took way too long. Service was not good, poor guy was overwhelmed. I blame management!
The service was slow. The food was not hot. The cocktails took forever. My wife’s steak was bland (no seasoning). The artichokes were undercooked.
Went for Mother's day early dinner. Busy time but service was excellent. Restaurant was full so noise level was higher than usual. Our waiter Camilo always had a smile despite the busy dinner service. He was attentive and courteous and constantly checked up on us for beverage refills. Great Gluten-free options too.
A lovely time celebrating Mother's Day at one of our favorite restaurants. The restaurant was extra busy at 4:30 pm when we arrived but we were seated immediately and had an early and yummy dinner. A consistently positive experience and would recommend Seasons 52 for any occasion.
Terrible mothers day experience. Truly would not come back for a very long time. We were seated almost an hour past our reservation time and seems it was the trend as they were also taking walk ins. Stupid move, this is not a doctors office. I also want the only one experiencing delays and the way it was handled was ridiculous no apology more like this is the fault of mothers day... not taking responsibility for the fact that they were definitely not prepared accordingly. Once we sat down food was so slow but our server was so great and may be the only reason I'd be back but as for everyone else it was really disheartening.
Mother’s Day, we waited 1 hour to be seated..
Service and quality of food was, as usual, excellent. My only complaint was that we waited over an hour for our reservation. We had 2p lunch reservations and were seated after 3:15p. It was mother’s day so I understand that it could get crazy.
Decided to take my family for mothers day and they completely ruined lunch for us. Made a reservation for 3 at 1:45. Got there 1:45 sharp. Was told they were running 20 min late. We were not happy, first time in my life I have to wait to be seated with a reservation. But we decide to wait. Place was packed, and 20 min turned out to be 1 hour and 10 min!!!! With they guy at the front telling everyone there was a 20 min delay, when he knew or should have known that it was much more than that. You screwed up? Ok, tell me as I walk in and I will decide what to do.
But even after waiting more than an hour, with even a waiter dropping a tray of food on my wife’s leg and dress and nobody apologizing except for him, we thought that maybe the food experience would be worth it once seated. Far from the truth. We ordered water, shrimp scampi and a flatbread to start, and a salmon and pork tenderloin as entrees. We got the shrimp (just 5) and the flatbread, but The water never came, had to ask for it twice to 2 different waiters. Ordered a beer, never came and nobody realized. They told us we were getting a second flatbread on the house, and never came. They didn’t charge the one we ordered though. Both starters were ok. And then they decided to bring the salmon for my wife and mac&cheese for my daughter, but not my pork. So they had lunch alone, and once they were done, I got my food and had lunch by myself. The reasoning is that pork takes longer to cook than salmon... and my pork was overcooked!!!!
Definitively the worst dining experience ever, would not go back, will not recommend anyone to go back. Thanks for ruining mothers day lunch for us!
