This staff was desperately short handed and need help as the affects of people not return to work is so obvious. Food was great! Get them some help please…
Seasons is obviously having some staffing issues. Food was great. Service, honestly was abysmal and for about 20 minutes- nonexistent. So our wait just to order diner was about 1/2 hr. The manager came by after our delicious food was finally served to us, he had ask how everything was. My answer was “Okay.” Unfortunately he seemed pleased that was my response.
I’ll be back, but I am unsure for how much longer, if there is no improvement.
It was a birthday celebration of two. The only person that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY was the Concierge that seated us 😏
Lovely experienced for our anniversary dinner. Exceptional service highlighted by delicious meals. Highly recommended for any occasion!!
Good food fun place. Great young staff
Anniversary and birthday
Great meal and our waitress Kelsey was fantastic .
Good food,great atmosphere!
This was my first visit due to a recommendation for a girlfriend outing. Upon entrance the host was extremely polite and everyone employed wore masks. This was immediately comforting . We were served by John who too was very polite and professional. The decor is nice, but near us was a stack of crates for holding glasses at the bar area seating that should have been out of sight. Two of us ordered the steak and lobster. I order medium rare and it was served as well done with was much too dry. The lobster was small and unfortunately not cut for easy release from the shell which caused for finger use. The mini potatoes were very good. I wouldn’t order this again just to enjoy potatoes. The other person ordered the salmon in which she said was delightful. After, wanting a little more we shared a pepperoni thin cust pizza. I would return here to order the pizza. We all stated hands down that the pizza was awesome. Overall, this wasn’t an unpleasant experience. I recommend it to others especially those counting calories as each calorie intake is posted on the menu.
Kelsey was amazing-personality, service, attentiveness, etc. the trout and scallops were over cooked and asparagus was woody; food was disappointing but the atmosphere and service were amazing!
Soup was cold. We got all three soups on menu and all three were barely even warm. Buffalo cauliflower flat bread was not great. Ahi tuna appetizer was good.
Our waiter, Corey was great. However, I was completely turned off by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Our table was sticky. Corey wiped it clean for us. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Would not return or recommend.
Our server was amazing! I wish I could remember his name but he was just fantastic! My Ahi Tuna salad was delicious!
Fabulous food, everyone enjoyed everything, a bit of sharing so everyone could try different dishes. Tyler was an awesome server!
Service was slow. Lady at the door did not greet me when I came in. Was busy typing on the computer
The food was pretty good and so were the drinks. Good service and atmosphere as well.
Always have a good, enjoyable meal here. Love the wine and drink options, small desserts, and calorie info. .
It was intended to be a birthday dinner for my girlfriend with her son and his girlfriend. When we arrived and after we were seated no mention of her or any birthday was made.
Once seated my guest and I were greeted by our server Ahmad.
Ahmad was very knowledgeable of the menu which was great but Ahmad spoke so fast and was wearing a mask I could barely hear the specials that were offered.
Once we had time to look over the menu and we placed our orders there were a few mistakes made.
Ahmad forgot to place my mushroom appetizer with the kitchen, and my guest ordered a Cesar salad but a dressing wasn't offered to her and just incase we wanted to share the salad no small plates were given to us.
The seabass and salmon which was excellent by the way came out before our appetizer did so our meals had to be taken back and sat under the heat to keep warm as we had our mushroom appetizer, luckily for us it didn't dry out our salmon and seabass meals.
Other than that our meals were excellent. Also for the inconvenience we were given complimentary deserts and a glass of champagne.
Ahmad was a good server but in the future just suggestion that he some how lower his mask a bit and slow down speaking so the customer can hear what's being offered to them. His dialect can be hard to pick up while he is speaking so fast.
I would recommend this restaurant. I had the scallops and enjoyed the dish. The crab cake is underwhelming and I can’t recommend it. The staff was delightful and the ambience was nice. The dessert presentation should be changed due to the portion size. What I thought was just a show piece was the actual dessert. Didn’t like it. Give me a full portion for $10 instead of a forkful for $3… I still skipped dessert and went to the competition up the road, which I’m sure you’re trying to avoid. All in all go and have a great time.
Seasons 52 is always accommodating with regard to a request for a table location. From the host with his lavender highlights (which I love) to the wait staff, the experience was very enjoyable. The young woman who waited on our table was wonderful. So much of a dining experience is influenced by the wait staff. Both the food and the wait staff performed well!
This is a very special place, both in the food and beverage they serve and the level of service they deliver every time. Seasons 52 is where we go for every one of our family's special occasion meals. I used to say that the food is expensive here and its true that the menu is a little pricey. But when you factor in the quality of ingrediants, the creative menu that changes throughout the year, the excellent bar menu and wine list as well as the very attentive service which has not lost a single step post-pandemic, I say that Seasons 52 is worth every penny and actually a bargain.
Seasons52 thinks of itself as a wine place, and they have some very good choices to pair with a nice menu. They don't seem to be able to keep bottles in stock, and have trouble finding and handling the bottles they do have. This is the second time it took multiple tries to just pick a wine, and this time it took multiple tries to get the bottles uncorked. Two different servers on two different bottles resulted in two destroyed corks, which makes me wonder how the bottles were stored. My steak, however, was very nicely done with well-prepared potatoes and spinach, and my companion's steak salad was just the way she likes it. The kitchen was great, the servers very pleasant and reasonably attentive, but the wine process needs some work.
Always a great place for solid cuisine. You get above average fare for reasonable prices.
Great food and service. We were able to make a reservation within 30 minutes and get seated within 2 minutes.
Good experience. Outside area was a little messier than it should be though.
Ambiance was date-worthy. Covid policies were practiced/followed. The host that seated us was very nice and attentive to our needs. My boyfriend is recovering from knee surgery and the host instinctively selected a table that was close and also had less foot traffic so he could stretch his leg out. I really appreciated that. The waitress was also attentive: checking on us several times, letting us know the status of our food without us having to wait too long or ask her first.
The food was absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned the right portion. It was just excellent a wonderful birthday lunch with a friend
Eating in the bar area was the quietest place in the restaurant. Food was great along with the service.
We had a party of 10 and everything was perfect. Thank you for taking care of us and making it a fun evening for everyone. Cheers!
The service was excellent. The hostage--who said she was also the manager and whose jacket said she was the sous chef--said she was shorthanded, which is not uncommon post-pandemic. Even though we had a reservation, the entry process took a few minutes and even though we asked for a booth we were brought to a table. When we told the waitress that, she brought us back to the hostess who was on the phone. After that start, our waiter was considerate, prompt, and caring. Over all, it was a pleasurable experience.
The food was delicious and the drinks were on point! This is a classy restaurant with friendly servers. One of my favorite restaurants for dining.
It was my friends birthday. They brought out a cake in a shot class with a candle it was really cute. Great food, great service. We will be back
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding
The food was excellent and was better than I thought. We didn't end up getting entrees We just ate a lot of appetizers and they did not disappoint.
Good food & good service - when we want quality and quiet, we come to Seasons 52!
Loud but ok
Atmosphere was absolutely amazing, romantic and calm. Waitress was phenomenal. My 18th year anniversary was topped by this experience
