Abigail, our waitress, was really good. I love the butternut squash soup and the flatbreads. And, let's not forget the absolutely decadent desserts.

I felt that our table of three was abandoned by our original server. This may explain very long wait for our food. The lobster ravioli ran out so I had to reorder. My soup did not come out with the rest of the food so I canceled it. The flatbread was good!

The second server overcharged us by adding 3 or 4 items we never ordered. The initial server rectified the billing issue.

Overall, not a good night for customer service. My wife was pretty bothered. We left a 15% tip instead of the usual 20% due to our frustration.

I expected better.

The food, service and ambiance were excellent. When I made the reservation I indicated it was a special occasion. They seated us in a small dining room rather than the general dining area. In addition, they had a birthday card and free dessert for our guest of honor.

Our server Kayla was pleasingly pleasant. She was very attentive to our needs. Also she was very accommodating. The brioche french toast were not of my liking & neither was the potatoes.

We went there with a group of 8 for anniversary dinner. We had reservations but they sat us a bit later due to some computer issues. The manager John was very apologetic and said he would take care of us. As soon as we sat down, a few appetizers came in on John. We were very pleased and continued with our meal. Jada, our waitress, was super attentive and helped us with any questions. The food was delicious. A few order the sea bass and it was a big hit. The drinks were also outstanding. We are a group of parents that finally had a chance to go out, sans happy meals. Thanks to John and Jada we had a wonderful evening!

The room was wonderful, and everything was perfect, until towards the end of the meal, when the server started breaking down tables in 50% of the room. Totally inappropriate!

Seasons 52 truly makes celebrating an occasion special and we always leave satisfied and happy. Food was good as usual, service a tad slow but it was a Saturday evening and the location was packed. We usually come for birthdays and our anniversary because we always have a great experience!

We had a really terrible experience this time at Season's. We have gone many times before, but this was by far the worst experience. Even with a reservation they sat us in the bar area right next to the front door, which was not entirely pleasant when celebrating a 10 year anniversary. I'm not sure if this was why we had such terrible service, but I don't plan to ever sit in the bar area again. Our server was inattentive and when we would have an issue or question with something we would have to wait 10-15 minutes before flagging her down only to have her dismiss the issue and walk away. She didn't even put my wine order in until I was almost finished with my meal so I asked her to cancel it. We did have a manager come speak to us because I had an allergic reaction to something in the soup and he was pleasant enough, but since it was at the end of our meal it was too little too late. I don't recall the server's name, and perhaps she was having a bad day, but my husband and I have worked in food service and know that was highly sub-par service. The best part of our night was when we left, walked down to ShakeShack and got a shake. Everyone there was so upbeat and friendly it instantly lifted our spirits. We don't plan to come back to Season's 52 anytime soon; too expensive to not enjoy every minute of it.

My wife and I were greeted from the time we walked in, with reservations we were seated in less than two minutes. Appetizers to the desert came on que when we finished each course. We felt welcomed without a rush to get us out. A very nice place and candle light dinner was a plus. Our server was amazing too. Overall great night and I will be coming back.

Kudos to our server Brionte (Brie) who was one of the best servers I’ve had while dining. She was patient, friendly, conscientious and simply wonderful. Honestly, she could be the model for how to do a great job. The food was good as always. My daughter thought the dressing on her seared ahi crunch salad was a little too much, but everything else was great. Seasons 52 is consistently good. But you have a new star server with Brionte. (And I do not know her personally. I just want to recognize great service when I get it).

Being Valentines Day, enjoyed the extra effort by the staff to bring us a glass of champagne and roses for the ladies. We ended up in a booth which was great as noise level was tolerable. Waiter was quite good. Food was delicious; however was not hot....or warm, but rather lukewarm.

My only complaint would be the wait for a table for our 645 reservation. When we came in we were told it would be more like 715 when we were seated. People that arrived after us were seated first, so I asked why. They same lady that checked us in said, 'you have a 715 reservation. I showed here the reservation on my phone and said we had a 6456 not 715 and parties of 2 arriving after us were seated first. We had a table with 21 mn after that.

Our waiter was awesome!
The food was outstanding!
I ate one of the most tender tasty Filet Mignon's I have ever eaten!!
We ate a nice meal and were out in an hour, unrushed and everything after we were setaed was very timely.

We'll be back!!

It was a wonderful evening celebrating with family. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive.
The food was pretty good. Some dishes could use additional seasoning and vegetables(carrots) needed to be cooked longer.
We were grateful for the celebratory dessert and champagne!

What a lovely place to meet for lunch! There are lots of healthy menu choices. I tried the mahi-mahi tacos with a side of warm beets with almonds; both were very good! Next time I will try what my dining companion had - the mushroom flatbread with a thin, crispy crust. Our server was attentive, but not hovering, and offered suggestions when asked.

Although we secured a reservation we had to wait 15 mins for our table to be ready. Our server Ethan was very welcoming and enthusiastic. I ordered the butternut squash soup as an appetizer and the bay scallops and risotto as the entree and was pleased. However, my date ordered the filet mignon and found it to be overly salty.

This is the first time I can truthfully say that making a reservation actually made a difference. They recognized our name, gave us a great table, were attentive that it was our anniversary...which made the evening wonderful. That the food was extraordinary made it all feb better. Not-chain food. Perfect. Well timed. Attentive service. Thanks.
