2 of the entrees had to be sent back because they were not cooked as ordered. 1 had to be sent back twice. Interrupted the entire dinner!
Always have great food and seasonal foods on the menu. Great wine list and you get a good pour. Lots of team service. One of our favorites.
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here on Sunday evening. Our server Jessica was excellent and very attentive. Our party of four tried the short ribs, salmon and filet mignon and everything was delicious. Dessert was nice, too. We were celebrating a birthday and they have special treats for a birthday party so spend your celebration day there. You won't be disappointed.
The food is always delicious and fresh. The service is fantastic. It's a good place to get high quality service/food at a reason price.
We frequent Seasons 52 and this was the first time that the service was not very good. Could not get a refill and the food was not prepared as requested, but it was still good. We will go back but the server definitely needs some more training and to be more personable.
We went to Season 52 for brunch and it was perfectly adequate. The menu is pretty standard, the service is pretty good, it's not a bad option. It also isn't a great one, though. The prices were average for brunching in this area, but the menu is less unique. Definitely has a chain vibe.
Waitress was extremely personable. Laughed at my bad jokes which is very important to me.
Food came out fast and perfect (every time I have been there it’s been perfect). It was so good it took all my strength to eat slowly like a proper human being and not like a starving, rabid dog.
Then the desserts came out. The desserts. Those evil, sweet, delicious diet murdering SOBs. So good.
The worst part was the bill, but I complain about prices McDonalds. Definitely worth the price.
The bartenders were great! The table service was slow and even in a restaurant of this type prebussing was a struggle. They have certainly changed standards over the years.
Took a really long time before a server came to greet us and give us water. The host sat us and told us a certain name of the server that was going to be taken care of us. After a long wait at the table a different server came over and served us. He did a good job. A customer sitting at the table next to us was a little loud and obnoxious however he ended up leaving and the noise level was much better. I know that customer is out of the restaurants control.
Food was good. Server was helpful and accommodating.
Everything was fantastic!
Excellent waiter, wonderful service
Great Meal. Worth the price I thought. Service was very good. Great place for a business meal.
Birthday dinner went well
Our waitress was very good, unobtrusive, and efficient. Service was timely. Attentive in refilling iced tea.
We had to wait 40 min for out reservation and they ended up building a new table for us in the front room. This turned out to be a nice spot as it has a lot of natural light and not as noisy although they should have done that immediately instead of making us wait 40 min. Then they were out of two items that we ordered.
All was excellent. The food, the service and the value. We had the prix fixed menu and it was delicious and quite a bit of food.
Too noisey in the bar. The hostess seated us in the bar during happy hour.
Waited over 30 min for our reservation. Seating was very crowded and several menu items ran out. Usually when eating here you can count on a great experience with great service. You could tell the waitress was stressed. Did bring complementary Champaign toast to make up for several menu items that were not available. However disappointed over all.
Very disappointing that we had to wait 25 min after our reservation time for a table. Our server was Awesome & the food was good. They were out of one of the featured entrees which was sad.
We were greeted by a very friendly waitress, who attended to our time limitations. We had wonderful meals from the $29 menu. We loved our steak, and it was prepared just perfectly! The asparagus and potatoes were great accompaniments, as was the spinach salad with strawberries. My friend loved her salmon salad, and when she asked for bread, the waitress brought a lovely basket of assorted breads and crackers. My mini dessert was the raspberry cheesecake, and I loved it, too. Thumbs up and would love to come again!
Birthday lunch - couldn’t have asked for better service. Jessica provided A+ service and deserves to be acknowledged for her ability to go above & beyond. We have dined at Seasons 52 roughly 5x in the last 12 months. Numerous times for happy hour, a few formal dinners as well as lunch in the sunroom last fall. We will continue coming back. Our 2 guests that joined us for birthday lunch today were both blown away by the entire experience! Jessica was FANTASTIC!
Food is always well presented and staff are informative and welcoming.
I loved sitting in the bar area this time. I will request the booths there more often as they are quieter and more private
It was very relaxing, our waiter Brandon was amazing, love the menu.
The service was awful. It took way too long to get drinks and way to long to get our meals. The steak and salmon lacked seasoning. The veggies were good and the dessert was good. Unfortunately, we will not be back. It’s too bad. The first two times were great
Service was excellent. Our food was very good. Noise level did not prevent conversation, which is very good, since most restaurants are very noisy. We had an enjoyable evening. Thank you.
Excellent in every area food value one of our fav places
It was quite busy for Easter, and they ran out of two dishes that my family ordered. It took over an hour to get our food, and we had to ask for bread. Our waitress did not offer kids menu, but brought it up after we ordered! She was very nice though, and the manager came by too. They took off items on each of our bills for our inconveniences, which was nice. Great food though!
Bad Easter event. Service was fine. Our entire party became ill because of the food. Mushroom/crab fused to plate; chicken hard as a rock; apparently loaded with preservatives and/or recooked food. Was great in the past. Sorry, but sometimes the truth hurts.
We expected busy, and it was. 1:45 reservations and we were seated just after 2:00. Food was good, I had trout and my wife had scallops. Arrived hot, moist and delicious
Well done Seasons 52!
Great food, service and atmosphere!
I love Season's 52 but for the Easter Brunch menu I would have liked to see more choices. The service is always great!
Easter brunch was fine - you might update the brunch menu. The server was excellent - exchanged overdone poached eggs with fresh ones.
It was an Almost! The menu sounded great but left a little to be desired. Seasoning was lacking.
We had a wonderful brunch experience on Easter Sunday. John was our server and he took good care of us. We had ordered an appetizer and our food didn't come out until after we had finished -- yay! We'll go back.
Service was stellar! The brunch food was sorta let down for the price
Well I should of know as soon as we left the main dining room that our table location was going to be bad and it was! They shoved our Table of six in the very back corner in front of an emergency exit. The chairs against the back wall had no room and the chairs on other side were in the middle of a very busy aisle, and I haven’t even got to food. The appetizers were the best part as the main courses were very bland for me and two others. It’s going to be awhile before I go back there, many other better choices in the area.
Wonderful food and service. The New old fashion was delicious!
Service was off. Nowhere near as good as it usually is.
Great as always
