Please train your wait staff that it is poor technique to reach completely across a guest to serve or clear plates, retrieve menus, deliver checks, etc. This happened 5 times during our dining. Actually feels gross.

Waitress was poor; while other wait staff delivered food, she never checked in with us to explain delays. Seated near the kitchen and it was constant people brushing past us at our table. Food was ok, nothing special.

We were seated in the Senoma Room which is located in the back of the restaurant. The service was excellent as always. Our steaks were cooked perfect. Recommend their Pear Salad. Always a treat to go to Seasons 52!

We had another delicious dinner last week. Great food , excellent service, and nice setting. I tried the trout on a recommendation of a friend. It was wonderful, so I'll add it to my list of repeats.

We took friends there and all four of us loved our dinners. I had a caramalized bosc pear salad with a lobster tail on top. My husband had crab cakes with the California golden beet salad. One friend had caramalized grilled sea scallops and the other friend had the Nantucket Bay smaller scallops. The four of us had dessert. Everything was outstanding. Mickie was our server. Service was excellent. We always love going to Seasons 52, and our friends also look forward to going back.

This is one of my favorite dining places. If you go try the wood planked salmon - it's delicious. Also make sure not to leave without trying one of their delicious desserts. It's enough to not make you feel guilty. Love this place.

Overall very satisfied. Ordered filet and lamb shank. Steak was perfect. Lamb was very fatty, but good flavor. Would have preferred less sauce and more vegetables. Also enjoyed pork flatbread. Decent flavor, herbs were very over powering. Service left nothing to be desired.

We came to celebrate my hisband’s Birthday. If you want to come when they aren’t busy - have an early lunch. Only problem is that you aren’t guaranteed outstanding service. The food was outstanding! The chicken soup was hot, the guacamole on the fish tacos was fresh as could be - the chef came out and apologized for the delay. (They we’re making the guacamole.). Our son enjoyed the chicken sandwich. The ahi tuna salad was outstanding as well. There are lots of choices if you don’t eat meat. Of course - we still had dessert - live the little desserts. They are always a favorite. Great Birthday lunch celebration.

We again enjoyed a very pleasant dinner at Seasons 52. Great food! Good selection! Fortunately, the restaurant wasn't crowded on a very cold evening, so our table of 9 could easily carry on good table conversations.

Food was very good. The wine is not so good. Wife had the house white wine and thought it was yucky. I had a mid priced Cabernet that was actually very warm and not very good. Tasted more like sour grapes than wine. The food however was very good. I had the pork tenderloin that was cooked just right. My wife liked her Scallops. If we come back, I'll skip the wine.

We were impressed with this New Year's Eve dinner out experience. We received terrific food, service, and we treated special even though the place was busy. Very nice experience. We will be back again on our next visit to Cincinnati. Thank you!
(PS--I even have a severe garlic allergy and they met my needs--deeply appreciated.)

Our server was named Dizzy but everything was far from being dizzy! You can always count on an excellent meal. Winter menu features fresh daily Nantucket scallops. Beef and fish are always outstanding and cooked the way you like it. We consider Seasons 52 as our favorite restaurant in Cincinnati.

Had a holiday lunch here with friends, and it was the perfect place for it. Jason was a wonderful server, making sure that our Irish Coffees were made just how we like them (with Jameson, not Bailey's) before he shared his recipe for that and his infamous bourbon bacon roses. I had a fabulous salad made with arugula, burrata, roasted pears and prosciutto. Wow. I'd return just for that. I also ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos along with a side of potato salad with bacon. Both were great, but I had to take most home. My pals were happy with their choices--ranging from lobster bisque to crab cakes to other salads and more. It was a really nice place for a festive lunch, and the service couldn't have been better.

Scallops were perfectly prepared and the lamb shank literally fell off the bone! The atmosphere is upscale without being pretentious. The wine list is extensive with many available by the glass. I wish there was one in St. Louis.

We went to Seasons for Christmas Eve dinner after church with our two sons that are 8 and 10. The server could not find a children's menu for over 20 minutes so we tracked one down ourselves. Once we got the menu there were only 4 things that were offered - hamburger, grilled chicken, pasta and pizza and there were no sides for kids like french fries, broccoli or fruit and no chicken nuggets. I had to order my one son a double plate of mashed potatos and the other son a $22.00 salmon with no side from the adult menu. They both went home hungry and we went home exhausted with a $105 bill.

We had the worse table in the place and the waiter ended up giving us the wrong credit card back after we paid and the following Tuesday we were alerted by the fraud dept. of many charges we didn’t make. Had to cancel our card and reject charges. Pain in the butt. Wait staff should check names when returning cards to tables.

On a very busy night the food was great. Finally after many visits to this place the food came out hot. It usually doesn’t. However we were celebrating a birthday and did not receive any of the normal birthday perks. Terrible server.

We went for my birthday celebration with friends. Our party size changed multiple times and they happily accommodated and never made us feel like it was an inconvenience. They brought out special tasting spoons of an appetizer. Then our entire party got dessert for free. Our evening was completed with a complementary glass of champagne. Our waitress was phenomenal. The food was delicious. Highly recommend!

They advertised a $25.00 gift certificate
To each member in the party but when I
Paid the bill the waitress didn’t know anything about the program, she checked
With management who said they were
Out of the certificates and took my name
To send them to me. To date nothing!
False advertising just to get business???

Terrible. Made a reservation, the hostess tried to seat us in bar for a formal dinner; then was extremely rude when we asked to move. We ended up sitting by hostess stand and heard ongoing chatter and inappropriate conversations from the three hostesses. No one cleared table. Food was below average but way overpriced. Restaurant was empty and service was still lousy. We spent well over $120 for 2 ppl and the food and service was a one star. We will never be back. Save your money.
