Great food and staff! Always feel like ROYALTY for our anniversary! Wouldn’t drive over an hour for anywhere else! Thank you Seasons 52!
We made a 730 reservation. We arrived at 7:25 and had to wait until 745 to be seated. When we were seated we observed that there were at least six open tables around us. There was no explanation or apology offered about the wait. It seems like they don’t understand that a person coming for a 730 reservation wants to sit down at 730.
Then we had to wait for our service person to appear. Once she appeared, everything was fine. Drinks appeared on a timely basis, and food came out promptly. The food was good, the price was reasonable and because it was not busy, it was not noisy.
The whole experience was made great by Cedric!
Our fish was undercooked and brought back in peices (should have done it anew). Apps were luke warm. Though we usually like the flatbread, this was cold, dry and overcooked
Lasagna was great.
Cedric was one of the best waiters ever (and that is sayng a lot). He is a total pro, charming, and a joy 'to dine with'. His enthusiasm is contagious and he cares about and is a great promoter of your restaurant!
my tuna tartare , which I have always enjoyed, was not fully chopped, with pieces of tuna almost left in slices. I've had this many times before but this time there was absolutely no taste. I was very disappointed as I had come for lunch just for this appetizer
Great food and service! Especially impressive on BC graduation night!
Party of 14 for graduation dinner. Outstanding service. Every meal was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Excellent service but waiter changed mid meal to cover other section. He did come back and check on us and we left solid tip to show our appreciation The quality of the food is superb but no warning as to how spicy the rice would be. Flatbread is amazing. Everyone was satisfied with the food and there were 6 different meals. Desserts small but satisfying and priced accordingly.
Last couple of times food was below par
Met a friend for lunch on a Saturday. The service was great, the cocktails and food delicious. We were at a table in a corner so that afforded s lot of privacy and lower noise level. My favorite lunch place.
Good venue for lunch and dinner, great food, service suffering when the place is busy.
I had requested a quiet table as we had hearing impaired person in our party. Booth in the bar area was perfect ! Our server Erik was excellent. We were pleased with our dinner selections...presentation and taste were very good.....only exception was salad croutons which were hard as rocks. Al said we would both recommend and return. Thank you.
Wonderful! Dinner for a large group and the service by a single waiter was seamless! Just perfect. Food was excellent!
Will definitely dine here again!
The amount of food we received was perfect. The yellow-green asparagus and over cooked potatoes was not appealing.
The manager was a nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our server Kristin was lovely. We enjoyed our drinks and the food was better than we expected. Pleasant surprise. We’ll be back soon.
Excellent service, wonderful waiter, and terrific atmosphere!
the family had a great time out for Mother Day event though they were busy
A perfect dinner on Mother’s Day the waitperson was perfect, food out standing
Yes, but the noise can be loud. We went on Mother's Day so understandable because it's crowded.
The restaurant was fully booked and packed on Mother's Day, but they handled the crowd beautifully. We were seated in a pleasant area, no one rushed us at all, we could hear ourselves talk, and the food was good (though not great). I wish they'd put their excellent meat loaf back on the menu!
Food was very good and within reasonable calorie range.
Food was good, service was OK. We waited a long time to sit given we had a reservation.
The Mother’s Day brunch was not really brunch, except for steak and eggs and French toast. We had to order off of the kids menu. I know it was very busy, but being seated in the back room, considering the price of your brunch, was not conducive to a mother’s day outing. We may as well have been at the pancake house....at least we could have had a nice omelette.
Mother’s Day Brunch was awesome. Really well done.
Very expensive for the food. No gluten/dairy free options. Few breakfast choices on the brunch menu.
Like the restaurant franchise, but recent visit was mediocre in all respects
Service is good, very flexible with menu modifications. Nice new spring menu. Reliable.
Our server was great and our food came out in a timely manner. Our only complaint is that it was pretty warm in there...we were seated right by the windows with the sun blazing in. Our server turned down the blinds before we took our seats, but still had to request that the air be turned on, and it took a while for to cool down. We'd come back here though! Love the ever-changing menu!
The service was slow and inattentive. The ambiance was lacking - in a back room under a bright spotlight.
Love the Seasons
Charity was fantastic! We love the staff and food.
We loved Erik.
Same as always. Excellent value, service, and quality.
I have been there before, and always had a good experience. This time our visit was marred because the waiter never gave us a lunch menu even though there was a lunch menu available on line and then we asked the waiter to give us a dogie bag, and when we reminded him, it turns out he forgot and threw the remainder of our meal out.
Great service and loved the filet and had the avocado toast for an app!
Loved the tartare!
Great experience, as always, from the delicious food and service to the warm decor.
