Has really changed...food was tasteless and cold. Couldn't find my server and had to ask others to look for him. Lots of choices in the area and will not be returning here.
Great meal and really great service. We will be back soon.
The Monday-Friday 3-7 PM $5.00 plates is fantastic!!
Tween birthday with family
I think the restaurant was quite good in all areas but a guest’s $31.00 salmon dish was not quite cooked the way she requested it so she ended up leaving the center where it was too rare. She showed the waiter when he stopped by but I along with another were mostly finished with our satisfactory entrees so she did not want to hold us up by waiting for a replacement.
Under the circumstances the waiter could have offered her a complimentary dessert or removed an appetizer or salad from the bill which was $174.00 without gratuity.
Overall it just falls short of a 5 star recommendation.
Best waiter and service we ever had, and I am there every week
excellent food, and great service. our waiter had assistance but did not forget us. special occasion was a friend's birthday and there was a special treat for us. the food was creative and really delicious. no hesitation to say I will go back and recommend the restaurant for a treat. open floor plan was the 3 star; the restaurant was really full and the place a bit noisy.
Well by now you must know I'm a fan of Seasons 52.
I had trout and the delicious grain salad.
My guest had the fish tacos (Mahi-Mahi) and the corn soup.
I could not possibly recommend a nicer spot. While I have seen their nicer bar area active and walk in's taken, I have set reservations every time I have come, and all my experiences have been for significant date nights. The food is very clean, fresh, and delicious. The service has always been outstanding from valet parking, the hostess station, through to the wait staff. A manager has come by the table every time I have visited. I could not be happier.
This last visit when I told my wife I was bringer her to Seasons-52 for a date she was beaming with happiness and excitement. It would be a strong error to miss out on this fantastic find.
Love the flatbreads !
Sub par service made for a very annoying experience.
Went for a special occasion and it was hindered by a completely disconnected server. Literally NO customer service skills or ability to perform even at a basic level. Sad..
I love this place. Food is excellent and the service is too. Best looking waiters in the greater Boston area
Sat down and waitress immediately came over and asked if we wanted drinks. Said we wished to look at the menu but would like some water. I asked twice more for water. We got our first course before we got water or wine. POOR
We had the pleasure of meeting Thanh, a new waiter on staff. He was outstanding.
Food was excellent, as always.
We requested a quiet table and were not really satisfied until the manage took us to the back room which was away from the main dining area. Our niece, who was visiting from out of town is hard of hearing. Our table was perfect.
Carlos was amazing! Phenomenal food!
I had taken my friend from St Louis to Seasons52 two years ago and she loved it! So when she was back in Boston and made a date for dinner, she asked that we return to Seasons52. We both love the seasonal starters and entrees. And we always leave room for dessert! Seasons52 is my "go to" restaurant when friends and family come to visit me. You have never disappointed me!
I recently celebrated my birthday at Seasons 52. It was a lovely place to do so. The food was great; service lovely, presentation spectacular and lots of attention paid to detail. They even included a little candle with the deserts, subtle but thoughtful. We all enjoyed the occasion.
Very disappointing. Probably the worst service I have ever had at this restaurant, and at restaurants
in the area. Waiter would just disappear. Dinner took over two hours, with staff cleaning around us as it was so late. Wine sent back because it had "turned" with no apologies from the waiter. Coffee awful.
Would not consider returning to this restaurant for a while. I eat out in the area A LOT. This was unacceptable service.
Cedric made the dinner delightful. Excellent recommendations for appetizers and entrees. Service was excellent. He has a wonderful personality. Will definitely request him next time we dine!!
Kristin, our waitress, was lovely and very helpful. The avocado toast and scallop dinner were perfect. Everything served was fresh and tasty. I will be returning!
Excellent Filet Mignon on Special Jon came over to check on us to make sure all was good. And let me taste a delicious corn chowder.
My bbq chicken salad was delicious, and my friend's crispy short rib sandwich looked amazing! We also enjoyed wine/drink and good service. Will definitely return soon.
I was a little disappointed with the service. It looks like the wait staff were more interested in talking with each other or watching soccer than paying attention to the customers. We waited for some time to get served and had to ask for bread for our table. The restaurant was almost empty so there was no reason for the long wait or long intervals between starters and our meal. I hope they get back on track soon. Thanks.
We joined friends for a Sunday brunch and it was really excellent! Shakshuka was spicy and delicious, each main course was excellent.
First date and the staff were great making the evening special. They even provided complimentary sparkling wine and an amuse-bouche to start our evening leading to a great first date!
Thanks you Seasons 52!
We always have a delicious meal and attentive service here. Very accommodating to
families with little ones. And we love the mini desserts!
We have now been to Seasons 52 about six times in as many months. We learned from a review after our first visit that the bar area booths are quieter and a prettier part of the restaurant so we ask for that seating and have -- until this visit -- felt the advice was on target. Unfortunately, this time the bartender took our order at the booth but then went back behind the bar and attention to service at our table became very spotty. Otherwise, food and wine were up to usual high standards!
Great for families and great staff
We were at a both right between the kitchen and a large party that rented out the back of the restaurant. The table was perfect the service was perfect, but the amount of people walking and stopping at the end of our table was a bit annoying.
The challenge is to choose among the wonderful options all of which are delicious. Yummy and healthy...the perfect combination. The wait staff is always so pleasant and good at striking the balance between checking in and giving space to talk at the table
Went for casual dinner. Chopped Greek salad was excellent-crisp,tasty. Had roast pork entree perfectly xooked, tender and with excellent vegetables. Quality of food and ambience makes me want to return.
The food is always good; the staff is great. We love everything about this restaurant.
We had a great date night here! The place has so much ambiance and the food was really delicious!
Great food and great service. We enjoyed the appetizers and main courses very much. The deserts looked great but no room left at the end of the meal. The only negative is the noise level.
The lamb loin I ordered medium rare, and was medium well. The Chilean sea bass was ordered by my wife and she enjoyed it greatly. One for two!
As usual the service was excellent by server GUY and the food
was good and well prepared. The chef Matt send over the
new corn soup to try and I highly recommend it. This restaurant
never fails to make my meal enjoyable.
Manager was outstanding. Took our drink orders because waiter was overly busy. Also saw him buss tables. Food was outstanding
If you are looking for a wide ranging menu, fabulous service and a relaxing time, Seasons 52 is a good choice. I have dined there on several occasions with mixed results, but can say that the brunch and lunch experiences included spectacular food, and dinner on several occasions has been disappointing. My main criticism is that the food just does not taste as fresh as I'd like, neither the meat or the fish. There were not bad, but not fresh off the boat or out of the gate, either. This is tough to achieve in a large high volume restaurant such as this. Still, I recommend Seasons 52 for its high level of service, broad number of food choices and overall ease of dining.
Decent food, not exceptional. With the exception of the side of cauliflower; which was excellent. Service was fair comparable to a chain restaurant. No rush to go back.
