Seasons 52 - Chestnut Hill Ratings and Reviews
One of my worst dining experiences recently. The caesar was tasteless. Not even lemon wedges woke it up. The roast chicken was salty and bland. The bartender was totally disinterested. He was cashing out and it took him 20 minutes to get us a check.

Great food as always and live the trout!
Flatbreads are the best as are the seasonal salads.
Planning on making reservations here at least once a month!
Great wait staff
A bit loud for me taste but has smaller venue rooms for private group dining
Would highly recommend.
The food and ambiance was great, having never been there before, I was pleasantly surprised. It was moderately priced, not cheap but not crazy either. My wife described it as a Legal Seafood but with a more variety in menu choices. Our server was very friendly and helpful when it came to drink recommendations but after our food arrived I felt like it took a while to get additional drinks and the desert.
Very quiet on New Year's Day. Food is always good, but I hardly expected a visit from the Manger, who offered me a second version of my lunch which he said would be better than the original! Said he was training a chef and was not satisfied with the first plate. No complaint from me! So I got dinner to go too! Maurice, our waiter, was charming and efficient. Would definitely go back, if only for the cucumber basil smash - best drink ever!!
Food and ambiance was excellent. Service was a little slow on this particular visit but it may have been a new waiter or something. I had been to several other seasons locations and service has always been good. The food never disappoints. I will definitely go back.
Loved the restaurant but our waiter was awful! When I asked about a couple drinks to decide which one I wanted to try the waiter told me he doesn't drink so he could not help. I would assume he would of been able to give me feedback from other guests? Food came out soooo fast that the waiter also forgot to get us another round. He didn't forget to charge us for that round :) Never cane by to ask how our meal was and when he finally came by he said "I will get you the deserts now". Since this was our 1st time we didn't know deserts came with dinner. We had to ask another waiter for coffee. We would go back but make sure we don't get him as a waiter.
We were very pleasantly surprised by our experience - our first time here. Food was excellent (each of 4 entrees was great), service was excellent (not rushed, just enough attention), not too noisy. I would definitely go back. We have had too many disappointments at restaurants of this type (price level and menu), and this was a pleasant surprise!
As always, our experience at Seasons 52 was positive. Friendly waitress. Fresh and nicely prepared food, including very tasty short ribs and perfectly cooked trout. Good and reasonably priced wine choices. Nice quiet table. In short, a reliably excellent evening with very enjoyable food and friendly attentive staff. What's not to like?
I gave this two stars for our server and the hostess were EXCELLENT. However, our food was tasteless. We tried most of the menu appetizers, salads, flatbread, main courses of chicken, seafood and turf. Everyone in our party was highly disappointed. We choose this by rating in area and I am not sure how Seasons 52 rates 3. Maybe just an off night?? We won't be back to find out. This is actually the first food rating I have ever done for I felt the food was so tasteless or just plain bad that I should. More than disappointed!
This is a great restaurant for a group-get-together... Very accommodative with changes in reservation, etc. Food was excellent. The reason I gave "4 stars" is b/c I ordered appetizer portion of shrimp scampi, and was surprised it came out in a thick red sauce... I would pass at this appetizer in the future. It really was not a "scampi." And, regarding the desserts, I am finding that most restaurants offer SO MANY CHOCOLATE CHOICES... and, for those of us who prefer fruity and light desserts, we prefer something other than carrot cake!! All in all, great place, menu, environment for a crowd!!
