The menu changes with the season to feature ingredients at their peak, from whole produce that arrives and is kept 100% fresh, never frozen, to carefully sourced meats and pristine seafood. Entrées are oak-fire grilled or brick oven-roasted, without a fryer in sight, to be flavorful and naturally lighter. The Wine Bar pours world-class wines by the glass and signature cocktails. Had a great meal and the server (Sarah) gave great recommendations. Thanks!
Food and server were fantastic! Dinner took a really long time to come out though. Overall great experience.
amazing service by Ben et al!
fantastic food, as always
Overall experiences I’ve had there are fine. The restrooms are deplorable
Madison, our server, was super! And the food delicious!!!
Good was very good. Slow service at 1:00 linch. Server - Frank- tried but way too much attitude. Almost embarrassing . Sorry to say.
Excellent choice and quality of food. Quiet and relaxing. Spacious.
Super every time!!! Kristin and staff are the very BEST!
Great food and calorie conscience. I love this restaurant.
Our waitress provided us with Excellent service.
Food was SO FRESH and DELICIOUS!! Also our server Carlos went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide us with excellent service. The girls and I have not gotten together in over a year due to the pandemic and it was so nice to have such a great night out to celebrate us being able to get together again and enjoy dining experiences. Highly recommend that you request Carlos should you ever check out this restaurant. I definitely will! Regarding food recommendations you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, but definitely do not miss out on trying their flatbreads for appetizers! The portions are standard sizes not cheesecake factory portions, just to give you an idea on the sizing.
Waiter pushed a side on us (risotto) which was very bad. It was like rice pudding. They knew we didn’t like it as we didn’t eat more than a bite of it, but the server hurried away with it without asking if there was a problem. Still charged for it. Kinda uncool.
Another great lunch at a booth in the bar area. Thanks to the waiter for letting us know about the lunch special soup and flatbread not listed on the menu we were given.
Everything was wonderful! Jess was our server and is the best! Food, ambiance, welcoming and deliciously prepared food! Looking forward to the next time!
Our waiter was fantastic! So many people in the restaurant - noise level was challenging. Food was delicious.
We have been going to Season's 52 in Chestnut Hill for years. Yesterday, it was the first time, I encountered lousy customer service. There were 4 people behind the table. One was a trainee (I felt bad for her), the other 3 were talking between themselves or answering the phone instead of acknowledging the customer who were trying hard to get their attention. It looked chaotic and unprofessional.
Thankfully, once we got our table, things were as good as usual. But nothing is like the first impression.
Cedrick is an excellent server. Managers and hosts were on top of the large number of diners arriving. Delicious sangria, excellent lamb. A wonderful dining experience.
Great Restarant. Never a problem
I eat there frequently
The quality of the food was poor-not fresh
Our server forgot many things again unusual
Very good food. Both scallops and Chilean sea bass were great. Good appetizers and desserts. Although, I wish appetizers were “desert size” (which is perfect) too.
Service was always good here, but yesterday it was just perfect
I ate here on a Monday evening. It was quiet. The food was excellent, the service was very good and the noise level was low. It's an easy place to meet up with friends or family and enjoy a nice meal together.
I really like the food and service here, but though requested a quiet booth, this is the second time we were seated near a large party of VERY noisy people--shrieking baby & 4 young kids that were running around the restaurant. I realize this is the parents, but it made it hard to hear our conversation and was pretty unpleasant. Maybe have to ask for a seat further forward next time.
We dined at 6 in a booth near the bar and noise was low. Ambiance was enjoyable. Food and and service were great. Definitely worth coming back
Consistently delicious! Kristin and the whole wait staff are all wonderful!
I hosted my choir for an end-of-year dinner at Seasons 52 and everyone was blown away by the food, the service, and ESPECIALLY the OUTSTANDING wine list.
As a serious wine aficionado, I wish to convey my most sincere thanks to whoever curates the wine list.
I was astounded at the dozens of fantastic choices both by the glass and by the bottle.
Thanks very much from a grateful host!!
Great lunch , great food as always.
Seasonal menu options are great. Restaurant interior design, layout, lighting, etc. are warm. Servers were friendly and appropriately attentive. Food came out in good time. Noise level was "low" - we could easily converse and hear each other.
Madison our server was amazing
Asked for quiet table in back - honored. Sat us on time. Very good!
Actually husband and I didn’t love last nights desserts - tasted different but dinner was great! Good service! Thank you
Pork chop and salads were great
Service was fine fun place
Service was prompt, helpful and friendly. The food was very good. I noticed from past experience that their meat is better than their fish. My pork chop was juicy and just right. They have a gluten free menu, a lactose intolerant menu, and vegetarian/vegan menus.
Cosmo martinis were very small. Other than that, it was a very good experience.
Waitress very nice
Birthday celebration was great. Complimentary dessert was delicious and much appreciated.
We arrived at 11.30a, the opening time, to find the doors locked. Finally about 11.35a someone came to open them..that seemed odd in today's world of cellphones with accurate time-keeping. We sat in the bar area and at first our service was wonderful...the bar tender/waitress was prompt, efficient and helpful. However as she handled the service bar for the other waiters, tended to people sitting at the bar, and other bar area guests, the service degraded badly. We asked for something to take food home with and waited close to ten minutes for the container. When I said we'd thought she'd forgot, I got a clipped "I do have other customers".. Well, yes, she did but the bloom had gone off our lunch by then with our deciding not to haev dessert. Perhaps whoever assigns the staff could adjust accordingly so when well populated at lunch she would have more help. That said it was amusing if not also sad to find that we, at 60, were, we thought, the youngest people there for lunch---has this become the elderly dining place of choice? Making out way out was weaving around walkers and canes, and elderly women's groups with the same grey/blue hair holding similar handbags and smiles. So, food was good, service left us not so impressed, and despite our many years of dining here in the past, having tried it now once since Covid, I don't think we want to dine out with rooms filled with people older than we are. I can wait for the assisted living years to do that.
We waiting a very long time for our waitress to give us our check and then a very long time to pick it up. Clearly there aren’t enough service people to help. Also I noticed a few days later I was charged twice for my meal. I will stop by this week to obtain a credit.
Great food, staff, and ambiance!
Everything was great. Service was a little slow, not necessarily the server but the dining experience. Overall very good
It is my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent and our server was excellent. The guy at the host station was rude in ignoring us when we arrived preferring to talk to another customer on the phone. When the hostess returned she was marginally better and we got seated. Suggest that you train your front desk people as they make a poor first impression especially for a higher end restaurant. Kudos to the new kid who was our server. Great job.
Our server, Ryan, was fantastic!
