Great place in the neighborhood for lunch and dinner. Service is good andfood is consistently reliable.
There was a rather large gathering in the bar area which was quite annoying. Otherwise it was good as usual
Wait staff were excellent! The appetizers and entrée where traffic.
Waiter did not remember to bring my drink. Good was not cooked as ordered. Waiter was inattentive. However manager helped us with food and ultimately gave us a gift certificate since the experience was less than good.
Nadia,our server, was excellent!
Six of us enjoyed another lovely dinner at Seasons 52!
We chose Seasons 52 because we had not dined there in a long while. We were with friends and arrived about 10 minutes before our reserved time. Unfortunately it was very busy due to the holiday season and we were not seated for about 20 minutes. The front area was crowded and there is really no place to stand comfortably while waiting to be seated. Once seated, our server was very friendly but extremely busy. Between our perusing the menu and chatting and the server being busy it took a while to place our order. However once placed everything moved along. The food was excellent and we all enjoyed our entrees and desert. And the cappuccino was delicious. The only thing that diminished our experience was when we were asked if we wanted to take home our leftovers - which we did. The server gave us the containers and we had to put our leftovers into them. Now if we were in a diner I could understand having to do that. And while Seasons 52 isn't the Capitol Grille, it still is a nice restaurant with an expensive menu. The server should never have left us with the boxes. Moreover if this is the norm at Seasons 52, we won't be returning.
Awesome waitress!!!! Patient, accommodating, attentive, friendly.
My salad with grilled shrimp was of average taste, skimpy portion and overdressed, served on an oversized plate that made the whole thing look skimpy. The grilled shrimp were very small - not the jumbo shrimp that one usually expects on a salad ordered specifically with a protein. Our server was very nice and attentive.
Consistently great food. Server had too many tables & was not attentive enough.
Food was great!
Service is very good, but perhaps a little too eager to rush the meal, but overall very good
Came here as a party of six to celebrate a 60th birthday and a 30th birthday. After we were seated and got drinks, bread, etc, the manager came over and gave us 6 shrimp cerviche. Definitely a nice touch. The rest of the meal was very good as well and there was no mention of a plating charge for the cake we brought. With appetizers, drinks and entrees, the bill just barely cracked $200. I think that’s reasonable enough. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
Very good , had quiet corner , a lot if wait staff attention
Our waitperson Emory was terrific friendly and attentive. Our experience with the wait staff has always been positive. Pay them well they keep us coming back.
Excellent food and service on a very busy night. The sea bass was delicious. Hungry diners may want to order several dishes as the portions tend to be smaller than average.
We had a great meal here in Thanksgiving Day! The staff was great & very friendly. The salmon was tasty and flavorful. I loved the tiny bite-sized desserts!
Took the family there on Thanksgiving. I had a reservation, was seated right away. Service was great, food was excellent. The experience exceeded expectations. And I was thrilled that I wasn't forced to order a traditional Thanksgiving meal (though that was available). Each of us got what we wanted and it was delicious. The waiter was extremely efficient.
The bottle of wine we ordered came to our table very long after it was ordered.
One of the three meals came to our table when three of the diners were way more than half finished.
The coffee and tea ordered, never arrived.
The server and Mgr were very apologetic. They did not charge for the late entree and they comp’d the 3 desserts.
Great service and food choices especially since restaurant
Was very busy
Always delivers a great meal at a fair-price. Great service too.
My wife and I went for our anniversary and they made our night even better. The food was sensational and the service from management to kitchen was phenomenal. A big thanks to all that helped us celebrate!
Yes - Great staff! Even with reservations the wait was 45 minutes. Packed night! They gave us 2 free entries for the wait time and were so kind. great waitress!
The range of food options was very good. Lots of things we would have liked to order. However, we were particularly struck by the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. A very nice evening.
The waiter we had i felt was very inexperienced and really not very good. The management there is fabulous and I hope they look into this. the management couldn’t be nicer.
Some people are not cut out to be waiters ..
I hope this is helpful

I’m a frequent seasons guest. Always enjoy the experience. One guest in our party said her lamb was tasteless- my fish was delicious thought the 29.95 three course dinner was a great idea.
Expected a brunch. Turns out the Chestnut Hill location does have a Sunday brunch even though we received an email advertising one.
Our waitress was amazing. She usually bartends but was asked to wait tables that night. Her energy was so vibrant. I also love that the manager walks around and checks in at each table. I plan on visiting the bar next time we go as our waitress was wonderful. These types of lovely interactions are what will make me a repeat customer.
Consistently good food and service
Fantastic service and treatment of my husband for his birthday. Thanks so much!
We come here a lot. Great restaurant. Food is great, service is great and ambience is great. They also offer a very reasonable price-fixed menu.
Generous serving of lamb
This restaurant is consistently good with lovely cocktails and great food.
Disappointed. Service is normally excellent but this time we felt neglected. Waited a very long time for drinks and since they do not serve bread we thought we were forgotten.
We have been here a number of times and we normally come back for the food but really for the attentive service.
We had a reservation at 6 and didn’t get seated until 6:30. When we finally did get seated, we had to approach the manager to get service after being ignored for another 10 minutes. We did get a free appetizer and very good service after the fact.
Meeting friends
My first time at Seasons 52. I'm sure we'll be back. The food was good, the service was good, and we get another place to use our Darden gift cards. Incidentally I had the smaller filet and a scallop skewer, accompanied by the Caymus win flight. They were all very good.
Great as always!
Better options to eat at this price point. Portions are a little skimpy, a nice place for groups but it kinda feels corporate and not intimate.
Great food and service!
