Food was incredible, hospitality was top notch. Waitress was the perfect combination of quirky funny. If you haven’t been here yet, I can’t give it a higher recommendation.
First time at 52. Table was not ready on arrival. Place packed, so loud all of us had to shout until 9:30. Service staff overwhelmed. Took 1 hour to get drinks, then no bread because they ran out and had to bake more. Food was good overall, but wine etc is overpriced. I would not come back simply because the noise level is unbearable. I felt bad for our server because he was in the weeds. He did the best he could given our impatience including bringing an extra skewer of scallops for the table to share. management needs to consult an acoustical engineer to make this a pleasurable place to dine and to be fully prepared for food and service needs on a full and busy night.
Drinks ,apps and dessert were very good . Main meal(carmelized sea scallops) which I have had before looked and tasted different . I was disappointed because it was so good the last two times that I had it.
Service was good. Love the rose lemonade cocktail and avocado toast app.
Everything was perfect
Great food & hospitality
It was great except it was sooooo loud!
From our drink at the bar to our wonderful meal..(complete meal, entree, nice salad and dessert for $30) the four of us had a great time at Seasons 52 in Chestnut Hill! The hostess, bar tender and waitress were very helpful and pleasant to chat with during the night. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends, and return hopefully soon.
They have yet to disappoint! Food & service...delicious & friendly. Look forward to next time.
The grilled chicken and artichoke lunch special was delicious, and the open BLTA looked excellent. Server was efficient and friendly. It was a wonderful lunch!
A nice quiet place for a Sunday lunch, around 1 pm. I just had a problem with part of my dish being overly spicy and therefore inedible, and the server didn't check on us, so it could not be corrected. Otherwise fine and I would go again, just order something else. Unusually quiet and private so very good for conversation.
Delicious food Melina helpred a lot with the menu, burata fig salad was exceptional. Also Josie and Danny were great.
We were celebrating several big events at a family luncheon. The waitress was attentive. The food was delicious. The restaurant very graciously comped our desserts
We will definitely return.
The host found me at the bar and told me our table was ready. It was so busy, I commend him (Asian Host) for finding me. My request for a table in the dining room was great. There was 6 in our party and the curved booth was perfect fir us to chat, eat and people watch. Our waitress Iryna was AMAZING. Made us feel taken care of and with a continuous smile. Thank you!
Server — Danny — was The Best!
The server at the bar was really subpar. Inattentive and with no bedside manner.
noise still gets to be a problem for me. Food is always good, imaginative, light and tastty
Great atmosphere, great food, good service. It’s so nice to have fresh, seasonal options! Thank you
I love Seasons 52. I go there often with my BC friends. Food selections are always interesting and delicious! Love, love, love the desserts!!
Very pleasant and attentive.
Had to wait 30 minutes past reservation, No waitress, had to call manager over
We waited about 10 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. There were many people also waiting for tables and the space in the front isn't large so it was pretty uncomfortable. Also it was super noisy there and we could hardly talk to each other (there were 4 of us). Despite my having asked for a quiet booth or table, we were given a table in the middle of the restaurant and it was quite noisy. We stayed after people left which was much more pleasant. We left around 10:30 but the staff was putting chairs up on tables all around us which felt like we were being asked to leave.
The waiter James was excellent and did a fine job getting our orders and wine. He was delightful. The food was excellent.
Pleasant and predictable
Seasons 52 is our go-to place! We just love it there and have gone often for drinks at the bar, casual dinners, and even hosted graduation parties.
Good food and great service
Very much enjoyed the new spring menu. Had a great server. Overall the wine list was good and a decent value. Too many restaurants, especially chains, charge 300% markup. Wine markup here was much more reasonable. Portions rather small, so you get enough, with dessert, without being too full. This location offered soft breadsticks, when we asked for bread. The Burlington location only offered pita chips, which were ok, but we prefer the soft bread, or a mix. An overall positive dining experience
Despite my experience last Friday, I would still recommend Seasons 52 to a friend. I was there for lunch and was disappointed to see that you no longer have your delicious burgers. So I ordered the crabcake sandwich, and that was not particularly good. I have crabcakes all the time at Legal Seafood, and while I didn't expect a Seasons 52 crabcake to be of that quality, I noticed that it fell apart and lacked flavor. I still like Seasons 52 but will know not to order the crabcake.
We arrived earlier than our reservation & the hostess wouldn’t seat us even though there were empty tables. Somehow the manager overheard us questioning her after @30 minutes & he brought us right over to 1 of those empty tables. He was very apologetic & gracious & even gave us a free appetizer. He saved the night for us. He was a gem!
Great service and ambience. The food feels fresh & healthy while you are eating it as well as afterwards.
Very nice business lunch. Service was superb!
Seasons 52 is great, reliable food. You can go healthy or unhealthy, depending on your palate, and the food is always tasty. Steak is especially good, as are salads. Nice wine selection. It's near our home, and parking is never a problem. We've been going to seasons 52 since it opened in Chestnut Hill, and before that whenever we happened to be in Orlando.
Bad service great food
We've been to this restaurant many times. The food was great as always, but the service was far below the usual standard. We were seated 25 minutes after our reservation and the hostess lied to us about why ("they're cleaning your table", then 15 minutes later "they're cleaning your table"). The waiter was not much better, making mistakes with issues on the drink order and not knowing the menu as well as he should.
Consistent delicious food and outstanding service.
This has been our go-to place, but unfortunately latest experience was disappointing. The food was not as good as usual. The restaurant was jammed, and we felt a bit rushed through the meal. Also, as we sat down the server suggested trying a particular Pinot Noir (by the glass), and we ordered two glasses. When I later saw I it was $22/glass it seemed inappropriate for them advocate for that choice without indicating the price, which was unusually high among their selection (and, P.S., not that great).
Very pleased with the Birthday dinner for my daughter! The food was delicious, fresh and tasty. The Manager came over and wished my daughter a Happy Birthday! Loved the extra special attention. Wonderful evening!
Not the first time but probably the best
Great service. Delicious food.
Their spring special menu was wonderful. Plan to go back while it's still being offered.
