Our server was great. The food was good. Not crowded.
Been going here for years and never been disappointed
Thank you for another great dining experience for my birthday!
We both had the filet mignon and they were wonderful!
As we were there to celebrate my 50th birthday, we enjoyed everything about our dinner except for the portions. I believe that for what we paid the portions were extremely small. We left the restaurant hungry and went to get dessert someplace else. I would recommend Season's 52 to my friend's BUT I would tell them not to go hungry.
2 birthday celebrations
Was a great evening!! Lobster flat bread awesome!! Everything was delicious!! 👍👍👍
Great seasonally changing menu but a little pricey for portion size.
The food was excellent as usual. Service was really off. Our waitress barely checked on us. We had to ask other servers for straws, water, and to have our check picked up. Our drinks were late. We spent an extra 45 minutes total just waiting for things. Not the usual for this location, but definitely effected the overall experience.
We always enjoy dining at Seasons 52 - Cherry Hill.
My wife and I ordered filet and it was cooked perfectly. I feel like as long as you go here when it is not too crowded or there are not too many large parties you will have a good experience. That may be true of most restaurants in this tier. The food quality here seems to be good for the price and the service is very good. Again i caution going when the kitchen is backed up.
just arriving in from Philly and Ubered to Cherry Hill for lunch. This location was very welcoming - the staff and service was excellent! Amanda was an outstanding server and what impressed me more was having Karen, one of the managers, stop by our table to make sure everything was ok. the service was great! would definitely visit again.
A birthday lunch made very special with the added amenities ! It’s our celebration place!!
We love Seasons 52 in Cherry Hill.
Staff is great and the food is delicious!
What I most appreciate about Seasons 52 is its consistency in quality of food.I have eaten at 3 different locations in the last 3 months, all equally delicious.
Seasons 52 is always our go to restaurant in Cherry Hill, NJ. Food is always delicious. Seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection. Restaurant is always busy so better to make a reservation. They do have valet service and will validate your ticket. Service is excellent and wait staff is friendly and attentive. Haven’t had a bad experience here ever or since we started frequenting the restaurant over the past 3 years. Desserts are to die for, great choices in a small shot glass size for a taste after a big meal. Would highly recommend Seasons 52 for any occasion.
This is just a note that, as always, the food here was very good ad our server was absolutely fantastic.
The issue I had was something I am not sure the restaurant can control, but they have to at least try. We sat near a table with 4 children between about 5 and 9 years old. I am a father of three, so I understand that taking children out to a restaurant can have its challenges, but this was absurd,. The kids ran around the table constantly bumping other patrons, were extremely loud and turned an otherwise god meal into something that was not enjoyable. Managers and servers said absolutely nothing to the table.
The restaurant was packed, so it clearly is not hurting for business. But this is the kind of business it should discourage or it will lose more customers.
Excellent service !!
Food was excellent... delicious and healthy at the same time. One suggestion would be to offer an alternative to the one choice of whole milk that they currently have...such as almond or soy for those who cannot have dairy but who would still enjoy a cappuccino.
Birthday celebration was delicious.
Shannon was very attentive and made our evening.
Very slow service despite small crowd on a Sunday afternoon. Entrees (two sandwiches off the lunch menu) were disappointing.
The ambiance was relaxing and comforting. Stephanie assisted our requests and was hospitable, friendly, and attentive. The food was flavorful. Wife and I both ordered the filet and it was tensor, tasty, and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place. We enjoyed our experience.
It was Saturday night, we had a reservation but the wait was longer then usual. Not much of a waiting area, outside of trying to find a seat at the bar/lounge. They had people seated everywhere, A back room which was being used for a private birthday party was quickly broken down and three new tables were set. This was our destination. It was quaint and quiet. Our bottle of wine was delicious. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the way my filet was presented. I don't like when the steak is placed over a side of mashed potatoes, it must stand alone. It was good. All in all, a nice time out.
Went there for my birthday dinner but some guests cancelled so the snob of a manager moved us from a great table to a crap table. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever come back again. That manager should be fired for his attitude. What a birthday. This place sucks and he is the reason why.
My husband and I went for a quality night out. Great food but disappointed in the ambiance. Seated next to a large, very rowdy party and then a family with very loud father came in and was seated next to us. We love kids but don’t want to listen to an obnoxious dad yelling empty threats to his little boy. Maybe couples could be seated in quieter rooms. Just a thought.
We were seated promptly and server was pleasant an attentive. My wife had the 6 ounce steak which was delicious. I had the Maui crunch salad which was very filling.
Have been going to Seasons every week for years and years and we Love it there feels like family
It was my parents 52nd wedding anniversary and we had just lost my brother to cancer in January. I felt we all needed to something to celebrate and I couldn’t think of better occasion. We had been to Seasons 52 previously and enjoyed it thoroughly. But Melissa wrightson, our server made it unforgettable. She was awesome! We were given champagne to toast the event and she even arranged an anniversary gift for my parents. We had a great time with great food and we would recommend Seasons 52 for any event.
Always satisfied with Seasons 52. The food and service is excellent.
All around excellent. Great service, atmosphere and food.
Went for birthday lunch. They made it special by offering free appetizers. Salad was really good and crab cake sandwich . Service very friendly.
Great restaurant! Service was a tad off the normal level but still a great value.
Great food and service. Will definitely go back.
The ambiance, food and service were all first rate. We were celebrating an anniversary and they provided 4 glasses of Champagne free to celebrate. Menu provided a broad array of quality choices. The food was delicious and hot.
Perfect food and great service. The salmon was exceptional
We had a 7pm reservation and we were seated at our table before 7. Both of our meals were terrific including desert. Our server Becca was personable, friendly and very attentive. Just a great night all around.
Have eaten here a few times. Seems like the quality of service has diminished over time. Poor training, I think and under staffing. They are all so rushed- practically through the food at you. My cocktail, a “New Old Fashion,”was obviously watered down, as was it’s replacement, a Manhattan served straight up- no ice. My order, sea bass, was raw and cold inside. It’s replacement, sea scallops, were over cooked and tough.
I must add that my wife and daughter were satisfied with their orders, rainbow trout. They drank wine.
The food was excellent and my fiancée and I appreciate the seasonal menu changes. We tried the four mushroom flatbread, which was an excellent way to start our meal. We did not love the starter we chose—crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms—because the shrimp overpowered the crab and mushroom. Our entrees (Kona-crusted sirloin and salmon) were absolutely delicious! Our server, however, seemed to be in a poor mood. She was not particularly friendly, perhaps because we were young and she assumed we would not tip well? We were also seated near the door (it was freezing!) and not asked about our experience by a manager until we were practically walking out of the door. At that point, we decided to drop it. Regardless, my fiancée and I both felt undervalued as customers. Still, we’ll be back due to the excellent food and value.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was great. The only negative was the 10-15 minutes wait time past our scheduled appointment. Overall great experience!
