The ambiance was relaxing and comforting. Stephanie assisted our requests and was hospitable, friendly, and attentive. The food was flavorful. Wife and I both ordered the filet and it was tensor, tasty, and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place. We enjoyed our experience.
It was Saturday night, we had a reservation but the wait was longer then usual. Not much of a waiting area, outside of trying to find a seat at the bar/lounge. They had people seated everywhere, A back room which was being used for a private birthday party was quickly broken down and three new tables were set. This was our destination. It was quaint and quiet. Our bottle of wine was delicious. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the way my filet was presented. I don't like when the steak is placed over a side of mashed potatoes, it must stand alone. It was good. All in all, a nice time out.
Went there for my birthday dinner but some guests cancelled so the snob of a manager moved us from a great table to a crap table. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever come back again. That manager should be fired for his attitude. What a birthday. This place sucks and he is the reason why.
My husband and I went for a quality night out. Great food but disappointed in the ambiance. Seated next to a large, very rowdy party and then a family with very loud father came in and was seated next to us. We love kids but don’t want to listen to an obnoxious dad yelling empty threats to his little boy. Maybe couples could be seated in quieter rooms. Just a thought.
We were seated promptly and server was pleasant an attentive. My wife had the 6 ounce steak which was delicious. I had the Maui crunch salad which was very filling.
Have been going to Seasons every week for years and years and we Love it there feels like family
Always satisfied with Seasons 52. The food and service is excellent.
Went for birthday lunch. They made it special by offering free appetizers. Salad was really good and crab cake sandwich . Service very friendly.
Great restaurant! Service was a tad off the normal level but still a great value.
Great food and service. Will definitely go back.
The ambiance, food and service were all first rate. We were celebrating an anniversary and they provided 4 glasses of Champagne free to celebrate. Menu provided a broad array of quality choices. The food was delicious and hot.
Perfect food and great service. The salmon was exceptional
We had a 7pm reservation and we were seated at our table before 7. Both of our meals were terrific including desert. Our server Becca was personable, friendly and very attentive. Just a great night all around.
Have eaten here a few times. Seems like the quality of service has diminished over time. Poor training, I think and under staffing. They are all so rushed- practically through the food at you. My cocktail, a “New Old Fashion,”was obviously watered down, as was it’s replacement, a Manhattan served straight up- no ice. My order, sea bass, was raw and cold inside. It’s replacement, sea scallops, were over cooked and tough.
I must add that my wife and daughter were satisfied with their orders, rainbow trout. They drank wine.
The food was excellent and my fiancée and I appreciate the seasonal menu changes. We tried the four mushroom flatbread, which was an excellent way to start our meal. We did not love the starter we chose—crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms—because the shrimp overpowered the crab and mushroom. Our entrees (Kona-crusted sirloin and salmon) were absolutely delicious! Our server, however, seemed to be in a poor mood. She was not particularly friendly, perhaps because we were young and she assumed we would not tip well? We were also seated near the door (it was freezing!) and not asked about our experience by a manager until we were practically walking out of the door. At that point, we decided to drop it. Regardless, my fiancée and I both felt undervalued as customers. Still, we’ll be back due to the excellent food and value.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was great. The only negative was the 10-15 minutes wait time past our scheduled appointment. Overall great experience!
Great food and service on an extremely busy night. They packed them in. We had a nice table but others were seated in temporary area. Definitely love it here. Bar is always good too.
Much better this Valentines day, last year had a long wait with a reservation, was seated on time without issue this year.
Valentines Dinner! It was so delicious!! Great service and great food! Love the atmosphere too!
Great dinner on a busy Valentines Day. Service top notch
Going at 5:00 for Valentine’s Day was smart. Food was excellent and service was great. All over great experience
Valentines Days, great service Jeremy!!
Large variety of options, food was delicious, service was excellent. Would definitely return. Only improvements would be if they would have more options for vegans, especially things like almond or soy milk for the coffee.
One of my favorite restaurants. Great menu. Love the bar atmosphere and bartenders are friendly. You cannot be disappointed. We recently had steaks and the all four came out perfect. Don’t pass this one by.
Great meal. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Thanks.
It was my wife’s birthday and the staff made it perfect
My sweetheart and I enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day lunch at Season's 52 in Cherry Hill.
We look forward to coming back again soon.
Had an 8:00 reservation and was told they were running 20 minutes behind! Didn’t get a seat til 8:45! Out of the wine I wanted but waitress and servers were good!
Ridiculous amount of people waiting for tables that did not have reservations. Was told that even though I had a reservation, I would have to wait for the “4 or 6 groups waiting for tables in front of me.” There were so many people waiting for tables that there was literally nowhere to stand and wait. There were several tables along the front of the restaurant that had to endure people standing on top of them that were waiting. The restaurant itself is tired and filthy. There is dust everywhere, blown out and mismatched lightbulbs everywhere and the lampshades on the sconces at each perimeter booth were absolutely disgusting, stained with food and caked with dust. I was at this restaurant when it first opened and was impressed so I was looking forward to returning. I am sorry that I was talked into it. Besides the condition and cleanliness of the restaurant, the food was mediocre and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. The mini desert parfaits were not fresh and were dried out from being in the refrigerator and were not worth the calories. The cappuccino was good. The only positive note I can make is on our server. She was very attentive and personable. Doubt I’ll be back and wouldn’t think of recommending this restaurant to anyone.
We had decided on Seasons 52 for my Girlfriend’s birthday dinner.
What’s the point of reservations if I have to wait an additional 30 plus mins when I get to the restaurant. Also felt our server was a little overwhelmed. He forgot to put in our flatbread order, it was taken off the bill to be fair. We also sat there after clearly having finished our meal for almost 20 mins before he came to check on us and ask about desert. The entire table was chatting and checking their phones. Very disappointed with Seasons 52 this time around.
The location was filled to the brim. We were still seated relatively quickly. Noise level was a little more than I am accustomed to.
Our experience was outstanding, Alexandria our server was outstanding and very attentive, she was aware of my recent Birthday and had a gift for me, that unfortunately I left on the Table. Everything was excellent, ambience, drinks and food. This is and will continue to be one of my favorite restaurants.
We have been to Seasons52 in Cherry Hill many, many times, whether for date night or special family dinners/celebrations. Our server, Nicki, was excellent. Very personable, sweet, and knowledgeable about the food and drinks on the menu. She had great recommendations, which led my husband and I to both try things we had never tried before (we tend to stick with our favorites). We were not disappointed. Many thanks to Nicki for her excellent service!
The food and drinks used to be inventive and fresh. Now it’s more standard. Pricing and faire is comparable to Harvest.
Went for birthday celebration and staff made everything special. They provided a champagne toast special appetizer and dessert and a birthday card. Did was delicious and service primped one of our party to declare they would celebrate every birthday there. Week done Seasons 52.
My wife and I recently celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at Seasons 52 and were pleasantly surprised with a champagne toast and sample appetizer. The staff was very cordial and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Seasons 52.
Outstanding service provided by the staff! Waitress overheard our birthday wishes to my wife, and shortly thereafter, the chef comes out with appetizers for the table! Great ambiance and perfect sized portions. We enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere! Seasons 52 doesn't disappoint!
