Seasons 52 was wonderful. I wasn't sure what to expect, but we had a gift card for there and decided to try it. Everything was wonderful....the food, the service, the atmosphere....all above my expectations. We will definitely be back.

This was our 6th or 7th time there and the back room is our favorite spot. The ambiance and noise level are perfect back there. However, for the first time ever we were somewhat disappointed by the service and the food. After giving our starter orders, one of our party hadn't made up his mind for his entree but the server didn't come back to check what he wanted for a really, really long time. Also, one of us received his appetizer within minutes (literally) while the rest waited. We think his appetizer was probably one that belonged to another table, because when the rest of ours came out, there was another one for him as well, which he declined. The entrees were good but not quite as good as all the other times we were there. Maybe it was too busy, or an off night? I don't know. We would probably still come back but it wasn't what we had become used to from previous visits.

Worst experience ever at a restaurant we having been going to regularly for years.
Think we were a trainee's first experience at being a server, she got the drinks wrong, appetizers were extremely slow (kitchen usually has these out in minutes usually), kids dinner i asked for Broccoli instead of mashed & green beans and she gives us a plate of broccoli? I ordered the chicken finger dinner w/broccoli, there was more but lets just say it was my worst experience by far at a restaurant we like.
The food was just ok surprisingly, just an off night overall i guess.
We will go back and its usually a good time.

I had a reservation for 7:45 and did not get sat until 8:10. We saw the restaurant was extremely busy so it was not that big of an issue and got a drink at the bar. When we put our order in, our server did not write everything down and we knew things would be forgotten. We ordered a flatbreat, lobster bisque soup and salads as an appetizer. The flat bread came out right away. Our dinner came out roughly 45 minuted later, but the soup and salads never came out. They brought out only one of the two sides we had ordered (Brussels sprouts) and they were cold and not good. All of our food was dried out and you can tell sitting under a hot plate for some time. The server came over to ask how everything was an we informed her that the appetizers never came out and our other side of mac and cheese as missing. A few minutes later the manager dropped the mac and cheese and missed appetizers, but did not apologize or acknowledge they were forgotten, just dropped the food and walked away. The mac and cheese was cold and we sent it back with the appetizers, as we did not want them anymore and the salad was drenched in dressing. The manager never came back to apologize or touch our table for the items that were forgotten and see if there was anything he can do to change our experience around. Nor did they ever bring back a fresh mac and cheese. They comped everything we sent back (as they should) and the flat bread. We felt they should comp more items as it was a bad experience overall. We will go back as many other times we had a great experience. The restaurant was just very busy and they were most likely not staffed appropriately, and probably did not care as much about our table since we looked young to them.

Arrived early for a 7:15 reservation and left at 7:45 because the hostess couldn’t tell me when a table would be available. At 8:02 the restaurant reported to OpenTable that I had missed my reservation. Go to Capital Grill or Brio. Both are nearby and understand the intention of a reservation.

Everything was great. They do their best to accommodate any and all needs. However, if you like a quiet place to dine this is not it. It’s extremely loud. They also can’t seem to get the hvac working correctly. In some areas you’re going to be really hot and in others really cold. Otherwise great place to eat.

The waitress was friendly but served my mother cold coffee with lots of coffee grids at the the bottom of the mug. Then when we told her she was quick to change it out but she knew she served cold coffee. Although we have eaten at season before she did not go over the menu or specials and did not ask us if we wanted a refill, but was quick to service the table behind us which was a larger group ( we we only a party of 2). The food was great service could improve.

Went to a bday dinner on a BUSY Sat night....didn't get great attention from our Warehouse, even though she started out strong with a BDay card and complimentary champagne toast. Our water glasses were never filled - and the food took an unusually long time to come out. Everything was tasty once we did get it.....just a shame that the service didn't match the meal :(

We were having dinner celebrating our son’s birthday. From the moment we were seated all who visited our table wished our son a happy birthday and thanked us for sharing the occasion at Seasons 52. Our server, Shannon, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu including menu favorites, seasonable selections and items that were soon to be changing out. The manager visited numerous times to personally wish our son a happy birthday and brought out a special sample item from the chef along with a champagne toast. The food was excellent as usual but the attentiveness of the staff and way they made our son’s day special put the evening way over the top! We could not have enjoyed our time more. Thank you all to those at Seasons 52 Cherry Hill. Can’t wait to spend our next special occasion with you.

When i arrived for my 8pm reservation they were still seating 7:30’s ( but it was a busy Saturday night) what do expect!
After finding a great seat @ the bar i decided to cancel my reservation which turned out to be the better option in Hindsight. Besides all of that my dish was delicately prepared as well as my dates. I had the Tuna and she had one of the most tenderness of a short rib money could buy.
We were also received an complementary dessert from the lovely Manager on duty, soooo! After all the night was AWESOME!! Did i mention they have some of the best bartenders I’ve ever met in a Restaurant setting🧐

P.S the West African 🍇 Shiraz (Jam Jar) is perfect with everything on the Menu if you ask me. #Cheerz

We had a reservation for 7 pm. We weren’t seated until 7:30. I don’t think a 30 minute wait is acceptable when one has a reservation. . Obviously it was overbooked.

A friend and I came to Seasons for Sunday Brunch, to redeem our cards for a complimentary chef's creations (entrees). We both had the short-rib hash, which was good, but some of the potatoes were noticeably under-cooked. Nonetheless, the food was good, as were our cocktails; and the service was superb. Although our bill was about $26.00 (after deducting the cost of the 2 complimentary entrees), we tipped ($15) on the full costs of our meals.

Love the place. The ahi Tuna was amazing. The only problem was the Mac and cheese was really dry but could have been an overlook bc it was very busy. The waitress Amanda was awesome and tentative and took the Mac and cheese off our bill. We will definitely go again!

We've been going to Seasons 52 in Cherry Hill and King of Prussia sine both have opened. The food and service are always great and this was no exception. Our only issue was we were placed at added on seating which was in the middle of the lobby area which was kind of weird. The area was blocked off with tress, but it was still very noticeable to have all the guests waiting for their tables surrounding you. Other than that everything was great.

This was our first visit, and it was very disappointing. We will not be back. Ambiance was nice. Service was excellent! Then there was the food:( Starting with the water.....it had a very foul odor....smelled dirty. The flatbread appetizer was decent. Entrées were terrible. Broccoli was hard as a rock, fillet Mignon was bland. Whipped potatoes were so, so? This place is also extremely loud. If you want a nice, good, quiet meal, this is not the place to go. In addition, it is moderately priced, making it a poor value for what you get. We are regular diners, and we have frequented many other establishments who serve much better quality food for much less money. Don't wast your time or money here.

Enjoyed a lovely evening celebrating family birthdays...96, 65, and 33! Our group ranged from 2 years old to 96. The menu is always amazing and everyone found something delicious to eat...including the 2 year old, who gobbled up the avocado toast! We were seated in the back room, which is lovely, and perfect for our party of 8 to enjoy celebrating together with a level of privacy. Service was fabulous! Seasons 52 -Cherry Hill is always our GO-TO restaurant...especially for special celebrations and the Happy Hour during the week!
