The food was very good. However, with the Spring 3 Course menu, either the dinner or the dessert needs to be a bit bigger.
Great atmosphere. Waiter Kevin was fantastic
Great night
Fantastic service!
Encourage main hostess to treat each guest with same friendliness.
Family visit
Amazing all the way around!
Food choices were fabulous, waitress was very nice- I could actually hear my friend speaking at the table we were seated at.
Nice mid-week lunch date with my husband. Very few patrons at that time of day so ambiance was quiet and nice. Server seemed to be in a rush for some reason or maybe primarily focused on something else. Food was really good. We both had trout. We had the chicken skewers as an appetizer and they were REALLY good. Overall nice experience.
Always enjoy a good low calorie meal at Seasins 52.
My guest selected Seasons 52 for her birthday celebration. We enjoyed both the food and the service. I would note, however, what I consider to be an excessive charge for a drink order of a lemonade without ice. The lemonade was served in the rather small glass depicted below. It was not even 2/3rds full, and the charge was $10.50 . The server noted that beverages without ice are served in that type of glass. HUH?
My family dinner party of 8 had an excellent Easter dinner. Food was quickly but well-prepared. We ordered appetizers, drinks, meals and had a wonderful dining experience. The staff was attentive and very accommodating. Food was delicious! The NY strip steak has a mushroom sauce that is to die for! The crabcakes are lumpy and delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meals and there were vegan options, seafood, and steak options. Great for everyone. We will be back!
Fined for Easter, waiter Max was excellent and knowledgeable on the menu. Great service and all personnel where helpful and courteous.
Awful experience!! No service. Ordered Tuna medium well, came out frozen in the middle. No one came to check on us. I had finished my filet, my husband was so upset he did not ask for it to be cooked more so we took tuna home. We received a free flatbread in an e-mail They charged us for it. We stayed t get bill fixed, no-one ever came. So we left paying for a free flat bread and frozen tuna and no service. Very disappointing. We were there at 11:30am. Was not busy yet. Many empty tables around us. An awful Easter morning. Open table wants me to lengthen review but I have nothing else to say.
Excellent experience, as usual. My mom and I loved the food -- flatbread, salad, fish, dessert, and coffee -- and the service was impeccable. We'll be back again.
It was our 26th Wedding Anniversary . It was an ok greeting and happy Anniversary and that was it ! I prefer dinner here.
Wonderful service and food! Loved the spring special menu - app, entree, dessert. Like also that they rotate their menu selections seasonally.
Always love the food and service. Great place.
Great meal ... like the $29 price point.
After early church service on Palm Sunday, we went for brunch when they opened. There were very few customers that early so we got personal attention.
We dine here frequently. We like the atmosphere and the food and service is always good. And the prices are very reasonable.
Always a delicious meal with professional servers.
Great service all around!
Our waiter Kevin was amazing! I love this place!
We love the atmosphere at the Buckhead location and enjoy when we get our special booth in the bar area. The staff is always attentive but allow us to talk.
Service was so bad we left before our main course was brought out. It took 20 minutes after we sat down to get a glass of water, and even later to get a cocktail. The manager was very apologetic, and gave us generous vouchers for a future visit, but the evening was ruined.
Food was good. Flatbreads always please. Lamb chops too thin to be served any other way than Medium however they offered them medium rare.
Celebration
Birthday celebration. Food was great and desserts were comped! Very good service. Always one of my go-to restaurants.
Prior to arrival, I received a phone call from Xavier stating that my reservation was at the same time the restaurant closed but I could still be served when I get there. When I arrived at the restaurant, the door was locked and the hostess had a very nasty attitude. I told her I had a reservation for 3 and she told me that I could not be seated if my party wasn’t with me because they were closed, even though they were right behind me, pulling on the locked door. I asked her why would they have reservations for the same time they close? Her response was, “Well if your party isn’t with you, within 15 minutes after your reservation, I can’t seat you.” She never answered the question. I reiterated that they were behind me and she became silent and started to click on the computer, not saying a word. A male waiter came over to ask her if we were being seated and her response was, “I guess, I’m assuming that’s her party that’s standing behind her.” Talk about unprofessional!! She never made eye contact or even told me that someone was coming to seat us. She just stood there angrily. As we were led to our table, I began to search for other restaurants to dine until our waitress Brittany came over to greet us. I can honestly say, if it wasn’t for Brittany being so nice and genuine, I would not have dined there that night. She was amazing!!!! I traveled from New Orleans to Atlanta for my birthday and was not expecting a restaurant that had amazing reviews to have someone with such a nasty attitude as the first person to greet me. I have no desire to return to this restaurant based on her attitude, even though the food was great!
Our server Marjorie was excellent. Very attentive. She made good recommendations. The only thing that turned me off was the crab cake appetizer. It should not cost that much for a single crab cake.
This was for our third year anniversary, and we had eaten here our previous two. The previous two years, we ordered drinks, but still we were offered some prosecco just to toast to our anniversary. They ask on your reservation if the meal is for a special event and they asked and we told them when we came in that it was our anniversary. The prosecco never came, so we decided at that point to not bring it up because we were pretty up front about it. The potato leek soup was good, as was the spinach with strawberry salad. Our steaks were good, but the mushrooms on top were very salty, sort of burned, and little bitter and inedible. Dessert was fine, key lime pie and carrot cake in the shot glasses. Main issue really was the server though. We had to ask his coworkers for things a couple of times when he would be gone for pretty long periods of time. We wanted to stay for coffee and maybe for another dessert, but he kind of flew by and dropped the check, so we left. I don't consider this the typical experience here and will still come back for other meals, but now that I know the are better and know restaurants at similar price points, I will be going there for important meals. I did tip 20%, but not sure that I should have.
Everything was outstanding!
Unusually for Seasons 52 prompt service, when our appetizer pesto chicken flatbread took too long to come out of the kitchen, the manager came to our table and apologized for the delay. She volunteered she would take it off our bill. We had not complained about the delay yet. That was very nice and I liked that they had standards for timeliness. Considering it was a birthday celebration and Seasons 52 was the birthday girl's choice of restaurants for her special day, it made the occasion extra nice. Otherwise, the quality of all the dishes we ordered was excellent and the service was most pleasant and punctual.
We love season 52 and dine there as often as we can. The new spring menu is awesome.
table is never ready at time of reservation. Our reservation was for 5 and we had to squeeze into a booth for 4.
Food was good. Overall experience was good. But had to wait 35 min even with a reservation.
Ambiance is nice. Service was great. Food was good.
Perfect restaurant - great food, nice ambience and attentive wait staff. Stevie was our server and she had great menu suggestions and was extremely helpful. Great place to eat if you are on weight watchers as points are listed on the WW web site. Recommend it highly for healthy eating!
Always a pleasure to dine at Seasons 52. This time it was lunch for my friend's birthday. We sat in bar and literally "talked" for almost 3 hrs and noone complained or bothered us. Great visit!
hGreat food and a most pleasant and enjoyable day!
Absolutely I recommend Seasons 52 to all my friends!!!!
