Seasons 52 - Buckhead Ratings and Reviews
Wonderful! I had came here for Valentine’s Day and absolutely loved my entree. I had the Carmelized scallops. I came here again for my birthday last week and it was even better! The atmosphere was amazing. They went above and beyond for my birthday and gave me a picture to take home in a frame along with other goodies. This time I️ had the lamb and it was phenomenal. My server Mike was excellent and knew the menu very well!! This is slowly becoming one of my favorite spots in Atlanta.
We made an 8:00 reservation and the only complaint that we had was that we were not seated until 8:45 or 8:50. We did not say anything, but the restaurant recognized the issue and presented us a free flatbread appetizer for the wait. We did appreciate that gesture, and the flatbread, plus the other items we ordered, were extremely tasty. The location, the food, and the ambiance are all reasons we we come back and would not hesitate to recommend Seasons 52 to our friends.
Absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful - especially our waiter Chris. Tremendous value. Food was incredible. The red line through the middle of my filet was perfect. Wonderful experience. We'll be back next time we're in Atlanta. Thanks for a memorable evening.
Arrived at time of our reservation only to find out there was a 20 minute seating wait. Decided to get a couple of beers at the bar while waiting, and was pleasantly surprised to be told they were on the house. Once seated, there were additional delays, long pauses between visits by staff. Food was very good but dining ended up taking 2.5 hours. Was given free desserts as well, which was great, but can't fully make up for the service problems.
They were running behind on seating reservations at least 15 minutes I was told, but it was closer to 20-30. Our server was pleasant and well informed, but mostly non-existent, she never checked in and I had to specifically request a glass of water. My companion's sea bass looked perfect, but my tenderloin was uninspired. Not the greatest evening.
We are never disappointed with Seasons 52! The food is always fabulous and it is wonderful to know that they do their best to make it healthy and low-calorie. The calorie counts are all posted by every item. We especially loved the small dessert choices, of which there were at least seven or eight. All sounded wonderful. We had 6 of them and they were delicious.
The lunch menu has much to choose from. Our group especially loved the flatbreads and the less-guilt mini size desserts to satisfy a sweet tooth without going overboard on the calories!
It was a bit loud at lunch time which we didn’t expect but we still had a lovely time!
As soon as I asked what vegan options were availble, the waiter brought the vegetarian menu which had many vegan options or slight changes to make the items vegan. Great fresh food and always great service from the hostesses at the front to the waiters and other staff. And I've been going here for years.
Food very good, service by nice people very good, but much too noisy for us and they shouldn't overbook which makes us not want to return. Our reservation was acknowledged but after half hour we decided to eat at the bar which was quite pleasant. But a reservation is a reservation, or should be.
I have eaten at Seasons 52 on multiple occasions and have yet to be disappointed. I love the fresh menu options and am pleasantly surprised at the variety of options at my disposal. This visit was particularly notable because of my server, Cole. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I didn't care for the taste of a wine I ordered, he suggested a seasonal wine and provided a sample without my asking. I absolutely loved the wine and was impressed with his initiative and level of service. The butternut squash soup this time of year is absolutely delightful. It has a light and creamy texture, not too sweet, and is low in calories. I look forward to my next visit!
I am already planning my return trip to indulge in the seasonal mushroom goat cheese flatbread. My husband and I recently shared a quiet Sunday late afternoon indulgence at one of our favorite neighborhood gems. The careful attention to detail both from the kitchen and the bar service was refreshing. It was great to see Austin, bartender extraordinaire, and sample the latest thoughtful wine selection. No pun intended but Seasons 52 Buckhead you keep raising the bar!
A friend and I tried the $29 harvest menu. It really was a great deal, and all of the food was delicious. I had a mushroom bisque, filet mug on, and a dessert. We thought the portions might be smaller than the regular menu, but they were normal sized portions with sides and were prepared beautifully.
Had a another great meal at Seasons 52. Have been to the Indiana location before and saw one in Buckhead and was excited to recommend to my coworkers. We were traveling for work and looking for a a good casual and upscale ambiance. Service was great and food was fresh! Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
We were able to get a table very quickly due to their spacious accommodations. They serve a seasonal menu that worked well with their specials. I had the tuna, served rare over black rice. It was fantastic. My FiL had the short-rib which he enjoyed immensely. My wife split a NYS w/ our daughter. They said that it was a good steak, but I would not have expected less.
The bad: no draft selection, cocktail was uneven in its mix, and no child's menu.
I would go again for sure.
I have been here at least 4 times when in Atlanta, but this visit left me most disappointed! Our group of 16 had many of their entrees less than what they ordered as far as meat temperature. My own NY Strip was past medium instead of Med Rare. Our flat breads never came out so when I asked again near the end, an excuse was made and one was brought out after the meal. And our server never asked us about dessert and that is one thing Season’s 52 is most known for??
Parking was easy, which is hard sometimes in Buckhead. The food was incredible. I got the filet and it was cooked perfectly. Also the butternut squash soup was great. They had a deal running for $29 you got soup/salad, entree, and dessert and it was well worth it.
Cozy booth was great for 2 couples. My tuna salad was good except there wasn't much tuna and it was sliced very thin. My husband's filet was very good. I prefer sitting in the bar area with the cozy booths. Healthy options are abundant which makes this a good place to go when you're dieting or trying to be good.
My waiter Max was amazing he had so much insight about their huge selection of wine; he was such a pleasure. My boyfriend and I, dined at Seasons 52 for our anniversary. The food was great, they have their own twist on flavors for every dish and it changes seasonally. This restaurant has a very soothing, yet romantic vibe; I love it. I will be dining again soon.
Overall, we enjoyed our dinner at Seasons 52. My date had the Filet Mignon and I had the Lamb Shank. Both dinners were delicious and cooked well. The only problem was one of the staff, Austin, who went on a profanity laced tirade at the bar which was next to our table. It was very disturbing to hear since we were celebrating a birthday. I don't recommend the restaurant, but only because of the service. The food was great.
