Seasons 52 - Buckhead Ratings and Reviews
I have been going to this restaurant for years and have almost always enjoyed my experience.
Our food was excellent. I had the filet and my sister had the chicken pesto flatbread & a salad. The last two times I have dined at this location, the service was not up to its usual standard. Both times our severs were distracted and forgetful. It was disappointing.
Excellent menu, told waitress we were heading to the theatre and were in a bit of a hurry. She presen5 the food in a timely manner and I like my coffee and soup hot in temperature and THEY WERE, check arrrived in a timely manner. We w8ll b3 back even though we live 50 + miles away.
We had a very different experience tonight from our first visit. I bragged about the restaurant's food and service and invited a large group of my husband's close friends to celebrate his birthday only to have an extremely embarrassing experience. We waited a long time to get water, even longer to get our drink orders taken, then an excessive wait to get food orders taken, then over 2hrs to get food. The server was not pleasant and the food runners weren't even professional or polite in the least. This treatment was beyond unacceptable and I have never in my life experienced anything of the sort and especially not in buckhead area or what's considered to be a somewhat upscale restaurant. The children orders weren't put in ahead because at least they wouldn't have had to be miserable and frustrated waiting for simple macaroni and cheese. There are so many examples of why tonight was an epic fail and I expect more from a customer service standpoint and not to mention the lack of quality. I planned well in advance however it was highly disappointing for our entire party. There is more to add, however I am unsure that our words will mean anything or that anything will change.
The service at Seasons 52 totally enhanced the dining experience for us. Our server, Cole, was courteous, helping, and friendly. He guided us on the specials, and the ins and outs of their menu. He recommended drinks, especially for my wife, who is gluten intolerant. The food was good, but not memorable. The drinks were interesting, but not totally unique. Cole, however, made the evening nice. I'd like to try it again, to make a better evaluation of Seasons 52. But it's off to a pretty good start.
This was our first visit to a Seasons 52 restaurant. We were traveling to see friends and decided to try it. The service was impeccable and the food was prepared beautifully. Every dish was delicious and as described by the server, Emily, who was very knowledgeable about the menu. Her lovely personality also made our visit even more enjoyable. Would definitely return next time we are in town
I made a reservation for two of us for Thanksgiving. We were put out on the enclosed patio area where there was a gap and cold air was coming in. We asked to be moved and this was accommodated quickly. We were put at a corner table on the patio that was for 6 or 8 so we looked ridiculous at the table. Our waitress who was very pleasant only checked on us 3 times during our 90 minutes there. Our bread was never delivered. Another smaller table was seated across from us without a table cloth and was set up while the people were seated. The other table in hearing distance was complaining about the temperature and played musical chairs taking turns being warm with each other. I didn't expect the Ritz but I did expect upscale Buckhead and it was liking being at a potluck picnic. I don't know if they were short staffed, overwhelmed with the volume of the holiday but it missed the mark of providing a relaxing, fine dining evening.
We have been to Seasons 52 numerous times before including on previous thanksgivings. The service this time was very poor. The bar service (from a table) has been ridiculously slow the last two Thanksgivings. I don't know if thats the bar or the waiter. It will definitely make us think twice about returning. Seat was torn, may need updating. Good food.
I am a Seasons 52 fan and this visit did not disappoint. Our family all met from 3 states for our Thanksgiving lunch together. Vibrant and fun ambiance. Our server, Brittany, was amazing. Friendly, personable and efficient. The food was delicious. (We all had the Thanksgiving fare.)
We may just make this our new family Thanksgiving tradition. Thank you Seasons 52!!
Management appreciates customers. We arrived in time for our reservation but were told by the hostess that the wait was still at least 15 minutes. The restaurant was packed. So we found two seats at the bar, and ate dinner there. Tha GM comp’d is an appetizer and dessert for our flexibility. Good was good and the Wine paired well.
We went to Seasons 52 for my daughters 25th birthday- it was nothing short of spectacular!! Service at the bar and in the restaurant was exceptional and the food was exceptionally delicious! Thanks for helping us start off our night the right way! We'll be back!!!
Service was very mediocre per what we are accustomed to when dining at Seasons 52. Requested straws, server had one and said he would return with another, but never did. We asked another server. After receiving our meal, our server said he would come back and check on us, but never did. Disappointed.
