The wait service and martini were really good. However, my spinach salad was dry and my salmon was super bland! The roasted veggies were amazing and could have just eaten those and been okay. My dessert was lacking as well. Overall, the drink and veggies saved the evening.
Had to wait over 30 minutes even though I had a reservation
They were out of the appetizer we initially ordered. Twenty + minutes later they told us they were out of all of the entrees we ordered.
They gave us complimentary appetizers and desserts. Still, it was frustrating for them to be running out of food early on a Saturday PM. Likely will not go back there.

Meal and service were excellent! The only issue was that we had made a reservation and had to wait 20-30 mins beyond that time.
Excellent food but table not available at our reservation time. To be fair we happened to hit a prom night but still.....
I think that this is a good, not great, restaurant. It's not as expensive as some others, so I'd recommend it because it's good enough. The noise level is VERY high.
Food wasn't as seasoned as it appeared to be, lobster tail looked good but would have been better seasoned and with butter.

The staff was very pleasant, but our waiter Milkiles was very helpful, courteous, and went over and beyond. This was our first time and the menu had a lot of options (with calorie count), that made our ordering process a little slower. Milkiles was very patient and offered suggestions. We shared the grilled artichoke as an appetizer, yummy! I had the beets salad and my husband had the Caesar/Kale salad. We then had the filet and trout. Both were delicious, however, I ordered my filet medium rare and it was more medium well, it was still delicious. All in all we were very pleased and will eat here again!
I've eaten at Season's 52 in other cities and it's always been consistent. However, the food here was just slightly off. I always get the scallops and risotto. The scallops were more charred than caramelized and the risotto was a little runny. My son ordered pasta off the children's menu and it arrived cold and stuck together. The sauce came on the side and was barely enough to make the pasta edible. Our appetizers came out after the entrees. The server took care of it and was on top of it, but overall for a $100 dinner, I was disappointed since we've always had good luck at other Seasons 52 locations.

Our server, young female (I think her name was Meika) who worked near the bar at the booth was our server and she was awesome and fun! The food was ok. The grilled carrots did not look appealing. They looked very unattractive on the plate. The fish I had was bland and dry. My friends loved their salmon and steak. The dessert was great!

Food was wonderful as always, but service was very lacking this time. I had to ask 3 times for a refill of my drink and ended up eating my entire meal before my drink was refilled.
Celebrated another birthday and anniversary at this great restaurant. Has been our go to restaurant for these occasions. The nice little touches of a free sip of champagne, a card and framed photo of us. All make for a very nice evening. Food of course is always great and so is the service.

Service was slow the reservation didn't seem to be helpful but the manager did pay for our appetizer.
had been very disappointed in this restaurant the last couple of times we had eaten here. so it had been a while. better but have they learned how to cook a steak to order without having to send it back two or three times.
Great place for business meetings. Food and staff are always exceptional! Been dining there since opening day and has consistently delicious food and service.
Great place for unique eats. Servers are very knowledgeable and courteous. And I can't say enough about the manager, James, he's the best. Wine selection is fantastic too.
Was good food but unfortunately despite making valentines reservations one of the waiters honestly admitted they allowed too many walk ins therefore throwing our 9 o'clock behind 50mins with absolutely no compensation. Although our dinner was honored a little sorry would have been nice
Had reservations for 8:30, was told when we arrived that they were running 30 minutes behind. We were finally seated at 9:40. Very disappointed, food was good, service was mediocre.
Valentines Day we were not unexpectedly late in being seated. Service was good, and food Good but not outstanding. My tuna was a bit chewy and I definitely have had better. Desserts were excellent served in shot glasses so not overwhelming.
This restaurant made a horrific mistake on Valentines and overbooked the reservations. They had over 850 to serve which there was NO way they could handle timely. When we walked in, they had not seated people who had a reservation 1 hr and 1/2 before us. The wait was over an hour and there was nothing you could do but try to be patient. I want to acknowledge a waiter who went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist us with my elderly Father. His name is Brad Hicks and he saved the night for our family. His service was amazing and he should receive a raise and 10 Stars. We were expecting to walk in and be seated since we had reservations. But this restaurant clearly was understaffed and overbooked. I bet they feel the impact of this mistake in Birmingham. But kudos to Brad Hicks. Job well done and thanks for being a real servant leader!!!

They over booked for Valentine’s day. Had a reservation for 7:30, didn’t sit down to 8:20. We got there at 7:20 to check in and people for 6:45 still haven’t been seated.
We made Valentine’s Day reservations at 7:30 pm. Showed up on time were “checked in” and were subsequently made to wait for over an hour for our table. We weren’t the only ones, we were packed like sardines standing with many other patrons who were in the same boat. Hard registrations and were made to wait for over an hour. This was not a temporary problem but it happened for rest of the evening while we dined sugesting that this was planed. The purposefully overbooked every damn seat out of greed and complete disregard for patron safety or the occupancy codes. Not only will I never eat here but will actively discourage people from dining here.
We arrived and checked in at 6:50 PM for our 7:15 reservations. We were seated around 8:15. The server was great, but the food was not near good enough for the price we paid, even if we had been seated at a reasonable time. The scallops I had were overcooked and rubbery and my wife's ravioli were undercooked. I wouldn't even recommend this restaurant to someone I don't like.

We had never eaten there but heard good things so made a 7:00 Valentine reservation. When we showed up at 6:45 there were 50 people waiting to be seated and the 5:45 reservations were just then getting seated. We left at 7:30 when we were told it would be another 40 minutes to be seated. Reservation meant nothing.
Awful Valentines Day experience.....arrived at 6:40 for a 6:45 RESERVATION and NEVER got seated. Finally left at 8:15. When I advised the girl at the desk that she had not called our name for 1 1/2 hours, she just said “sorry.”
