Great service and the lunch menu is fantastic
Service and food was fantastic. Zita was outstanding in waiting our table.
Food was very good, service was great. Very nice experience overall
Delicious and great service!
We had a large group at the chef’s table! Our waitress Julie didnt miss a beat and gave us excellent service!
Always love coming to Seasons! Staff is always friendly, service is always good, and food is always consistent. Will keep coming back. Thanks!
Outstanding birthday meal for a party of 8. Food was amazing and our server (Summer) was fantastic! It's been a while since we've eaten there and forgot how good it was!
Good food and good service. Another thumbs up for Seasons 52.
The food was hot and delicious. Our service was awesome, the drinks were always full. Very great time! We love Seasons 52 for date night!
Food was good, as always, but bartender was inattentive. Need more bartenders at night to ensure attentive service for bar patrons.
This experience was nothing short of spectacular! I took my gf for her birthday. They had a happy birthday sign with a small flower arrangement. They also brought us both a glass of complimentary champagne so that we could toast. They even took our picture. The food was prepared to perfection and the staff was excellent! We'll definitely be back!
Great food, great service! They even did a complimentary birthday champagne toast!
The service was great but we had the sea bass (which is normally great) and it was awful, we couldn’t even eat it, it was so fishy tasting. The lobster bisque was also not good.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable meal. We sat in a less noisy area of the restaurant, I believe this seating was arranged by adding that it was a date on the reservation. This made conversing very easy and added to the overall experience.
Food is as excellent. Ordered a wine flight but couldn’t get it because they were out of glasses. 🤷🏻♀️
I’ve dined here on multiple occasions. The food, ambiance, and service are always great. The menu is varied with lots of healthy and tasty options. There are few restaurants that can do healthy and delicious foods. I highly recommend.
Great food and love their gluten free options! Loved the Caymus wine flight- great value.
Arnesha is amazing. She did forget one of my drinks at the bar so miss perfect stacie brought it over to me so I didn’t have to wait. Your bartender did throw a coaster at me and there was a server that was a little mean to me I think his name was Jordan with longish black hair, but other than that my experience was fantastic. All of the managers made time to stop by and see how my experience was going and that really was the cherry on top <3
I don’t know if our server was new but her service was lack luster!
Food and service was very good.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. It's a go-to spot for a quiet, relaxed lunch or dinner.
In spite of the bad reviews , we booked
Anyway. Our waitress, Crystal was
Terrific . Will go again if she is our waitress!! Cocktails and food perfect.
Wonderful place for New year’s dinner.
New Years Eve
New Year’s Eve…. Awesome service and the food was amazing! Will go again!
Any restaurant this time of year will be pushed. Just be patient.
My wife and I had to order a crab cake each as an appetizer which was $13 a piece (not worth it). She ordered the shrimp and grits without the tomatoes $21(so not worth the price). I ordered the pork chop on a bed of cabbage(tasted very good but not worth $22) we also got a side order of Mac and Cheese and pomegranate margarita each the bill came to over $100. The place looks great and the ambience was good but the amount of food you get doesn't match the price.
Always delicious - always great service
Our only disappointment was several of us got scallops and they came with potatoes instead of risotto as menu indicated
Last minute decision to go out with wife and daughter. Meal was delicious.
Trout was dry
Scallops were dry
Shrimp and grits were good
Salads were 45 minutes to be delivered to us
Food came five minutes later
Not a great experience
We made a 6:45 PM reservation since we had my 81 year old mother in law with us for her first Christmas Eve in 64 years as a widow after her husband died from Covid earlier this year. Although we were seated only 20 minutes late, we could live with that. Plus the server Zita was amazing; however, there was a major breakdown somewhere in either the kitchen or accepting more reservations than the restaurant could handle. We placed our order by 7:20 and did not receive our food until 8:40! I don't care if it was Christmas Eve. That is totally unacceptable and placed an undue burden on your wait staff. Not a good experience at all.
Christmas Eve dinner with our daughter! Very enjoyable!
It seemed like they overbooked on purpose and it was very crowded. They were using outdoor tables and chairs inside. The kitchen couldn’t keep up. Our flatbread wasn’t cooked. Our entrees took over an hour to arrive.
Always. Good service and quality food
Bad service, cold food
Fabulous server, Jordan. Great specialty drinks, fun atmosphere, extremely clean restroom, delicious salads. Flatbreads were divine. Can’t wait to go back!
We ate here before Christmas service! We came for an early dinner. The service was slow and rough at first. But then was phenomenal! The food came out quickly and was great! The manager was very sweet and checked on us!
Seasons 52 at The Summit in Birmingham was a delicious experience. The warm roasted beet salad and the salmon were perfectly prepared, as was the roasted chicken my husband had. The wine list is varied and interesting, and we enjoyed our selections. Rae, our server, did everything possible to ensure we had a great meal and dining experience. We requested a table in a quiet area of the bar, which was provided. We just love the restaurant’s attention to detail and will look forward to next time.
The food was terrible.
