   It took a longer than normal time for the used dishes to be removed. One dish had to be sent back as it was over cooked and not replaced till nearly everyone else in the party had eaten.

   Worst Mother's Day experience ever! This restaurant overbooked and was not capable of handling the crowds. When we arrived (a party of 5) early for our reservation, we were notified that they were running 30 min behind. We were NOT notified that they were running behind.s We were not seated until 45 min after our confirmed reservation. There were at least 50+ people milling around outside and inside along every available wall space. My 85 year old mother stood for over an hour waiting to be seated. When we were seated it took 15 min for our server to appear. He took drink and appetizer orders then disappeared for another 20 minutes. Appetizers appeared 20 minutes later. Note: at this point we were 1.5 hours into this debacle. Appetizer came and was lukewarm. We waited another 15 min before our server took our order for entrees. After waiting another 30 min for our food, I asked the server to check on our order. He came back 5 minutes later and told us that he saw our order on the screen and it should be out in 5-10 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed - no food. At this point we are 2.5 hours into what should have been an hour in and out meal. Our server had not reappeared or checked on us so I went to the front of the restaurant and told the attendants that I needed assistance in locating my order and food. Someone walked back with me to my table to see where we were sitting. After 10 minutes she came back and said that our food was on its way out. It did appear 5 minutes later... almost 3 hours into a dinner service!!! The food was mediocre at best: salmon was overcooked, green beans were borderline cold and steak was rare and not medium rare. There was no offer to discount our meal and not one person apologized. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

    I understand it’s Mother’s Day but 45 - 50 minutes past reservation time, after me confirming twice, very disappointing! Once seated the food taking over an hour to get, very disappointing. The food was just ok, nothing special. The server did the best he could but when the sides came out 15 minutes before the entrees, not a whole lot he could do. This isn’t the 1st time our reservation time hasn’t been available here at Seasons 52.

    I know it was Mothers Day, but a 45 minute wait with reservations! There were so many people standing around, there was nowhere for elderly mothers to sit-it was a horrible wait. Service was good and food was good, but again the wait for the food was too long-

    It was Mother’s Day. It was obvious the restaurant had overbooked and did not have the staff to accommodate the reservations taken. It was a 40 minute wait for a reservation plus another 40 minute wait for food. We elected to sit at the bar, so we didn’t wait long to sit. We did wait 40 minutes for the food. The food was cold and the salad looked wilted like it had set out a while before getting served. Overall, very disappointing. Usually, Season’s does an excellent job. We felt bad for staff who were doing their best. But, not a good experience at all. We will go again, but not on a special occasion. Not sure how this happened, but obviously they had taken WAY more reservations than could be accommodated.

    This Seasons 52 location planned terribly for Mothers Day. They WAY overbooked their reservations. It took us almost 45 minutes to be seated for a 1:15pm reservation. And then we didn't get our food until shortly after 3pm. We are a VERY frequent diner with Seasons 52 and that will likely change after this. It was just a dreadful dining experience and I was extremely disappointed as this location WAS one of our "go to" places.

    Our server, Shep, was outstanding, diligent, and trying to make the most of a bad situation. It was clear to everyone the Restaraunt was overwhelmed. Hostess’ were doing their best, but we were seated 50 minutes after our reservation. Our overall experience took 3 hours! From my layman’s view it appeared the kitchen was overwhelmed and could not catch up. I don’t know if they were short handed or what. A manager should have restricted the reservations to align with the capacity of the kitchen. That clearly did not happen. I’m done with Seasons for big occasions.

    We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. Our food was delivered one hour later. My lamb was so dry and overcooked as to be inedible. My wife’s salmon was over cooked but she food eat it. We have eaten there many times and all was good. Management simply did not do their job.

    You guys oversold it on Mother’s Day. Our res was 35 mins behind. Entrees were an hour 15 after ordering. Normally it’s a great experience here, but pushing your restaurant past capacity to make an extra buck tainted the experience.

    We went for Mother's Day lunch and had a 12:00 reservation. The place was slammed and we didn't get seated until after 12:30. Our server was Nick and he did a great job even with all the kitchen delays. The food was terrific!

    We made a reservartion to find out they were behind on reservations. Why make them if they don't keep them. We sat down 35 minutes after our reservation and it took an hour and a half to get our food. I think that they either took on too many reservations or they were also taking in walkins that took others reservations. They were not prepared for this day. It was a horrible experience.

    On arrival for our noon reservation, we were advised that there would be a 30 minute delay. There was no place to be seated, so we stood around with our four year old and tried to be patient. The restaurant was extremely crowded on Mother’s Day, but there were several tables that were not bust, and we’re never used while we were there. The kitchen was slow in preparing our food, and finally, an hour, after being seated, we received our entrées. although the food was tasty, it was not remarkable. I think my scallops and risotto had been sitting waiting for the waitress to pick it up for sometime. It was warm, but not hot. I will certainly think twice before trying to eat there on a holiday or for that matter, any other time.

    Food was good but understandably they were slower than normal due to Mother’s Day. Only comment is they need to book a couple fewer tables - seats were uncomfortably close the table next to us and difficult to get in/out. Great restaurant.

    We particularly enjoyed our meal last night. Our server was Grayson, and he was very good. He was attentive to our needs and very personable. We enjoyed our Salmon salad entree which is one of our favorites.

    I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed in anything from the Seasons menu like I was with the gnocchi. It was very dry and needed sauce. I had to take a drink of water with every bite to help swallow. The others in my party all ordered steak or lamb and were very pleased. I won’t order the gnocchi again.

    The food and presentation was superior! For some reason, the priority of the manager on duty was to shift our server's attention to cleaning up a large room and outside patio...rather to check in with us, remove plates when finished, offer coffee and dessert, etc. THAT POINT was disappointing to an otherwise fantastic meal.

    Food pacing was way off with salads not arriving together for the party only moments before entrees arrived too. Staff was always around the table and yet dirty dishes weren't cleared unless we asked some of the many lingering staff. One salmon was cooked fine while the other salmon at the table was massively undercooked to the point of almost sashimi. Vegetables were rubbery instead of al dente. Waitress was very nice and we could sense her frustration with the back of the house. Drip coffee was only available after dinner since they were out of espresso. The entire dinner we felt like we were being rushed even though the restaurant wasn't unusually busy or anything.

    Often, I forget about this restaurant because I don't enjoy traffic at the Summit, but when I go, it is always fabulous and satisfying. Outstanding food, attentive service, special needs and celebrations are honored, creative use of fresh, seasonal ingredients. It's just wonderful! Kudos to S52.
