   my wife and I had yet another enjoyable experience at Seasons 52 (the Summit in Birmingham AL). my wife had the spinach and strawberry salad and the asparagus soup, and I had the chipotle BBQ shrimp flatbread; all were delicious and great choices. for dessert she had the pecan pie mini, and I the new oatmeal cookie cream pie mini - this was awesome. April was our server, and she was cordial and provided great service. thank you!

   for those on unusual diets, the chef was accommodating. It was prom night, so we felt underdressed :-) but the staff handled what was clearly an unusual evening tactfully and pleasantly.

   Food was great. Server was fine until she asked if she could take my plate: I had fork in my hand, chewing food and couldn’t answer her, with half a plate of food left. First time out with my husband in a month and I felt extremely rushed!!

   The tuna tartare and cedar plank were incredible! Our waiter (unfortunately forgot his name) was friendly and provided excellent service! Will be back!

    My elderly mother was visiting from out of town and we wanted to take her somewhere special. Our waiter, Tristan, was wonderful -- patient and helpful. The food was INCREDIBLE. We had flatbreads and salads as starters. Around the table for entrees we had shrimp & grits, rotisserie chicken, filet of beef, scallops, and salmon. Each entree was RAVED about! Presentation, taste, and texture were all wonderful. Thanks for making my mother's visit so special!

    We have dined at several Seasons 52 restaurants across the country. Each one is a little different in configuration and decor. Birmingham's was very nicely laid out and pleasant for our dining experience. We were a bit concerned when we saw quite a few guests arriving (a Wednesday evening at 5:30p), thinking we might be crowded in. But we found there to be a generous amount of dining space inside. Our concerns were unfounded: we were able to converse quietly and privately. We were presented with the regular and GF (gluten-free) menus, the latter being mostly a subset of the regular menu but highlighting the GF options available. Our waitress, Jordan, while seeming a bit inexperienced, was attentive to our table and she also engaged with us in pleasant conversation. She answered all our questions about the menu items with confidence. When the food arrived it was nicely plated and tasty. The wine selections are varied. It's pretty easy to find something to pair with the menu selections. The "52 wines by the glass" is a neat little hook back to the restaurant's brand name. When in Birmingham, we will seek this restaurant out again for sure!

    The food was delicious, and our server (Taylor, I think) was excellent. She didn’t miss anything and gave us enough space to enjoy our meal and conversation. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had since I’ve moved back to Birmingham.

    Food was delicious! Our waiter was good. The hostesses knew we had a reservation at 7 but didn’t seat us till 7:20. We got there at 6:45 and checked in and the hostess said that she would seat us closer to 7:00. But …….. They were over booked and way behind on taking care of reservations. They seemed to take in a lot of off the street people and seated them with at lease 4 or 5 reservations that were waiting on their tables still after their reservation time had past. When my husband ask them about how much long would it be the hostess said we haven’t even seated the the 6:45 reservations yet so I don’t know how much longer. So what’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t honor your time.

    Waited for 45 min and decided to sit at bar since our reserved table was not ready. Bartender was very friendly and drinks a were served promptly. Food was served cold.

    There was a lot wrong with our visit. 1. The waitress didn’t write down our order and as a consequence, I didn’t get the salad I ordered. 2. When my surf and turf was delivered, the lobster was raw. 3. My date ordered brussel sprouts that weren’t served with the meal as they should have been. We were told they would be ready in 2 minutes. 7 minutes later they arrived. My date was finished with her entree by then. Poor service, poor food preparation. This place is a dump. We won’t be back.

    Our food was phenomenal. We had really early reservations, 5 pm, to get in and out relatively quick. Our server was slammed but he left us at the table, finished with dinner, for over 20 minutes without asking if we wanted dessert or getting a check. I had to ask for a manager just to get a check to leave. Do not seat people if you do not have enough servers.

    Seated immediately upon arrival and well taken care of by our excellent server, Sheri. Chatted with dinner partner for 3 hours. Nice to actually be able to hear one another in a busy restaurant. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Mushroom flatbread was a satisfying started. My grilled sea scallops were perfectly cooked and the flavor scrumptious. My dining partner enjoyed her salmon as well. I had the key lime dessert and she had the tiramisu. Overall best dining experience in a very long time.

    Carly was an amazing breath of fresh air. After being originally seated with a rando, they quickly put us with carly, the best server on the planet. The experience was so great i will come back and ask for carly again. She is so professional and timely. All the servers need to take note. Thank you for such a great experience, seasons 52.

    Great Valentines meal, lamb and sea bass were excellent. Great by glass wine choices. TK, our server, was outstanding and ensured we had a great experience. She was professional, personable, and engaging. I also noticed that all the restaurant employees were courteous, not only the patrons, but to each other. In fact that seemed happy even though they were all very busy. I haven’t noticed this in years.
