Great meal and amazing server!
We went for a birthday day and it was wonderful! Complimentary champagne toast and small appetizer! Food was fantastic as always.
Overall good experience. My food arrived with a side of vegetables in a cast iron pan which had not been cooked at all. Sent them back but by the time they were returned cooked, I had finished the fish they accompanied. The chef came and apologized when he brought the cooked veggies. A little surprised that they didn't offer a comp desert or drink for the delay. But the food was great once all of it was cooked!!
Always a great experience from delicious food & drinks to wonderful service with pleasant ambience!
We were seated on time. The booth setting was perfect since one of the guests is hard of hearing so not too much background noise. Our server had a lovely personality and was efficient. The food was delicious and a glass of complimentary champagne was a lovely touch sine we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary.
The only negative of the whole evening was that it was very cold where we were sitting (In the back corner). The service by Gabriella was OUTSTANDING!!!!
We sat outside on the patio which was delightfully quiet.
The soups ordered were barely warm and the spinach salad was tasteless with pears hard as rocks and tasteless as well.
It was a very disappointing dinner.
Service was great!!!
This is our favorite Season's 52. We moved from Atlanta and the two locations there do not hold a candle to Season's 52 Altamonte Springs. Alberto provided excellence service as well.
We really enjoy Seasons 52. Food is fresh and well prepared. Can't go wrong when celebrating a special occasion or just a night out for a good meal. Service was great.
Always a reliable place for a nice dinner. We were seated and had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to come by our table, and the rest of the night our service was slow. But we were not in a hurry, so we dealt with it. Variety is good. We had a good filet mignon, salmon, chicken and salads.
Food was excellent and Eric is the best waiter. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Our weightier was great, the food was well prepared, the only complaint was the air conditioning blowing directly upon the table.
Had a great lunch for a party of 3, with one person who had never been at a Seasons 52 before. We ordered a mushroom soup, pickles, beet salad, 2 orders of the blackened mahi (?) tacos and the caramelized scallops. All feedback was wonderful and delicious. Service was also well done by Russell (second time I had him as a server). Ready to try more!!
Service was amazing. Complimentary champagne toast to birthday celebration and a complimentary drink next visit. The Food was amazing. Few ordered from the happy hour tapas, sangria. Main menu trout, bbq meatloaf, steak and scallops were cooked to perfection!
It always an outstanding experience and this time was no exception!
Fantastic food and atmosphere as always! Perfect anniversary dinner!
Three of the four members of our party had their food delivered as ordered. The fourth was not so lucky and was treated poorly overall concerning a food allergy. We used to go here often, but things the last few times were not that amazing. This last time has all of us questioning if we will ever go back.
Birthday. Jim was s great server
Celebrating a birthday and the setting was perfect. Excellent food, top notch wait staff, and easy noise level for conversations. This was our first visit but we shall return.
We waited over one and a half hour after hour reservation time. Bad experience to have on New year’s eve.
We have dined at Seasons 52 for 6 years straight, as a group of 6, this time 4. Last year was a fiasco with our table. We had a reservation an when we "finally" got seated, ordered drinks...we were told we had to move. The table was given to us mistakenly and we had to wait for another table. We were disappointed, but they compensated us with a round of drinks and appetizers, so we were not too upset. The food was great.
Well...this year was worse. I made my reservation through Open Table, then called to confirm not only the reservation but the table type reserved. The day of I called to ensure the reservation and table type (circular). Well, we got there, no circular tables were ready. I understand they can not throw a party out. They continually said -- "Well, they are on dessert, won't be long". Well after 20 minutes, we walked past the table, and they were just on appetizers. We told the front we would take ANY booth. Well they continually seated others that arrived after us. They were so disorganized. We finally scoped a table leaving, and were told it was for us (45 minutes after arriving). No...they set it for four and then gave it to a party of two. Were asked to speak to the Manager, only to realize she was the one making decisions on seating parties arriving after us. She assured we'd have the next table. She was condescending and not professional.
We "used to" eat there often, and often get the same dish, Scallops with Risotto. This time 3 of us got that dish. The "bed" of Risotto was sparse.
Needless to say --- we will find a new tradition.
In the future, I will try and avoid holidays. While I had a reservation I was taken to a bar table which I refused. I was seated in a small room behind the bar which was freezing and had unlit candles. The service was as expected. We were not offered bread, we were delivered the wrong flatbread and my salmon was under cooked. The whole restaurant was overwhelmed this New Year Eve.
Our server, Joanna, was fantastic! Friendly and helpful with food suggestions.
New Years eve
A regular visitor to Seasons 52. Never disappoints. Sustained excellence!!!
Nice experience with a very tasty menu and a great drink selection!
Not only was the service good, but our waiter Darryl was very on point. Never have I ever gotten bad service here. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars!
We had Joanna as a server. She was great! She even gave us some advice for our trip to England. Very pleasant and attentive.
Everything was fantastic! We were celebrating my parents Anniversary and my daughters engagement. Alison and Daryl were the best! We couldn’t ask for better service. They were very attentive, personable and courteous. I could go on and on, but to sum it up they were great! Thank you for a memorable evening!
The lobster bisque was tasteless. The salads were ugly. Very expensive for very little.
Service was fantastic as was the food! Love the vegetarian options and calorie count on the menu.
We are frequent patrons of Season's 52. Although this was not our best experience here, it was still good enough. Was very busy. Maybe due to time of year, and service was not optimal, which we are used to at this location. Lobster ravioli was disappointing, but that is the first time I have been disappointed in an entree. Will continue to frequent and expect the usual better than expected service.
We had a wonderful time. We brought my hisband's parents for their 53rd anniversary and they really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service! Thank you for taking care of us.
I had dinner with my family on Christmas Eve. We started with appetizers and drinks in the bar. The service was attentive, but unfortunately, our roasted cauliflower appetizer was difficult to serve and bland. Once seated our server never asked us for our drink order and seemed distant throughout our meal. My husband and I shared the roasted beet salad and pork entree . The beets tasted more boiled than roasted and our entree was not very hot. My son’s side of Mac and cheese lacked the creamy consistency known for this dish. At the end of our meal, our server picked up our dishes and dropped dirty silverware onto my husband’s suit, oblivious of his actions and non apologetic. Overall, I had expected a better experience, but perhaps the volume of guests, on this holiday evening, resulted in a mediocre impression.
Christmas Eve, very busy, but sat within 10 minutes, with a reservation. Our waitress, I think her name was Amber, took her time, was very proficient, and lovely. She didn't seem to want to rush us, and thought ahead! Compared to other restaurants, the portion size was double, yet not double the price. We truly enjoyed it!
Beautiful place to be with loved one. Excellent food and service. Definitely, a place to go again.
Seasons 52 started out as a great concept but it doesn't seem to be aging well. If you are looking for a restaurant that is calorie conscious, that was the intent and it follows through. But in the past couple of years, it seems that the chain, not just this location, is not wearing well. The food has been cooked properly but undehsalted and under seasoned consistently. The decor is looking noticeably worn and dated, which is surprising considering the two I have been at recently are in Altamonte Springs and Naples. Perhaps Darden's commitment to the chain is waning or it has just lost its creativity. Sad, as one of the best Thanksgiving meals I ever had was at this Seasons 52 and every dish was stellar but that was three years ago and no meal has risen to that level since.
So overall, it wasn't bad and the service was very good. But compared to other choices I have, I don't foresee going back other than when certain family members with dietary restrictions ask to go as it is vegan/vegetarian friendly. There are better and tastier options out there.
I like the restaurant but, there are no good vegan / vegetarian entrees on the menu.
