Great place to eat and relax. One of my favorite restaurants.
Nice restaurant but service was slow and it took over an hour to get our entrees
A first time diner here but definitely won't be my last time. Definitely impressed with their in season menu concept and seeing the calorie count on the menu before ordering. Quite a variety on the menu making it ideal for a group with varying tastes. For the wine lovers out there quite a bit to select from to include bottles, carafes and by the glass and I even found a new varietal to add to my home collection.
Thanks Seasons' 52 and I can't wait to dine there again.
Excellent staff, good food with many mix and match options as well as entrees, comfortable environment.
Love the restaurant and the fool was great as always, but the service was incredibly slow.
We were not expecting much since it was in the mall but I have to admit the food was very good. The decor was a bit outdated but it worked for us.
A little lightly staffed last night
Best steak I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant was clean and waitress Brittanie was very nice.
A great choice for Father's Day lunch with my Dad. Our server Marsha was fantastic.
Waitress was the best. Very attentive and personable
Always excellent. We always order the fish dish and the tuna salad. Always delicious. Jonathon the chef came out to talk to my husband and I and we really appreciated it. Our waiter was Laurence and he went above and beyond to serve us and make sure we were happy. Always love coming to this restaurant because the food is delicious and the service on point. I highly recommend. I forgot the name of the fish I always get.. it's the one served with the black rice. DELICIOUS!
Food was very good. Service was good. Thankfully, we were in a back room which was pretty quiet. Main dining room was very noisy.
We had our daughter’s graduation dinner here. Everything was lovely and it was a nice evening.
Seasons 52 is consistently good. The menu offers lots of excellent healthy and delicious options , including several terrific vegetarian dishes. My last visit to this restaurant was a get-together with good friends and it was the perfect restaurant choice. Lawrence Jackson was our server and he was awesome; he definitely helped make our reunion and celebration of friendship even more special. I am so happy that Seasons 52 is nearby us!
Usually excellent. This may have been off night
Soup was salty and food was served cold
We’ve been to Seasons a couple of times. It will be our last time. The service was horrible. We barely saw our sever. He forgot our waters when we asked 3 times. I wanted to substitute my side dish and instead was charged for an extra side dish. I asked the person who delivered our food for something never came back. We were there for my husbands birthday and no mention of it when I had specifically stated it on the reservation and over the phone. I still gave a 20 percent tip because I know it’s their income. I use to wait tables. I understand it can get busy but the manager could of walked around to help. The server near our table could of stepped in. She passed our tables a few times. How can you miss the stacked plates and empty no refill ice teas.
We went to celebrate friends' birthdays and a book club get-together before the movies. Food was delicious and the staff recognized the two bday gals with cards and a bit of champagne after dessert. Was great fun and relaxing!
Good except the server had quite a thick accent and with the noise level it was hard to understand everything but she was great otherwise.
I have to say Seasons 52 excels at taking care of their guests when there are allergies concerned. They try (and succeeded in my case) to find ways to keep you from those food items that may cause you issues. I have never gone here where the food and service were not consistently good
Thank you Seasons 52!
It’s at the mall so I was a tad bit apprehensive. However we were pleasantly surprised. Service and dinner was super. The menu had plenty of options and everything was fresh. We will definitely come back and this is definitely worth going to.
I’ve been several times and each time my experience has been great. The menu is creative and a decent wine selection too.
Seasons is a “Fresh” addition to the mall dining scene.
Great vegetarian options, wonderful Happy Hour, professional private events by Miss Brooklyn.
Solid option at the mall. Food is good, but it didn't blow me away.
As usual, Seasons 52 delivered in style! Loved it
My wife and I were running errands at the mall and lost track of time. Thankfully S52 was open late...we were seated at a booth which I'd requested, because I love booths. Their booths are extremely nice! We shared a delicious and nutritious meal: potato leek soup, beet salad, and halibut. We truly appreciated the chef splitting our fish for us. This may bey wife's favorite restaurant! Thank you for another wonderful (albeit late) meal. :)
Had the prosciutto and asparagus flatbread to start. None of the flavors popped. I had the trout for the entrée and it was good bit the roasted carrots needed a bit more time to sweeten and soften a little.
As always, left feeling very satisfied with the quality and choices of what to eat when you want to have a nice meal but not have huge quantities to the detriment of taste. Four girlfriends out for a very nice evening in a setting that is not formal but not casual fast either. Price is reasonable and options were plenty! There is always room for dessert and we took advantage of that too!
We were fortunate to be seated in one of the dining rooms that can be closed off for small group functions. All the diners in this section were engaged in lively conversations, but the smaller room made it feel more quiet and intimate, which was a very pleasant experience. Our waiter was very attentive and offered helpful suggestions for some of our course selections.
The food was fantastic as always, the service was amazing and the drinks were perfect! My only complaint is that the lighting in the restaurant is so low that it was difficult to read the menu and the noise level is very loud that it is difficult to have a conversation without yelling.
WE always love Seasons 52! our waiter overheard that we were celebrating birthdays and anniversary and brought us champagne - so thoughtful. And desserts are exactly the right size. Always thinking about when we can come back.
Our server Melanie was very personable. The food we found to be a bit on the bland side but the desserts were too cute. We will try again for a future date.
We went for dessert and coffee. The desserts were so cute and perfect for a few bites. We were there on a Saturday night and the place was packed and people were having a great time. We will happily visit again soon!!
Our server was friendly and welcoming but distracted. Two of our four orders were incorrect and our waters were never refilled. We knew we were coming on a busy night, but the overall experience was disappointing, especially since the tables are so packed in to the dining room that there is barely room to walk between them.
It was prom night so lots of teens. Because we had reservations we were seated within ten minutes of arrival.
We had a very nice evening and the food was good. I was a bit surprised that they charge for bread at dinner. The charge was only $3 but it was mostly crackers not really a bread to accompany that level of a dinner.
Food was delicious and service was fantastic!!!
We had a great time!!! Service was awesome and the food was great! Will definitely dine here again. Plus another upside, great for a get together because it’s not too loud where you can’t hear the person next to you talk.
A bit off on a lot. Prices are high. Food is ok, good or not right. Service is not real polished. Ordered a bottle of wine late, before the meal came, but it never came until after we were at least halfway through the meal. And then it was a sub as they were out of the wine we ordered. Overall not too bad a place, but don’t think we will be going back for a while. Just not good enough to recommend.
We love Seasons 52, but this visit was disappointing. The food was great and was served quickly, but everything else about the service was lacking. I think they were underprepared for Mother's Day.
We had a reservation for 4, and we showed up with our toddler who'd clearly need a high chair. We end up at a booth and they ask if we need a high chair, we say yes. Someone comes back with a booster seat. We say we'll see what happens but we'd likely need a high chair, because our 1.5 year-old son won't sit if he's not strapped in. They say okay, but they don't follow up. So our son gets difficult to control. We let our server know we really need a high chair around the time the food comes. (We also ask if my wife can get a mixed drink, he says he'll be right back). He hesitates about the high chair because it's a high traffic area but he goes to ask his manager. He comes back and says it's "a fire hazard, to say the least," and while I get that the evening was stressful on the wait staff, that "to say the least" seemed a bit unnecessary, implying our request was in itself unreasonable. We inform him that we were offered a high chair to begin with, and that if we had known they'd refuse to give us one, we would have asked for another table. After another round of back and forth with the manager, about three-fourths of the way through our dinner they find a different table where it would be acceptable to place a high chair. So we move, along with our food, drinks, etc. While the Great High Chair Controversy of 2018 dragged on, my wife and I had to take turns walking our son through mall because we had no way to keep him in his seat. Nobody ever followed up with my wife's drink order.
We really like Seasons 52, but I think we'll avoid major events like Mother's Day in the future. They were overwhelmed, which again we get, but made a number unforced errors. We do not feel we've been made whole simply because we got a different table 3/4's of the way through dinner.
The food was reliably good. This visit was an unplanned late lunch for Mothers Day. The server Christopher V. was exceptional and he made the day. Funny, great attitude and still professional.
