One of my favorite places for a special dinner or brunch. The staff accommodated special requests for a double birthday celebration. Food and service were exceptional, as always.

We had a 7:45 dinner reservation and were not seated until 8:30. Why have a reservation? Very disorganized and overwhelmed. Once seated, our situation was dealt with in a relatively satisfactory manner.

For several years this has been our restaurant of choice for both special family occasions and get together with friends. Several times we have run into one issue or another which the management and staff always corrected - this time was a disaster. The host staff was overwhelmed, unhelpful and unfriendly. When finally announcing reservations (30 minutes late) they just stood at the host stand and quietly said the name - a woman near us had her table given away once and it almost happened a second time. When finally seated it took 10 minutes for a waiter to come by. After explaining that it was busy he left without even asking if we wanted drinks - 10 minutes later when he came back I asked for water and that took 5 more minutes. Empty tables were left uncleaned, for 15 - 20 minutes at at time. I asked the waiter to apply a gift card (which we had received for a problem on a previous visit) from the whole check before dividing the remainder evenly with the other couple we were dining with. The waiter said he couldn't do it with an annoyed tone. Worst of all there was no sign of management anywhere in the restaurant from the time we arrived until we left.
Extremely disappointing and embarrassed that we recommended this restaurant to our friends. Since it was very busy and there was a large crowd waiting for tables my sense is that restaurant management doesn't care.

Lovely restaurant, such a surprise in a mall setting. The wait staff is always polite and helpful with suggestions. The menu varies from season to season. The food is quite tasty and reasonably priced. Great date night spot.

The service was terrible. We barely saw our waiter. For example, we didn’t receive one of the beverages we ordered (a soda) until our our meal arrived. We didn’t see our waiter again until until we more than ready to leave. Our waters were never refilled either. It took the waiter 15 mins to bring our check back so we could leave. I complained about the service and all we got was “oh that’s too bad. We’re sorry.”

The flatbreads are nice and crisp and I’ve always enjoyed their salads. Dessert is hit or miss, though if they have the Ghiradelli brownie, get that.

I have eaten at Seasons 52 4-6 times in the past 2-3 years. I would give Seasons 52 a B- at best.

The baseline comparison is the Great American Restaurants which gets an A+ (Jacksons, Sweetwaters, Ozzies, etc.). Seasons 52 service should use the team effort employed by the Great American Restaurants. The food is above average but not great, and the prices are too high for the quality of the food and service.

In the future, I will opt for one of the Great American Restaurants instead.

The food was great! The service, not so much. There were long stretches of time where no server appeared. Empty water glasses, empty plates not cleared... yes it was a Saturday night and they were busy, but I'd bet they're always busy on Saturdays, or maybe every dinner service for that matter. No excuse for such inattentive service.

Our server Brittanie was amazing and made our experience more the better. We love Season's 52 for the healthy food options and ability to track our macros/calories. It's a little pricey but the food is delightful.

We have visited Seasons 52 twice in the last two weeks. While their food is very good (4 stars), it is the service that defined each of our visits. During our first visit, it took over 10 minutes for a server to stop by our table to take a drink order. He came back for our food order before the drinks arrived, and that was the last we saw of him until dinner was complete. We enjoyed the meal (short ribs for me, and a fish dish for my wife), but it would have really been nice if he had checked back so I could order a glass of wine with dinner.

Last night we tried it again, and got off to a better start. Our waiter was right there, but drinks took over 10 minutes to show, and when they did, that was the last we saw of our server until just before our entree was served. We had to flag down other staff for water, and to get a second round of drinks. Right when we thought they were not going to show, they arrived just after we had ordered wine from our server, so I had a drink and wine to take care of. The server was apologetic, but clearly overwhelmed.

As for the food, my spinach and pear salad arrived without garnishments or dressing, but was quickly addressed. My wife loved her golden beet salad and trout. I tried the New York steak, which was well cooked but needed a sauce to tie it together with the potatoes.

The restaurant was bustling and turning away those without a reservation. Noise levels were up there, but you could have a conversation.

This is always a good bet whether you sit near the fireplace, the bar or the dining area. The food is well prepared and fresh. I have yet to have a negative experience in at least a dozen visits.

Fantastic food and great service. Our waiter, Ian, was very friendly and quite accommodating. He checked in just the right amount of times and even having to work done strenuous shifts, he was still funny and helpful with menu selections and recommendations.

The food was delicious, though pricey. The dessert is certainly a surprising highlight! We got one of the mocha ones each and devoured them.

Being in a mail, the noise level was present but still rather low. We were still able to have a nice date together and converse naturally.

Great place!

The food and waiters were great. Very noisy, but it was Saturday night. We had 6 at our table and everyone enjoyed the food. We all had seafood, one person had the short ribs. Appetizers and desserts were small but yummy. Main dishes were plenty of food.

Portions are large. I had the seared tuna salad and shared a flatbread with the table. It was more than enough. My dining partner opted for the brunch burger and side salad. The side salad is enough for 3 people she ended up just eating the salad and saving the burger. Good for a mall, service was good and everything was mod price. Visiting a friend that lives close to Tyson’s and not many options for lunch or brunch on a Saturday.
