I found the food to be just ok. The Columbia location did a much better job with presentation and seasoning. I ordered my usual cedar plank salmon and found it to less that absolutely fresh and it had no cedar taste. It also lacked seasoning. The accompanying asparagus was also under-seasoned.
Great time and wonderful server, Phil. He was friendly and accommodating of our large group. Food was pretty good and hot! We enjoyed ourselves at Seasons 52.
We enjoyed a great meal off the Spring special menu. A great value that was delicious. Our server Bittanie was excellent, attentive but not intrusive.
Our meal was good. The new spring flat bread (asparagus and prosciutto) was excellent, nice flavors and crispy.
The spinach salad with strawberries did not live up to its usual crispness mostly due to it being over dressed. Note to diners, order dressing on the side.
The cedar plank salmon and sesame grilled salmon salad were both tasty and well prepared. The veggies on the side were a bit over salted.
Service was good and ambiance was conducive to easy conversation.
We know we can count on Seasons 52 for a great meal, and we were not disappointed. My husband particularly liked the broccoli salad with bacon, which he chose to accompany his always-good Lump Crab Cake Sandwich. Since we had bonus coupons from buying gift cards during the holidays, I decided to splurge on the Asian-glazed Chilean Sea Bass. I loved the black rice, snow peas, and shiitake mushrooms that accompanied the fish, but found the fish itself extremely mild and not actually glazed, so somewhat boring. My dessert was a delight: a brownie/raspberry mini, quite chocolatey. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the dishes and refilled our drinks every time shortly before they ran out.
Very good food, great atmosphere, reasonable prices. Only issue is it is in the Tysons Mall. Which means multi level parking and long walks to your table. Would still go back
Just OK. Wouldn’t rush to go there again. There are better choices.
I dine here fairly regularly. Miss the wine flights. Server said they had no bread, but then the food distributor to get me some that I saw came with the soup. It was really dark, so borrrowed a flashlight from the server. I will continue to dine here, but my Sunday brunch at the Gaithersburg location was better.
Wonderful meal, wonderful service!
Food and service were marginal. Fish over cooked, other dishes pretty bland. The team approach to service not really refined, we received the drinks and check twice, but significant delays on food.
I love Seasons 52. I did think the music was a bit too loud this time. Also, try to do something about the waiting area. it gets a bit crowded. Love to Sammy, Carlos, and Brendan at the Bar! I sat at a table this time with my niece, but I love hanging with my friends at the bar!
I’ve been a long time fan of Seasons 52. This time, I found the service to be extremely bad. The food tasted mediocre and attention by management lacking.
Food was drenched in butter and oil. Clearly not inspected by the kitchen before serving. 52 needs to go back to roots of healthy fresh local ingredients that don’t need to be drenched in butter to taste good.
Service was very poor and food was just okay this time. Our appetizers and entrees came out at the same time and the restaurant handled our entire meal poorly. The server did not check on us once or even ask how the meal was at the end. He just dropped the check and went on his way. I noticed nearby tables having a very similar experience. The management team was too busy flipping tables and did not see them check on customers. If they did, I would have shared this feedback openly. I've been to Seasons several times and have found the overall experience and service to be getting worse. I think they have a training issue and need better management. On the positive side, the hostess was very welcoming and wished us well when we left. Not sure if I will be back at this location.
the menu sounds good, creative and healthy. The presentation is fun and exciting, creative. Some of the tastes were good. The problem is that all the food felt and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours and was reheated. That was disappointing.
Wonderful food and service as always!
Great food and service!
Food is fresh, menu changes depending on season, friendly athmosphere, not exactly cheap but worth it.
Great seasonal selection of local food, lots of options to choose from and will be back to sample more.
Love this Seasons 52
Very creative cuisine that is always fresh. Lots of flexibility if you want to make minor changes in what's on the menu. They really know how to cook seafood! Try the salmon -- done just perfectly.
Was disappointed to find they no longer have wine flights. Waitperson, Kenny, was excellent and made the experience
We've always really liked the menu at Seasons 52. This trip was just as good as it's always been.
Nice, long wine list too!
Waiter set an awkward atmosphere. First question was whether we were on a timeline or had a movie to catch. We should have said “yes”. Service was on the slow side. We felt like we were jammed back in the corner and one of the hot entrees came out on the cold side.
We were a party of 7. They gave us a private room. Luis, the waiter was excellent. The menu was adequate. We all enjoyed ourselves. Our group we be back next month. I recommend Seasons 52.
Seasons 52 is one of my favorite restaurants. They always have a nice choice of lower calorie options which is wonderful for those of us who eat out frequently. The first Seasons 52 restaurant I went to notes that I was wearing black slacks and offered a black napkin. Although this restaurant says they offer the same service, I had to ask three times today for a black napkin. I did persist because I was wearing the same slacks I wore last week which were covered with white lint after the meal in this same restaurant.
Went there for a business meal and found it very conducive to having a conversation. Healthy food options are great and portions are just perfect
Having been to Seasons 52 on numerous occasion, I am happy to say I have yet to have eaten a meal that did not live up to my expectation for a delicious, nutritious meal. I am especially fond of the flatbread, salad and starter options. These are more than enough to satisfy your appetite.
Add a glass of wine and a dessert and you have had a perfect celebratory meal. The best for last -
you don't feel guilty after enjoying a meal here.
The healthiest place in the mall for a pre-movie dinner.
We enjoy Seasons 52, but the Service was poor on this evening.
Normally we go for dinner and we’ve never had a bad meal or service. Four of us went for brunch and although the regular menu was available we went with the brunch menu. The food was worth talking about, it wasn’t busy and yet the waiter kept forgetting the cream for coffee, water another drink. First time I’ve been disappointed with the food and service.
Beet salad was delicious, trout was very good. Entree portions are quite big. Sticky toffee dessert never disappoints.
Saturday night was my first time dining at Seasons 52, but it will surely not be my last. Nothing to complain about and many things to praise. The service was perfect. The cocktails were outstanding and moderately priced as far as restaurants around here go. The flatbread appetizer was good, but nothing special.
The main courses, however, were outstanding. I had the grilled scallops with risotto and broccolini and my daughter had the filet mignon with red wine sauce, mashed potatoes, and broccolini. My (plentiful) scallops were among the best I have ever eaten. Fresh and cooked absolutely perfectly. The risotto was creamy and divine. I sampled some of my daughter's steak, and it was tender, cooked to the requested level of doneness, and delicious with this terrific smoky flavor almost like barbecued steak. The red wine sauce was also wonderful, and the potatoes and broccolini were cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely.
Desserts are small portions served in shooter glasses, so after a nice meal you are more likely to feel comfortable ordering and indulging. There are several options, so we each ordered a different one and enjoyed them without waste or being stuffed. Nice.
Bottom line: a very enjoyable dining experience and I expect to go back again soon.
The food and service were fantastic! The drinks are a little expensive, but you can overcome that by going to their great happy hour. We love this restaurant!
Met here with friends before catching a movie. I had the crab cake starter along with a vegetable side. The food was good and our waitress- Cynthia was very attentive to our needs. I will definitely go back and will try an entree from the menu next time.
We love Season's 52 for the variety of the menu. Our latest trip was for Valentine's day and the service and food was great even with the crowd. We had the stake for the first time and it was fantastic - so moist and tender - we can't wait to go back and try it again. We also love the deserts - just enough to satisfy the sweet tooth but not feel to quilty.
Went for Valentine's and the food was tasty: we had a flat bread, the New York strip and the lamb. All delicious. There were 2 servers who alternated taking care of us. Our main server was extremely uninterested in helping us, was mostly evasive and MIA. The other one was extremely nice and improved our overall experience. The hosts at the front were very accommodating on a pretty busy days. Overall good experience. Thank you for making our romantic date special.
My wife & I had dinner on Valentine’s Day. It was a nice experience and we plan to come back soon!
Excellent food. Really enjoyed it! As usual, Seasons 52 offers a great menu at affordable prices.
