Seaside Grill Ratings and Reviews
The service and atmosphere were great. The food portions were plentiful and taste was very good. My Dad's seafood dish was more flavorful than mine. Dined with a groupon which made our dinner very affordable otherwise it would have cost us 50 dollars for 2 with no appetizer, bread or dessert. Little pricey but it's on the beach and parking is free. Yes, I would go back with another groupon.
First time st Seaside Grill. Not overly impressed. Nice view of ocean from table by window. Thought the shrimp appetizer was overpriced @$12.99 for the size and only one small piece of garlic bread so not shareable. The entrees were nice size and tasty. Service was just ok. When we arrived we asked valet where self parking was and direct to a space close by. When our friends arrived they asked about self parking and were told it’s across the street so they valet parked for $3. Seaside should not charge for valet. Probably would not go back since it’s far from our home.
Very nice place, was seated quickly. They seem to be short of staff the night we were there. Our waitress was also the bartender! Service was slow, food was very good. Would go back again. Appears to be very busy, thank you for open table for instant seating!
I had the jerk grouper and shrimp dinner , and the grouper was definitely not fresh. I'm a seafood man and I let my wife taste it and she replied are you going to eat that ? The fish was covered in a sauce that had no closeness to jerk spices. It had a rancid stale taste. Not fresh at all. I've had better salads. This salad's leaves appear to be a spinach salad with droopy leaves.
The service was bad ,the waitress was also the bar tender .
some items were missen the bread
cole was so bad it should not be servsd
the fried shrimp had excessive coating hard to chew.
not recommended will not go back
i should have been given $49.00 credit but only received $25.00
the weather was stormy was happy to get out of restaurant could not argue about the $25.00 credit instead of the $40.00
Good food at very reasonable prices, and they had drink specials all day long. Took a walk on the beach after a nice dinner. There is a tiki bar just outside. A band started playing during dinner and it got a little loud but other than that had a great overall experience and will definitely be back. Also we used a groupon.
After making a special reservation and telling the server there was a birthday in our group, they still never brought the dessert. Inattentive, unfriendly, and I've felt sick ever since. For a restaurant on the water, is ironic that all of their food is frozen.
We had fried shrimp for an appetizer and they were nice & crispy and tasted good. My boyfriend had salmon teriyaki and loved it. I had grilled scallops that were fresh and delicious. We listened to the music of Retro Radio; a five piece oldies band that was really good. We did have an issue with a server named Mike who seemed to want to push us out the door instantly even though the band was playing till 11:00 and we were seated at 8:00. We told him 3 times we did not want to rush. The manager did take notice of my expression and replaced the server with a much better, accommodating server named Kim. She saved our evening as we were ready to walk out.
