Thoroughly enjoyable place fora great relaxing dinner.
Indoor and outdoor dining were available, however, the menus differed depending upon which you chose. No one advised us about this...We dined outdoors where the music was very loud and the only available seating was directly in front of the sound speakers.
Food was good as was the server. It was unfortunate that smoking was allowed outside.
Not a reason to go out of your way. Just an average place.
If you go in thru the Lighthouse you step on to a very old smelly rug. It should be replace.
We where four. My food was ok. My daughter got the wrong order. When she got the right one it was cold. She returned it.
Service was good. Friendly staff. There where only three tables. There was no reason for the food to be cold. It was Mothers Day.
This is the worst restaurant i have been, i asked for sparlink water and they dont have, i order a beer take 15 minutes to come, i asked for check take more 15 minutes. Terrible expirience
It was horrible, the food tasted as if it was out of a box and what wasn’t was horrible too. The service was the same, we waited over an hour for our food and no one came by to check on us.
Excellent salad. However, entree Was not hot and had to be returned to the kitchen to be reheated.
Having the elevator right in the parking lot is a plus. COPD makes long walks hard and stairs about kills ya.
I had the "pecan snapper." The fruit sauce looked like gravy, making this a visually unattractive plate. The pecan crust added nothing to the dish, as it had little or no flavor. To make matters worse, the fish was somewhat tough, telling me that it had been frozen. All in all, this was an unattractive and flavorless dish. Was it even snapper? The "fresh cut glazed carrots" were baby carrots. There's nothing fresh cut about those. Very unappealing.
My wife had the "smokehouse salmon." There was no appearance of a dry rub. In fact, the filet was smothered in some type of BBQ sauce--apparently the "spicy tomato glaze."
The key lime pie was served on a plate garnished with an artistically placed jello swirl (green and red). Unfortunately, the chemical quality of the green (lime?) jello has not correspondance to the taste of the good key lime pie.
All in all, it seems that this restaurant is cutting corners. The food as served doesn't quite match the menu items as described, and, given the prices, one should expect a better experience.
Excellent ambiance, food very good, nice guitarist. Overall nice dining experience. Will go again!
Food was tasty and service was good but the location is in definite need of a facelift...
Food not at the level we had been expected.
Not because the price
Food was average, not bad but we were hoping a little more upscale atmosphere and some fish of the day options. Restaurant is in desperate need of a good cleaning, floors, window sills and vents are very dirty. Almost to the point we should have walked out as you wonder what the kitchen looks like.
Our waiter Justin was very friendly, helpful and gave great service.
They must have been experiencing an off day when we were there. The food took 90 minutes to come out. Portions were very small although prices are reasonable. Not the best experience we had in the area
It was very nice. Good food and service. The location is very pretty, close to the beach. However, it was disappointing that they offered only a limited Easter brunch menu. We should have been advised we would not be able to order off the regular menu.
seafood was excellent but the sides were just ok - go for the seafood and drinks
The restaurant has a lovely view of the pool area and the beach at this resort. We had a window seat overlooking the view and the live music on a Saturday night. The extensive menu has everything from sandwiches to full entrees. We started with the clam chowder which was excellent and well seasoned. My husband had the Caesar salad as one of the sides with his salmon entree. The salmon was a little over cooked and dry. Next time I would tell them to make it on the rare side. I had the shrimp scampi over linguini. The shrimp were plentiful and large in a sauce with roasted garlic cloves. Very good. I had a Mojito cocktail which was also good. Prices are very reasonable. The service was good but main course was a little slow in coming out of the kitchen.
Service was very good. Food delicious . Diversified menu. Servers are all very friendly. There is a lift for those that cant walk seats
We went on Sunday early reservation so not many people were there yet
Our waitress was excellent the food was also
I would recommend Seaside Grill
Glad we went back. Nothing changed since we were there last. We always enjoy ourselves. It always
has that old time atmosphere. It's an older crowd and we love it. They have a small band that plays
music we like. I hope it stays the same, BEACHY.
Nice live music in the background
I’ve been to Seaside Grill a few times and it never disappoints. The fish is always Fresh the service is always friendly and the ambiance is always very welcoming!!!
The dinner took almost an hour to be served. The snapper with mango sauce with every fresh and good! But, the mahi-mahi with stuffed crab was fishy and tasted off. The manager was very nice and offered to replace the mahi, but we decided to just go home.
My server was great. Food was awesome and a very nice view.
"Great Food" Kevin is a "Great Waiter " and We always request him as our waiter
It was first time at Seaside Grill and I was not disappointed. The food scallops and shrimps were fresh and delicious. Music was not too loud. I will definitely be back to the restaurant, even for lunch.
The Seaside Grill is a great place to eat and enjoy the night's entertainment. The food and the beverages are well worth the price. The music provided by Jimmy Stowe and the Stowaways will make your feet dance and your heart sing.
Very lovely place. Food fantastic. Great service. Good to make reservations to be sure seating
We had a very nice meal and value for food our first experience at Seaside Grill. The outdoor Tiki bar had fun music.
The second experience was not as good.
We were unable to get condiments for our simple (somewhat over-cooked burger). The Seaside Grill was busy, and customers were very enthusiastic to watch the Sweet 16 games on the TV screens. Unexpectedly in middle of the March Madness games, the proprietors shut off the TV's and had a stand-up comic while people were eating and enjoying the game. This immediately changed the atmosphere of the room. Customers clearly were then disappointed, and the comedians did not receive any laughs. It was awkward, and we had to find our server to check-out and pay our bill.
I stayed next door at the Residence Inn. To the best of my knowledge this was the only restaurant in the area outside of poolside hotel spots. The menu offered a great variety and everything was delicious. The only down side I would say is that with the appetizer fire cracker shrimp they only bring you two small pieces of garlic bread for a big dish. The only option is to buy another appetizer of garlic bread to finish the dish. Bread is cheap, make it happen! The staff was wonderful.
View of the ocean was nice, and the food was good, but it was very noisy.
Wait Staff was fantastic
This place was packed with sports team people so we were glad we had a reservation. Good smoked fish pate for appetizer but wished they had crackers instead of the stale tortilla chips. Seafood ravioli were good but the snapper was tough and overcooked, even though I had specifically asked about whether their chef could do it without overcooking. They kindly took it off the bill but i had really wanted a good snapper again. Hard to believe how hard it is to find properly cooked fish even in Florida. Nice views at this place and a fun atmosphere with tiki bar outside.
The food and the service was good. This is not fine dining. It is good food at reasonable prices. Suitable for groups and children as well as a late night snack with some drinks. It's an unpretentious neighborhood gem.
Restaurant was very loud and very dirty. Host tried to seat us “near the windows with an ocean view”. The ocean view is beyond the pool so we would have had a pool view of hotel guests swimming and playing not an ocean view. We left before sitting down due to the noise and the smell.
Do not go to this place! Tables are poolside not seaside. Food was lousy- calamari frozen and tasteless. House special crab stuffed mahi was dry and not tasty. Poor service. Please do not spend money here.
We went on a Friday night and there was live music. There was one guy with a guitar. He was fantastic! Picked songs everyone knew and it wasn’t too loud to kill your eardrums. We both had salads that were delicious. Wait staff was attentive and friendly.
We love to come here Friday evenings for the live music. Food is very good. We always started with the clams steamed in white wine and garlic. We order extra garlic bread to sop up the broth. Entrees were coconut shrimp, my favorite, and the taco salad with blackened chicken, my second favorite. We washed it all down with a reasonably priced bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.
The restaurant on their open table did not have our reservation that we made on our open table app but they sat us anyway and apologized, said they had a glitch.
This restaurant is within walking distance of the Marriott so we gave it a try. It was just ok. Nice waiter, snarky bartender (my husband asked to watch one of the March Madness games and there were 3 customers at the bar but she was too busy to change the channel). Fried clams and coconut shrimp and spinach dip were pretty good. I will say the salmon on my daughters taco salad was very good. Wouldn't go back.
