Seaside Grill Ratings and Reviews
Reserved a table for eight ,, seated promptly at the allotted time . Waiter was very good I forgot to write down his name,, food was very good their were 8 of us including a 10 year old so we all had something different. Drinks were good, only drawback for us was trying to talk above the music but All and All was a very good evening
Love love the Friday night band! Got a table close and were able to dance. Good service and great food..doesn’t get much better than this. We started with steamed clams and an order of garlic bread to sop up the delicious sauce. The clams are always so sweet. Dinners were flounder Francese and pecan crusted snapper. Fish was fresh. Sides of potatoes and coke slaw... washed down with two bottles of Sauvignon blanc.
The restaurant was just ok. Looked like a happening place at the outdoor tiki bar. The restaurant ambience was nothing special. Told them we were celebrating a birthday and wanted a table with a view. Put us at the front of the restaurant near where the food comes out. No view at all! Asked to move but it was just ok. Didn't do anything for the birthday. However the coconut shrimp was good. Wouldn't run back.
My family and I went there for Christmas Dinner. They had a Christmas menu with three protein options and several sides. We were able to get as many refills on the entree as we desired. The glazed salmon was tasty and the prime rib was delicious. I did not have the ham. The sides were good except the stuffing was a little salty for me. My nephew, however, had about three plates. The service was great. Our waiter was quite pleasant and accommodating (Kevin?).
We went here for Christmas Eve dinner. The service was good but the ambiance disappointing. They had few Christmas decorations. One would think a restaurant opened during the holidays would be decorated. The food was good but many of us thought our fish was over cooked.
Overall, an ok dinner but I won’t go there for a holiday dinner.
Our go to spot on Friday nights for live music! And we like the food...a lot! We started with steamed clams and had to order garlic bread to sop up the marvelous sauce. Dinners were sold francese, coconut shrimp and crab stuffed mahi. All came with coke slaw and a potato. Washed it down with a reasonably priced fume blanc. Great fun time!
The restaurant is pretty nice inside. Cool bar with TVs playing sports, looking out to the tiki bar in the back. Lots of people in their 60s and 70s so it was quiet. I visited after purchasing a Groupon, hoping for a memorable meal in celebration of an anniversary, but it will be memorable for the wrong reasons. I ordered the jerk grouper with shrimp, Mac and cheese, and garlic mashed potatoes. It was a favorite on the menu, so the chances of it being an enjoyable meal were high but i was disappointed and still hungry after dinner. The Mac and cheese was bland, the potatoes weren't any better and i had a total of 3 shrimps and a piece of grouper that was drowning in a sea of tasteless gravy. I ordered the favorite and per the waiters suggestion was expecting a good-sized plate but i was hungry after. Jerk seasoning is supposed to have a nice spicy kick to it and i didn't taste that at all in the fish or the nasty looking sauce that it sat in. My wife ordered the rasta pasta that came with a sauce that looked identical to mine which is to be expected since they were both jerk dishes but again flavorless and TOO MUCH SAUCE!! The presentation was weak and did not coincide with the photos online.
Con: The hostess was not very friendly she seemed as if she didn't want to be there. We drove all the way from Boca Raton to dine there and it wasn't a pleasent welcoming. Pro:
Our server was good and the teriyaki salmon, garlic mash potatoes , rice and seaside burger were amazing! The moscato was great too...we ended up buying a bottle of it. We will definitely dine there again ..hopefully the staff is friendlier.
This is the worst no greeting totally ignored only one table n thre at bar no service the place had a funky smell first impression not welcoming booked two weeks in advance
Left nobody asked our name or anything went to sea catch no reservations seated quickly on ocean front table excellent food and service amazing party of three all rave fit was the best thing that happened
The service and atmosphere were great. The food portions were plentiful and taste was very good. My Dad's seafood dish was more flavorful than mine. Dined with a groupon which made our dinner very affordable otherwise it would have cost us 50 dollars for 2 with no appetizer, bread or dessert. Little pricey but it's on the beach and parking is free. Yes, I would go back with another groupon.
First time st Seaside Grill. Not overly impressed. Nice view of ocean from table by window. Thought the shrimp appetizer was overpriced @$12.99 for the size and only one small piece of garlic bread so not shareable. The entrees were nice size and tasty. Service was just ok. When we arrived we asked valet where self parking was and direct to a space close by. When our friends arrived they asked about self parking and were told it’s across the street so they valet parked for $3. Seaside should not charge for valet. Probably would not go back since it’s far from our home.
Very nice place, was seated quickly. They seem to be short of staff the night we were there. Our waitress was also the bartender! Service was slow, food was very good. Would go back again. Appears to be very busy, thank you for open table for instant seating!
I had the jerk grouper and shrimp dinner , and the grouper was definitely not fresh. I'm a seafood man and I let my wife taste it and she replied are you going to eat that ? The fish was covered in a sauce that had no closeness to jerk spices. It had a rancid stale taste. Not fresh at all. I've had better salads. This salad's leaves appear to be a spinach salad with droopy leaves.
