Delicious meal to celebrate our 46th anniversary. My wife had the cold lobster stuffed with crab as an appetizer and the broiled lobster as the main course. She loves lobster and you can't find it everywhere. I had onion rings as an appetizer - they are huge and delicious and filet as the main course. When we made the reservations we told them it was our anniversary but no recognition. Other tables who were celebrating an occasion got candles on their dessert. Maybe because we were too full to order dessert. However we went there on my wife birthday in February , she ordered the key lime pie and no candle. Maybe you need to be a regular. We go there on special occasions.
Go frequently and always excellent!
Frequent visitor to Sear. Food and value always top notch. Wait staff appeared to be disinterested and not attentive. This is not the norm but we were very surprised and hope our next visit is better.
Waiter was not attentive. Martini was not good. Food was average. Nothing to rave about. Wouldn't go back. Overpriced!
I was disappointed because I usually go to Sear House Grill, in Little Falls. - they are a 5Star + !
I have no complaints, the food was good, and COVID friendly. slightly uncomfortable because my guest had a issue and the staff did not recognize it .
Just average food. Could be better.
Watch out for ants on plates if you sitting near the window.
Once again sear was wonderful. The steak is great the drinks are delicious and the service is excellent. We will be back.
The service and food was great. However, it was disappointing to hear that they took the sushi off the menu, as their sushi was excellent!
The food was over cooked but not bad. However, my boyfriend is black and we could feel and see people looking at us and talking about us. The servers were great and very attentive. If you are an inter-racial couple I would recommend going elsewhere. It was very uncomfortable with everyone looking however that is not the fault of the restaurant.
Food was good but the servers were hovering and moving us a long too fast. Expensive dinner should never be rushed.
Food and service were very good!
Great food and great service too! My wife and I will be back.
I've been to both locations multiple times and have been extremely pleased with the food and the service. The service on this Tuesday night visit was a bit off their game.
Hopefully this was just a bad night and I would definitely try them again.
Searhouse is a great place for a special meal , the quality o the food is tops and the prices are high, but justified by the quality, atmosphere and attentive service.Very highly recommended.
Food was great. Service was abysmal and will not return
Great evening, as always.
Wonderful food & service.
Lobster tails were old.( black on bottom..caused by meat sitting in shell defrosted too many days)
Crabmeat portion was small
Food as usual was fantastic. Seafood tower was really good. My wife and I had the porterhouse. Very tender. The rest of our group had different steaks and enjoyed them. Service was slower than usual . Believe it was due to Governor allowing more patrons and didn’t have enough kitchen staff to handle. But will still comes because food is top notch.
High end eating in causal setting, good for big parties, birthdays.
Searhouse is always consistent ..outstanding service, delicious food and warm ambience. The family that runs the restaurant is so warm and friendly. From appetizers to sushi to steak..this restaurant serves amazing food consistently. We go back time after time, and it never disappoints!
The entire experience was fantastic ana made our date night extra special! Our servers Valentino and Blend took care of us and their service exceeded our expectations! The sushi and sashimi was incredibly fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The garlic mash potatoes, enormous shrimp dish, and lamb chops... insanely delicious! And the freshly made tiramisu...Spectacular! I will definitely be coming back! Safety protocols were in place, of course. And the option of dining outside in a “bubble” is much appreciated for the most cautious of us.
Service was beyond horrible...waited 2 hours for food, just for the waiter to tell us he lost our order ticket...The waiter gave us our cocktails drinks and never checked back on us the whole night, not to see how we’re doing, for conservation or anything nothing at all. Will never come to Searhouse again
Staff was fantastic in service and ensuring immediate seating. Food was awesome as well and a great pick for Valentine's day. Seating was a little tight and the price was very high. Awesome place to go to when funds meet the menu.
Love this restaurant
Service this day was subpar and we were seated within 6 ft of others customers.
Thee best ribeye steak I have ever had. The Brussel Sprouts were cooked perfectly. The sauce with calamari was a great pairing. The experience was overall great. I recommend this restaurant for dates or just a nice dinner with family.
Sears is the best.. Outstanding service and food.. I highly recommend to everyone.
As usual, we had a very fine meal with superb service. Searhouse checks all the boxes for us, reservations always right on time, food is great, wait staff attentive.
Excellent food and service!
Excellent attentive service from management to bus lady. Impeccable martinis matched with a bountiful seafood tower. Buttery chilean seabass with the most flavorful risotto. Not too impressed with dessert but ambiance and service made up for this. For date nite, special occasions or just because. Wonderful dining experience!!
Always have a great dining experience here. The service is top notch and everyone is attentive to your needs.
I have dined here before and it was unbelievable as always. My friends loved as well! Will definitely be back!
We always enjoy searhouse. The service and food are at the top of the steakhouse genre. The prices are in line with other fine steakhouses. We will continue to go there for a fine meal.
Searhouse never disappoints! It is the only restaurant we have frequented during the CoVid pandemic. Spacious, clean, never a wait for a table or for our food and always delicious. The staff treats you like family. We love Searhouse for all our special occasions!
Well separated due to COVID.
We went to Sear for my son’s farewell dinner and an incognito shopping experience on the restaurant. The server whom took care of us, was unprofessional, rude and apparently bothered to service our table. My meat was not medium, it was over cooked and tough. Filet Mignon is never tough but rather a very tender cut. The appetizer was delicious as was the bottle of Malbec. However, it’s a shame that the server does not know that a wine glass should never be empty, that he should smile and service all the tables equally, not just the tables he knows, that when asked how many pieces of Sushi the dinner roll has he should know whether it’s 9, 12 or 15. The answer should NEVER BE “I don’t know” just because you clearly can’t be bothered to answer. It’s NOT the answer a seasoned server gives or any server for that matter. If you don’t know such a basic answer, go find out, that’s server common sense 101. My son couldn’t understand how that was actually his response. The server simply didn’t want to be bothered. Interestingly, the table to our right, had all their questions answered, recommendations made and he even laughed with them and spent an enormous amount of time catering to them while we waited for more bread and lemon/lime for the Pellegrino that he had forgotten about and needed to be reminded of. We were so disappointed with the experience that out of principal I barely tipped him. He actually deserved ZERO on the tip, and I never leave less than 23%. The only reason he got anything is because the busboys and runners need to be taken care of from his tip. I honestly would have rather just tipped them cash directly. They actually deserved it. On the way out the server seemed shocked that he was left such a poor tip. It’s a reflection of your rude attitude and poor service! Next time be kind to everyone or go home, but DO NOT work in the hospitality industry if you’re going to have a miserable, rude attitude toward customers. You NEVER know who they are!
The staff were excellent, and the food was fantastic. Really nice experience to see my daughter off to school. This was our second time here, and we will definitely be back.
