Sear House Grill
Always a great experience coming here.
As usual a fantastic night, from the welcoming commity to the food , well presented, tasty and abundant just perfect.
The staff was very attentive and nice. The food was absolutely delicious!
Restaurant was very busy. Multiple parties going on. It appeared that they were understaffed. However our server was amazing. She worked very hard to ensure we had a great dining experience!
Food was amazing!
Love the atmosphere and the service. Great for a quiet dinner or a special occassion.
Our server was great, the food is delicious, and love the space.
Excellent as always!!
I ordered the Chilean sea bass and it tasted fishy. I should have stuck with steak. My partner’s bone in filet was good and cooked perfectly.
I thought the place was nice. The Bartender was amazing. I watched her move around. She is definitely is a winner. The service was good. I thought the food was adequate. I won't be back
Always love this place the staff is friendly and the food is always top notch!!!
My favorite place!!!
Excellent Fathers Day dinner for 8 of us! We had an assortment of steak, pasta, seafood, drinks and desserts, all of which were on point. Our waiter, Nick, went out of his way to assure our celebration was perfect!
Such a perfect place. I got Seabass again, buttery delicious melts in your mouth. Others at the table couch surf and turf and even rigatoni Bolognese. Everyone agreed best they’ve ever had the only place that competes is sear house grill. It’s perfect
Everything was great but our waiter. We were not checked on and we have to wave other people down to get things done… but overall Great place.
It was great , food was great
Not a good meal.
Great dinner great time the food is excellent very attentive staff
What a great experience.
We were greeted right away by the Manager and seated straight away even though they were quite busy for Tuesday night. The service was excellent and the food top notch.
A must have Tuna Tartar and Tomahawk steak. Will go back again.
This was my first time at Sear Grill and definitely not the last.
Everything was right on, warm welcome at the front desk, very polite and full of personality server (Noli) and great food.
We had crab cakes and shrimp cocktail to start and for main course the porterhouse with brussel sprouts.
Thank you Sear Grill for a great night, see you soon!
Exploring new places in NJ. This had great reviews and enticed us to try it; we were not disappointed. Had delicious lamb chops and meatball appetizers. Drinks were poured well and a steal on happy hour. Things are a bit slow here for restaurants still and it was a Monday night, but I expect that SEAR brings in quite the crowd on weekends. Can't wait to return.
The restaurant is beautiful,
Food was delicious and service was great.
Tomahawk for 2 was the best i ever had.
Beautiful decor, impeccable service, delicious & creative menu! Good for a date or business dinner.
What a great restaurant to visit. The waiter was on the ball and the maitre 'de kept up with our stay. Will go back
Very well done decor and comfortable ambience. Food was terrific and service prompt and responsive. Will return!
I was disappointed-service was slow, we had to move to a different table on our own (nobody came out to check on us and notice it started to rain), steak came out pink (even thought I specifically asked for no pink because I’m pregnant)and then a new steak came out awhile later and that one had pink too. It seemed that the server was not happy to be serving and was annoyed that I asked for my steak to be fixed. They did fix it, but the overall experience wasn’t what I had hoped for my birthday. I was excited to try this place, but my husband and I will not return anytime soon.
June 7 - We returned and the service and food was fantastic. Our party of 5 continued to state praises on the food and service we received. It is nice to know that we were able to experience the true Sear House Grill. The items I would highly recommend would be the PEI Mussels and Clams Casino as your starter, followed with the Chilean Sea Bass or Double Cut Veal Chop Loin Prime with a side of Burned Broccoli Sautéed. There wasn't a morsel left on anyone's plate and they still found room for Tartufo and Tiramisu.
Congrats...job well done!
May 26 update - Sear responded immediately on my review has invited up back to make it "right". I believe that we need more great customer service like the one I received from this team. When something is broken, fix it...congrats to Sear in doing just that.
When we arrived we asked if we could be seated outside and the hostess stated that would be fine. The place had 2 tables, that were occupied, so we felt like we had the run of the house. The table, that would have chosen and a huge pile of food at its base and someone put a napkin on it. the waiter stated it was a busy night.
Our table ordered the $40 10oz Filets and all 3 came back over cooked and dry. They tried to re-fire and they were ok. The steaks were subpar and should have been a better cut for the money. No one wanted to make a scene, so they continued to eat them. They rewarmed a lobster tail verses cooking a fresh one, being that it was a Surf and Turf. You would think for the money, they would cook a new one.
The only complaint I have is the food did take long to be brought to the table and one of our entrees was cold. I believe this was likely because the restaurant was pretty busy.
Food was amazing! I would definitely go back .... the tomahawk steak and the blueberry mojito were so good!
Awesome restaurant with great food and service Kinda pricey but worth every penny
No different between this restaurant and any local cheep cafe
So don’t waste your money
I went for Mother’s Day. Made a reservation and had to wait about 30 min past my reservation. Service was poor they were not attentive, food took about an hour to come out, they were partially warm which meant my food was sitting in the back for a while under a warmer. Menu was limited.
Mother’s Day lunch a excellent.
Love the new modern clean look.
The bar area will be a must once NJ opens up bar dining.
Perfect from beginning to end!
The waitstaff and food was outstanding. The host was an Elon Musk look-alike and had fun with us. The service was outstanding. Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Amazing dessert. We will be back! Thanks for the great Mother’s Day experience.
This was our first visit to the Sear House Grill and we really enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day lunch. The food was delicious, the staff was excellent and the setting was perfect.
My husband and I have come here three times now and we always have a fantastic experience. I always get the same entree - the squid ink linguini with lobster and pink sauce. It is always fresh and delicious. I also got the tiramisu, at the recommendation of our waiter this time, as it's made in house, and it was also incredible. The service is always wonderful as well.
Great dinner, cooked to perfection. Our family enjoyed the meal and attentive staff.
Sear House advertises a special menu daily from 4 to 6:30 p.m. We arrived at 4:30, ordered our drinks and sparkling water, and then our order from this special early bird menu. The waiter never said a word but did come back and say the 6 ounce filet was unavailable so we ordered the 10 ounce and figured we'd get a surcharge. When it came to dessert another waiter told us the special menu was not available so everything we ordered was charged ala carte. I would NOT have ordered $17 artichokes had I known that. The whole affair cost much more than anticipated but the food was good.
I enjoyed my experience very much. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding. No complaints and looking forward to going there again
